“We found the service from Steve the sales guy to be very good and his knowledge and advise excellent. The two carpet layers worked extreley hard to lay what they said was a difficult carpet installation. We cannot fault their workshop. If we wanted to add a room on later would this carpet be available? And for how long? Kind regards Valda and Murray Powell”

“we are very happy with the service from sales to completion of the carpet and kitchen flooring . it looks great and feels great under foot. office staff were on to it and advised imediately when lockdown come along and kept us up to date.”

“For a large organisation, the franchise-holder has to be good as a representative. Russell and Shirley Gowans are good, focussed on the job requirements and preferences, while attending to details so that no misunderstandings occurred as to who will do what. Their sub-contractors were also efficient, but seemed pressed for time. They tolerated what they had to with the clients (us) being in the house at the same time, shifting stuff - which may well have been annoying, but necessary in our small house. The other BIG aspect was that all this was done betwixt and between Covid lockdowns, which caused more than one "rescheduling" and happily this worked out to the advantage of both parties. In all, the prevailing attitude was one of goodwill and firm resolve to get the job done, overcoming any and all obstacles. We're happy with it!”

“Harrison quote and follow up were very good, Alan even suggested we wait a few days for the promos to come out which saved us quiet a lot of money, we are very pleased with the carpet and the lift it has given to our house, I would not hesitate to recommend Harrison Taupo, also I would like to mention the carpet layer who did a fantastic job,”
