“Our install of new carpet into a house we were moving into was disrupted at the last minute by level 4 lockdown due to COVID 19. Communication from Harrison’s was immediate and as soon as we were able to proceed (level 3) Harrison’s did everything they could to accommodate our new moving date etc. All our dealings with the staff at Harrison’s have been very professional from the franchisee’s to the office lady to the carpet installers. We would highly recommend Harrison’s.”

The two carpet layers worked extreley hard to lay what they said was a difficult carpet installation.
We cannot fault their workshop.

“For a large organisation, the franchise-holder has to be good as a representative. Russell and Shirley Gowans are good, focussed on the job requirements and preferences, while attending to details so that no misunderstandings occurred as to who will do what. Their sub-contractors were also efficient, but seemed pressed for time. They tolerated what they had to with the clients (us) being in the house at the same time, shifting stuff - which may well have been annoying, but necessary in our small house. The other BIG aspect was that all this was done betwixt and between Covid lockdowns, which caused more than one "rescheduling" and happily this worked out to the advantage of both parties. In all, the prevailing attitude was one of goodwill and firm resolve to get the job done, overcoming any and all obstacles. We're happy with it!”
