The caret layers were less than average.They came back to repair a 4cm cut in the carpet. 2 lounge windows were left unlocked. The key was left in the front door- un locked.I received a call from Kelly whist I was in hospital with my 90 yr old Dad who is ver sick so was in no position to bargain and accepted offer of flyby points. I know Kelly tried very hard to get compensation as I ordered Carpet in Feb?The girls are amazing but the owner / manager needs to know when to cut his losses and respect the customer.my neighbour will now NOT use your company they are disgusted. thanks for this opportunity Kate Cameron 0211535579 .Many people at my work have heard about my experience... They will never use you....its the old story .. bad news travels. All over money :-(

They did not advise about the very necessary floor prep required, and then when we raised concern about the different levels in the concrete floor, they had no idea about what was required. We had to call in another flooring company to fix it. AND the installer was terrible, we can see and feel join lines, they are chunks missing in join lines, it's a pretty bad job.

The after service has been dismissive and we have a number of matters not resolved. Carpet was badly installed with a big untidy leap from kitchen to lounge. Also installers managed to damage the gib on my lounge, badly, and the carpet doesn't even join in one of my steps. I have rang and emailed the Cromwell representative/sales person inumerous times and it is very hard to get a straight answer from him if any answer at all. I'm looking for my legal rights as $9k is a substantial amount of money for my family to have such a cowboy job!

The lino was laid in Nov 2016 with the wrong board underneath. The Harrisons agent although accepting my complaint as valid (the lino was mobile as the board was buckling underneath) never came to view the mess created by the layer. That lino remained in place untill mid April 2017 and not once did he come to my home to view this. The replacement lino was apparently faulty so I had to choose another lino and wait again for the third lot of lino to arrive . He then gave me the wrong balance owing on the lino and I had to give him the correct invoices. It was unprofessional from the time the lino was laid to 5 months later when it was rectified. I would not recommend Harrisons based on this experience. My lino was the worst advertisement for everyone that visited my home during that 5 months. And he never came to see the waves all over the kitchen floor I had to live with for that 5 months . When he got the invoicing incorrect at the end he said he needed a holiday as he had been so busy. Hardly my problem. He gave me a $200 discount in the end. His initiative not mine. Never again will I use or recommend Harrisons

Everything we cancelled our order and got our deposit back which was a shame as we had had a great experience with harrisons at our previous house. We felt we were rushed into our decision and was not happy with the quote, after thinking about 3 days later we rang the agent (Earl) to ask to delay this order as we felt rushed and wanted to research it more, we were told we couldn't do this as the carpet was cut And on its way. We hadn't heard anything so the night before it was due to be laid we rang Earl and he told us R that there was a rely and the carpet wasn't even made , he had not told us the truth.

Installers left my windows open so house wasn't secure and gate unlocked so dog could get out. They damaged my walls in the toilet as well. Also had trouble getting the right price for carpet. Got a price then sales person went back on it. Feel like the service was rude and pushy
