I have ordered 4 deliveries from Uber and only received 2. Never use this service if I could give it no stars I definitely would!

Do not get in the car with this Uber driver very unprofessional can't hold her temper and likes to flip people off.

Too many issues to list. Honor your commitment that was made to consumers when the company started about economical travel, no tips, reliable and safe cars and drivers, customer rights, etc….. now drivers change minds without notice, no show with zero culpability, yet customers are charged when they gave to wait for 2 mins….. policies are going in the wrong directions. Drivers are indicating there are too many Uber drivers and that they are not being paid enough…. One said more than 60% goes to Uber per drive. Not sure if that was to get more tip from me or reality.

My issues are always specifically with Uber Eats. First of all, no matter how incorrect your order ever is—the support personnel absolutely WILL NOT EVER refund any of your $. You could receive an entire bag of items that are totally different than what you ordered, yet they will still somehow claim that this doesn’t meet the refund eligibility. When you ask to escalate the matter to a supervisor, they advise that you will be contacted by one within 48 hours (which literally never, ever happens). Additionally, I’ve even had delivery drivers leave my food at the complete wrong address and this has been confirmed by GPS tracking on the customer support personnel’s end, but because I was in the middle of a work meeting and unable to physically meet with the driver & had to provide them the PIN code thru message; I was -once again- not eligible for any refund. They wouldn’t even cancel out the tip I had left for the driver who quite literally drove my food to the whole incorrect afdtrss and left it there. I’ve received iced coffee after ordering hot coffee, and of course not eligible for any refund. I’ve also had drivers take 1.5 hrs to deliver my hot coffee (which had of course turned it into cold yuckiness) and not been granted any refund at all. The list goes on and on. I used to always utilize DoorDash which has AMAZING customer service and always provides refunds whenever their drivers or the restaurants screw your order up. But Uber Eats is a bit cheaper, so I got in the habit of using them instead…and I guess now we see how it’s so cheap: they do not offer any real customer support or accuracy guarantee whatsoever. I wish we could ban together and force them out of business until they change their ways.

What support, they don't do nothing to help. They run background checks randomly which keeps you from driving until the background check is complete, no kind of heads up or nothing, which is done by chekr, and they take from 3 - 7 days...so I can't work for those days losing money. We should be reimbursed or something. Pay is low and getting lower, customer service sucks, and there are ppl who shouldn't even have their cars on the road, all wrecked and barely running but drivers like me, 4 years in with new cars and excellent ratings are always treated the worst.

Do not under any circumstance Uber package delivery. The driver stole my package, it was hard af to get in contact with and Uber support who literally did nothing.

Getting ahold of them is like pulling teeth. They charged me an Airport fee even though I wasn’t at the airport, I was being picked up from my job at Amazon. So I wanted a refund of $2.00. They gave me $0.02 of Uber cash. Then, wasting more of my time I tried to clarify. They refuse to make it right and there is absolutely no way to call them which would just be more of a waste of my time. People should just use Lyft.

I’m going to Vegas looking to schedule pickup at airport and ride to hotel they are charging a reservation fee and a booking fee.WTH isn’t that the same thing. I will never do Uber

Uber knows its becoming large, so the support experience has gotten worse. Support agents deliberately waste your time asking for information which should be in the app. The app itself gives misleading ETAs, and even 'guarantees' such as Latest Arrival Time don't mean anything. Terrible app, terrible service, terrible employees

Uber taking extra charge for wrong turns based on km but the route map is bad then again showing the same route , then the fair also taking based on extra..Not acceptable. Sometimes getting bad misbehave drivers. Booking time showing as 182 then on reached it will become 205..what is the exact reason..? Reply me..?

They don't help you through to get Uber car rentals they expect you to know everything, and you can't get help they don't communicate with each other it doesn't make sense uber and their people they connect with for cars should communicate together to help people get cars and not make it so difficult and tell people everything they need to know about the process to get one or at least call the companies for you and get you the vehicles themselves that would make better sense

Worst experience ever.. never resolve my problem. Would never use Uber again customer service is not helpful and the drivers don't drive safely. Best use Lyft or another means of transport.

I had to pay an cancellation fee for an issue which wasn‘t even my fault to begin with. Now they demand for me to pay the fee AGAIN. I can never use Uber again (i don‘t want to after this experience but still) because i most definitely won‘t pay it twice. Especially since it wasn‘t my fault. The customer service is not helping AT ALL.

Their is no support.We have to call A call center in the Philippines(A country where Uber is banned) and speak to people that were never trained by or even seen anyone from Uber they are given scripts to read to us and have no ability to do anything at all.Sad that the company takes 70%+ of every fare (far more during surge)and we can't even get help when we need it.

I am deeply disappointed by the abysmal customer service provided by Uber, which has been nothing short of a nightmare in addressing unauthorized charges on my account. Over the past month, I have been shuffled from one representative to another without any resolution in sight. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, Uber continues to deduct monthly membership fees from my account, even after I have explicitly requested them to cease. Their rationale that a friend or family member may be using the card does not excuse their lack of action. The card is under my ownership, and if I have formally requested the payments to be halted, Uber should comply without passing the buck back to me. It is alarming to note that I am being forced to pay for services I am not using, which is a clear violation of consumer rights. I urge Uber to rectify this matter without further delay and take responsibility for their disregard of customer service.
