Uber has gotten to be terrible and unreliable. Uber. Charging an over priced amount for inconvenience me for when I need a ride because Uber doesn’t have drivers at certain times of the day or night (peak hrs). Why is it my fault that Uber does not have drivers when u need one

A driver waste pick up my medicine from walgreens in Charlestown Indiana by 5pm. Walgreens just closed at 7, and imagine that, I didn't get my medicine. So whoever was ubering today in Charlestown they're not picking a delivering orders. This is 2 times now your company has screwed me, but it will be the last! And my bank is already showing a delivery fee taken out, I want a refund!! Kim Shultz

Brian was terrible. Stole my money and didnt even pick me up. Yet proceeded to fake and make it look like he drove me home. Absolutely disgusting and he should be completely fired. I even texted saying hello where are you. He never answered me. Therfore my $40 was taken right from his ass.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. They don’t respond for 16 hours(16!). Then, they send you robo responses that don’t even address your actual issue! Charged me again after cancelling. Their response was that I could keep enjoying their services for the month that they stole the membership fee. Do not use Uber. Total sham of a company.

I will never use Uber again. I went on their app, made a reservation while I was still in the building. It said immediately that the driver was there. I immediately went outside, got it the car and that was it. I now have been charged .48 for his WAIT!! What? Waiting for his customer for 30 seconds is now charged? I didn't even know where he was picking up until the order was placed, so how did I know where he was?? Also, was charged $4.35 "booking fee." What? Now Uber charges for doing business with them? And..then to top it all off they are asking what your stupid pronouns are!!! Im female and I use the English language ...for goodness sake!! This stupid company will no longer get a dime of my hard earned money!

VERY BAD SERVICE: I LOOKED TO RESERVE A CAR AND THE APP SAID A CAR WAS 6 MIN AWAY: THEN WHEN PAID IT SUDDENLY SAID THERE WAS NO CAR AVAILABLE. COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!! THEY SHOULD SAY UPFRONT THERE’S NO CAR AVAILABLE!!! AND BOW I HAVE TO WAIT TO GET MY MONEY BACK!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER UBER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are a very shady company. 1st I paid for Uber One. I tried to cancel before my subscription ended and they made it difficult to do so. 2nd, I got an Uber and then after, I reached my destination, somehow a tip, that I did not give to the driver was given to him. They are shady

First time Uber use, had scheduled a pickup, only to have them arrive early, they call, I inform them of my order. I ask them to wait, literally 5 minutes they charge me a cancelation fee, on top of my ride fee... I'll never use them Ever ever again I'll call a cab they will arrive and not charge a cancelation fee for waiting 4 me at the car repair shop

The Uber support is one of the most incompetent departments I’ve ever come across. Unfortunately, the individuals are not trained enough to be human. They only respond with scripted responses and have no knowledge or understanding of what the driver is requesting. This stops drivers from making money. No issues are resolved quickly. I have contacted support via live chat at least five times and they all have a script to read and recite not caring for the actual concern. Not one agent connected me with a supervisor that I requested for escalation of my very simple issue.

I would give them a zero if I could. I’m a black female driver and they are the most petty, unprofessional set of bullies that I have ever worked with. They are vengeful and childish. They will do anything to destroy your life. Black females don’t do it! There are cacausian riders who lie to satisfy their agendas and the Uber dispatchers follow suit. What they going to when it’s only them and the Hispanics left. Turn on each other as usual. I use to love this job now I hate the people I work with. Kudos for being the most idiotic people on the planet. Bravo 👏

Response time is horrifyingly slow. I'm currently in the weeklong (and counting) process of retrieving my phone which was left in a driver's car and the process for retrieving it has been entirely gratuitous and difficult. For as much as you would think it would happen, the contact options for being contacted by your driver about a lost phone are limited to... a phone call??? In any case, if there is a call line for customer support, I've yet to find it. Additionally, having to wait for a phone call on a friends phone is a ridiculous idea.

I am all about paying extra for “premium “ cars but when I ask for premier and they try and send me a Tesla model 3 car that’s trying to take advantage , it’s a 30k car but Uber is saying it’s a “premier” car . Not okay

Uber is practicing fraud against its public: (1) it automatically charges its customers cancellation fees even when Uber driver FAILS to show up. (2) Uber makes it IMPOSSIBLE to reach its offices anywhere in the country. Any provided phone number is NOT answered and does not provide LEAVING a message. Please note that Uber drivers ARE in fact very good. Uber itself is the culprit and needs to be condemned in strong terms.

I got robbed by a Uber driver. Took a late night Uber with my 2 children in the rain from the airport . Uber driver was super weird kept catching him staring and initially wouldn’t let my kids in the car until he got in. However got home didn’t speak to him, didn’t think much of it until few days later saw my account had money missing. Investigated my transactions to discover the Uber driver claimed I had messed up his car, with a vape. I rung up Uber and they said the driver had the right to charge for any mess made in his car. However I was so angry a/ I don’t smoke and my little kids 5 year old don’t either and had both fallen asleep as soon as they got in the car. He was lying so I asked for proof. After been told the charge would stand I the received an email with the picture. I rang back and pointed out I don’t smoke, all my bags where in the back of the car, if I would of made a mess in the car I would of smudged the seat when I got out. further more you can clearly see the that it was rain and you can see the rain drop in the car. This means the broke Uber driver had after I had left opened the door and put rain water in his car took a picture so he could rob my money. you can see the speckle drops on the seat on the picture. I actually feel like the Uber driver has stolen from me , if I stole £100 from someone’s account it would be a crime. After me pointing out that I had seen the pictures the clerk agreed quickly it was rain water and refunded the money. However the weird driver had the cheek to put a low rating after he robbed my account which Uber said they can’t change or contact the driver. People be aware some of these drives can’t be trusted and if I didn’t have the picture investigated I would have been £100 down. Which isn’t great since I had just come from my holiday. Not much customer protection and actually scary to think that the driver took his time to do that. On holiday you have the tendency to spend loads so if I wasn’t so overly cautious with my money would I have noticed the amount coming out of my account?? Wonder if he had done that before ??

You cannot make reservations in advance. Thats a lie! Not in Youngstown Ohio. Same day I tried to get a ride. UberX & Uber XL both unavailable. Unreliable business. Going to Lyft or back to Taxis!
