It was the wrong food somebody else's order. It made me deathly ill and I ended up in the emergency. Would never use Uber services again. By the time I got it. Everything was Stone cold and it took probably 30 minutes longer. To get here than it should have well from what they said it would take. Do not ever use Uber one.

I had an excellent driver. When I got my receipt I see that I was charged $8.95 as a booking fee. Really? For an app reservation. That is outrageous! Also not disclosed before the booking of the ride. This reminds me of why I stay away from Uber! No way to win business.

They make it impossible to have any direct contact with them such as by phone or text or email. I was double charged for the same one-way ride on November 30. They have nothing on their website to him register a duplicate charge. Desperate, since I have no phone support, I just use their help selection under that I did not take the ride that I did. I had to improvise and explain explain about the duplicate charge or in a box, not set up for that reason. It has been five days now that charge has been on my account.

This company is a human rights crisis, they need to treat the drivers right. They go against what American rights stand for. Like sending a driver 15 miles to pick up someone in a Tesla for around a 5 to 8 mile round trip that won’t even cover driver expenses. Come on now.

Uber customer service is an absolute joke. Can’t get anyone on the phone. No number listed anywhere. Makes no sense. Trying to get into app and it needs my credit card from years ago and there’s no way to get it. Can’t use Uber or Uber eats.

The drivers com from all walks of life and have one thing in common the marijuana smell or just a funky dirty ass car the waits are too long for pick up and they tend to go the long ass route instead I really dislike Ubers rating policy and how they raise the damn price when I have been going th same route everyday because their no driver available in the area Uber sucks and so does their delivery

Multiple different complaints. Services promised not fulfilled. Rewards promised not fulfilled. Always met with “just wait longer” or “we’ll escalate this to a specialist” which is code for we’ll email this to someone else that will tell you to “just wait longer.” Absolute trash support. Worst I’ve ever seen.

Words cannot express how frustratedI am with this company. I lost an item and it has been so filtrating to get it back. I have come 4 hours drive away to where the item has been left only to find out their hub is closed. Costumer support do not have their facts straight, 2 people said the item could be posted, one person says it cannot be posted because it is a list item and also because I live in the same country so they cannot post the item (how stupid is that). Uber needs better costumer support, I have been using Uber for 5 years, no major problems until this happened to me. I am so frustrated that if some would ask me to rate this company it’s a 1 star, no more than that,0 if I could

Absolute useless support team with the same scripted answers. Account blocked for 7 days after id verification request. Upon passing the id verification account get blocked joke support and the same answers everytime you call or message through the help section.

Uber is the only company that I know that charges you double for a worse ride. My ride to work averages between $10 and $12. But i work at a hospital so my ride homw averages $12 to $15 with a longer wait time. But every so often they surge their peices when their qait times are exponentially long. The other day they asked for $30 for the same ride. And their drivers definitely dont get enough out of that . Its a shameful, yet shameless business.

On 11/16/23 i put $40 on my cash app card and reserved an Uber to pick me up from my home the following morning. After making my reservation Uber out $36.97 on hold. The next day after my driver picked me up and dropped me off my card was charged 2 more times for the same amount and then i received a notification saying my card was declined. Then a few hours later my card was charged 2 more times. The next day my card was charged 2 more times and then two days later Uber tried to charge my bank card, 2 credit cards and a card that belonged to a friend that i had listed in my Uber forms of payment. No one gave Uber permission to charge anybody card nor any of my other cards. During the time these charges were being made to my cards i was in mid conversation with Uber customer service. Now last night on 11/23/23 my cash app card was refunded the $36.98 that was ORIGINALLY put on hold when i made my reservation. So I’m trying to understand whyyyyyyyyyyy did Uber NOT see the charge on hold on my cash app and whyyyy Uber felt like it was okay to charge a card that did not belong to me when from the very beginning the money for my trip was already on hold ? Make it make sense!!! UBER IS A THEIF AND IF YOU DONT WATCH YOUR TRANSACTIONS YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!
