Uber customer care 📞8590246257 call now. Ola helpline number 8590246257 call now 24*7 available service. My good experience in uber cabs. One time I booked a cab in uber. Some i reason I cancel my plan. Then I call ola helpline they refunded my money within 5minutes.0% fine. Such a good company uber.

Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life . They don’t care about the drivers who are the backbone of this business . They just care about the % of the money they make on each trip looting the drivers even after the gas prices went soo high . My background check was getting expired and I contacted Uber support 2 weeks before it was getting expired. Customer service told me everything was upto date on my account and I don’t want to do anything from my end . Now it’s 1 week since my account went offline and every single day they tell me they are going to sort this out . Later they told me I have to do my background check again . Uber customer care including the supervisors and managers doesn’t accept the mistakes they do and take an extra step to help the drivers . I was told that triton needs to send me an email to do the background check . After waiting for couple of days I got fed up and I contacted Triton directly and the answer I got from Triton was surprising! Triton never send an email to the drivers and those emails are supposed to be send by Uber to the drivers . Uber customer care blames Triton meanwhile .. It’s sure after seeing other reviews here to confirm uber doesn’t care about the drivers . They don’t care even drivers go offline for weeks without income even after they make mistakes.. when I asked for the income loss I had for 1 week with Uber support teams mistake they where kind enough to provide me $25 as a compensation for my living expense for 1 week . I hope Uber doesn’t go bankrupt after proving the $25 compensation as per the policy they had .

It’s amazing how this company refuses to get involved in customer issues ! I booked a ride and left a bag in the car by accident with keys to my house .I called the driver twice 2 minutes after drop off and my call was ignored . Now after three hours customer service tells me they are unable to reach them. Currently stranded outside my house at 3am and all I get is some generic ass responses . DONE WITH THIS COMPANY

I just wanted to add my uber plus card to multiple devices .So i tried to take help of the support but they said that i can’t do it but THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS says that you can use it on multiple devices. So i let it go and said to order a new card the SUPERVISOR left the line and cut my call they don’t understand what the driver is trying to say .I am offended by this if you guys cannot full full your terms and conditions that is against the policies.I NEED ANSWERS FOR THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

If I could give zero stars I would. Uber charges the most outrageous fees to the restaurant as well as the customer and wants to have no part in the actual service they are part of. Nothing is ever their concern about their process or business model. It may be the worst customer service ever.

I canceled my food delivery due to 2x drivers being rescheduled, due to canceling the trip. After my 3rd reschedule, which was set to arrive around 11pm, I was over it. I tried to get a refund from their janky customer service team via chat, who basically told me no refunds when you cancel. I asked for a manager or supervisor, and they ended the chat. I was out almost $20, like I actually received no service. I can’t even believe Uber is still in business, they are the worst food delivery service ever. The ridesharde hasn’t been to bad, but I canceled membership due to how bad they treat you with the food delivery. I hope they go out of business.

Driver was very aggressive because I ask him to open Clima.Then he start to insult me.And gueess what?It seems Uber belive him, that is unbelievable.I don t want to heard about Uber ever.

Yesterday I was chatting with Florissa from Uber help I explained that I was charged $9.99 just for opening the app and filling out the form. I wasn’t told that I was creating a new account. I tried to cancel it in the app but it wouldn’t let me. So I tried online and when creating a password it just kept canceling. So finally I tried again and they accused me of being a bot. I found the chat on my phone. I explained to Florissa that I am not a bot I’m a grandma with real boobs and everything and I explained everything. She said I can tell you’re not a bot because you’re so animated and I will refund all your money and cancel your account. I promised her I would leave a google review but I left it here because I can’t find how to leave a review on google. So here’s my review! I’m

Received horrendous customer service. Very unhelpful. Unethical labor practices (outsourcing to India and underpaying workers), quality of customer service has been HORRENDOUS. The worst ever: worst company and worst service.

My ride was standard good per Uber rules etc, however the driver Muhammad! This guy reports he found my phone i dropped in the back seat, then says to corporate its not mine as I fully characterize my busted screen, color, make, and model. Not to mention this is my company phone so I really need that. This guy wont call back or return it, worst of all this guy only lives two streets over, following my phone on GPS all day n night for 3 nights! I use to live and swear up and down by Uber but it only takes "One Bad Apple" to spoil the bunch. Whats up Lyft?! Looking mighty fine right now!

When I finally got to a real person it was like talking to a bot. No matter what I said, he started off "I'm sorry..." and they couldn't do anything about it. I was charged for a reservation, $47.12 for a reservation I didn't make and $7 for a bridge toll when there was no toll for the direction I was going. The drivers I've had have always been polite, efficient and *****, five stars. The customer service is outrageously horrible.

Uber seems to be using the lowest cost and worst overseas customer service call centers. The English is bad, the background noise is horrible, they are poorly trained, many tines they will just hang up on you because they can not quickly help you. This is all signs of uber using the cheapest low quality call center in India.

Terrible customer service. My account was put on hold for 2 days and it was based on a "safety issue". Apparently a customer stated the photo and car didnt match their booking. I was told an internal investigation would go underway whereby they would gather both the customers point of view and my own. I didnt get a call for 2 days after chasing at least 3 times a day. I finally got a response stating the matter was not going to be taken further and that my account would be reactivated. I lost out on 2 days of work only to be told the matter is resolved, with no explanation. Worst experience working for them thus far. Uber needs to put a better communication and formal procedure in place. Going radio silent on a driver is unacceptable. When you report an incident from a customer that has done something to a driver the best Uber would do is block that custoner from future bookings. Thats ridiculous.

Uber isnt making enough money. They have resorted to extortion. They have been charging me $9.99 monthly for a subscription I never signed up for. On top of that, they left me stranded because I saw these fraudulent charges and reported it to my bank. Uber decided to place a hold on my account until I recinded my dispute. I have never been encountered with a company that wouldn't let you speak to a manager. They simply told me that my issue didn't warrant a managers response. Horrible... I would rather walk than rescind my dispute.

Uber employ one of the most stupid people, one can imagine. Not sure where they answering phone calls and respond messages from, sounds asians, but extremely appealing. Fraudulently used my card, 10-15 times you tell them you don't know the person, you never heard the name. Instead of action, they fob you off, referring to speak with the person who used your card. Absolutely shocking and disgraceful customer service. 1 star is still way too much

Stay away from Uber go back to taxis this company is out of control don’t trust there people who work for the and do not trust Uber convenience, they are a bunch of criminals unregulated, unreliable distrustful company that reflect the people there hiring, STAY AWAY

The checklist didn’t mention, if my vehicle was compatible or not, I signed up for the process, paid half the fee and now they’re saying they can’t do anything about it. Ripping people off
