Uber has no availability to talk to anyone when you need to talk to them. If you go through their chat, it is a one time thing. I would NOT recommend this company as a driver or passenger

For Sept 29, I made reservations with Uber for a left from airport hotel to our Disney hotel. Driver never showed up. However I did use a Uber to eventually get to my destination. I was concerned about another reservation to take us from our Disney on Oct 3rd so I sent them an email to reaffirm the reservation. This what happened toe second time. With to UberXL . THEY BLAMED IT ON OUR CREDIT CARD AGAIN FOR THE SECOND TIME...BUT WE WERE STILL ABLE TO GET IMMEDIATE SERVICE WIHT A PROBLEM.

I’ve had a terrible experience with Uber Eats customer support. I ordered one item and they delivered something completely different. I followed all their steps, sent pictures, and explained the issue, but instead of helping, they closed my case and refused to give me a refund. It’s very disappointing — I paid for something I never received. Their customer service is unhelpful and doesn’t take responsibility. Be careful when ordering, because if something goes wrong, they won’t fix it

I reserved ride but 90 minutes before ride, uber cancelled my ride to Airport. I had to reserve another ride with uber that cost me $20 more. I sent so many e mails complaining about this but no response! Don’t trust Uber.

They never help me and trust me and i had 4 years of spending and was good client . They are horrible , best if you go to just eat.

At present, I am still having a difficult time. I have been trying to process an order from Hy-Vee with Uber eats. I am trying to use a promotion for Uber one customers and my healthy benefits card. I have both checked my health benefits allowance and my debit card which I have put into the system. It keeps refusing to process. The message to add another payment method is all I receive. This has been very frustrating because I attempted to do this order the previous evening from nine to 11:30 PM. The last message I received from your help support says it will get back to me in 6 to 12 hours. I haven’t received any messages and I still can’t process my order. This is very frustrating and it makes me want to switch my delivery service to either GrubHub or DoorDash. I would appreciate getting a response.

Uber driver showed up at the Omni in Oklahoma City. We called an Uber driver . He showed up and said we couldn't put our bags in trunk . He put some in front seat and the rest in the rear seats with us . He played loud rap music on the way to our destination and dirty and dented car . I will not do uber again. Lyft here I come ! Screen your people uber !!

Driver did not turn up. I was then charged full cancellation fee. I tried to re-book with another driver but the one offered turned out to be in wrong part of London so too far away. Then my afternoon booking was cancelled - I tried to re-book but site kept blocking me. When I complained about being charged for the cancellation I was told driver had attended which was not true

I reserved a ride on the uber app. The day before my ride was scheduled i received an alert that my payment needed to be updated by 03:00am or my ride would be canceled. I checked my bank and the payment went through at 1:00pm that same day. I then called uber and was told that everything was fine and to expect my ride on time the next day. 5 minutes after my ride was suppose to be there I received another alert that a driver could not be found. I received a refund for this ride the same day. The next day I checked my bank and Uber is trying to again charge me for this same ride. I almost missed my flight and had to pay $400.00 to park my car at the airport. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I would not recommend Uber to my worst enemy!!

The worst most irritating and irresponsible service yet the most disalutional customer service I have the misfortune that I had encountered. Spent 2 hrs waiting for a update on the Uber driver or when it will arrive.with absolutely no answer or assistance for Uber it apps used chat. That was useless as normal.uber may say that they lost a good customer.the continue unable assistance of get any.left stranded till I finally got a. Cab to come for us.

On 23rd Sept, I travelled from hospital to residence in sector 83 Gurgaon. Reaching detination, I paid the fare of Rs 245 and showed that amount debited to my account but was showing in process. Driver, pressurised me to attempt second payment. Being sick, tired nd old man, I paid by another Gpay, which got quickly through. However, the payment in process also got credited to Uber driver. Called driver to pay but later he blocked me. UBER asked for details and assure of action but of no use as it's unpaid and complaint window closed It's so simple that UBER should order driver to payback but they are not doing except sweet and stereo reply that feedback decided. UBER nd driver walked away with 2 payments. It's almost high way robbery nd cheat case where driver nd UBER are hands in gloces

Uber is not safe ,drivers are like rowdy .today one of the auto driver has almost followed my family member and harrassed unnecessary and used fowl language .request unless there is male with you ,don't use uber .. Uber ha no details of auto updated ,customer care don't answer calls .. Be careful..

Uber map provided to driver is inaccurate. First ride canceled by uber. Second ride after calling driver I was able to sit in the uber and see map which was totally wrong. This is not the drivers fault. Very frustrating 😕

If there is option for negative then I would have opted for that After confirming the ride they keep the customers waiting for half and hour and after that they call and ask us to cancel the ride This has happened with me everytime I have to go to a place urgently Moreover they charge extra fares and cause so much inconvenience to the customer If the moto of this company is to serve people by providing cabs and other transportation means then I would say none of you vision is fulfilled rather you all provide inconvenience and frustation to your customers

My uber driver stole half of my order and when I reached out to customer service they continue to say they can’t refund me or assist me with any type of credit. I paid for something I did not receive and the customer service gave me so much unnecessary attitude.

2 days in a row I walked to a location 1.4 miles from my lodgings in St Paul, MN, and took an Uber home after it got dark. There was little or no traffic and return trip should require 3 turns and the same 1.4 miles. Instead, I was taken on 2 different bizarre and tortuous routes which took longer and roughly doubled the mileage. I can think of no reason for these route changes other than to pad the bill. Customer service was worthless. They basically said, "Hey, you agreed to our price in advance." They did not address the strange routes.
