I am attending the funeral of one of the little girls from Camp Mystic. I reserved an UBER ride to the airport for the next morning at 5:30am. I checked at 5:15am and was notified that my ride was scheduled for 5:30 am. At exactly 5:30am I was told that no driver was available but for twice or 3.5 times the price I had reserved I could get an Uber driver in 10 minutes. I agreed to pay twice the reserved price. 28 minutes later a driver showed up. It wasn’t the driver’s fault but how is it if I cancel an UBER ride I get charged the full price but if UBer cancels they make more Money and I pay the consequences … missed flight, anxiety, etc . So, the ride that was supposed to cost $48 ended up costing $130+. My days with Uber are over. I need transportation to the airport that is reliable.

They will put a pop-up button on their app saying "Try Uber One." This suggests a free trial. It is not, and they will charge you. Customer support will not refund. I deleted my account.

So I ordered rental car on the Uber app. I tried multiple times to call Avis the place that I booked it through from the app and they never answered my call to confirm before I came. When I got there, they told me they don’t have any cars available. I paid $30 round-trip for nothing…. Y’all need to get on the same page as rental car companies. Because if I can book a car, that’s not even available it just sounds stupid.

Your customer service is the worst. You take a customer money quick but you have a problem with refunding the money back. Your drivers are excellent but your customer service makes me want to switch to Lyft

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Uber Eats. I ordered several items, but for some reason, the system charged me for two of each item instead of just one. When I called customer service to resolve the issue, they told me that they would not refund me for the extra items I had ordered by mistake. I was shocked by the lack of responsibility and poor customer service. It’s disappointing that they are unwilling to correct an issue caused by their system. I won’t be using Uber Eats again.

There is a reason Uber customer support has 1 star. Because they didn’t allow us to give ZERO. They are trash. I’ve been going back and forth with them over something being pending for a YEAR. And everytime they claim to have fixed it all in less than a minute and rush out of the conversation.

We ordered food they came to the house but never left the food they pulled right off. They didn’t take a pic or anything but said we got the food, my kids were starving and I spent over $60 on dinner that we never got and that the driver ate! Uber wasn’t helpful at all they didn’t care! I’m done never using them again don’t let this happen to you

Firstly, the app stopped showing the fare rate for a few days now. Secondly, today, it showed my trip is still active even though it ended around 8:30am (now it's 5:02pm). I am not able to make anoter trip. Lastly, it is impossible to get help when you need it! I tried using the chat bot hoping I will be able to get help that way, since there was no other option. If I could give 0 stars, I would!

I couldn’t get any help at all. The bit simply told me that the fee I was charged was the same as the estimated fee even though it was more than $10 over that cost. 3 toll roads were used without asking what I wanted and I was unable get any redress. This has been happing very frequently over the past 10 days. I couldn’t access the messages in a way which allowed me the opportunity to share my experience with Uber.

I'm really disappointed with the customer service I received. I got two responses that had nothing to do with my actual complaint, and one of them even included the wrong name—making it clear that my issue wasn’t properly read or addressed. To make matters worse, the second response was just a copy of the first one. This kind of support feels careless and unhelpful.

How are you going to charge 91 dollars for a ride and only pay the uber driver 35 dollars. The uber driver even told me how completely unfair this is.
