Uber has terrible customer service now. And the terrible thing is all good food places are on Uber. You can no longer speak with a person in any capacity which is by far the most idiotic thing they have ever done and I used to be an uber lover. HATE UBER NOW!

Worst customer service and website they never get the address correct and when you call it's kinda like they blame it on you. Only Uber never have a problem. With grubhububer eats and Uber needs to go out of business.

I hate to be negative and be complaining, but I want to give everyone a head up. Uber is now terrible, they’re charging people $52 for a 30 minutes ride. The worst thing is that they use to give you options for the co-rider thing, now they just put it there. You don’t have other choice. They got me missing my flight today because of that co-rider thing. I swear this is the last time I ride uber.

Uber it's so wrong to openly rate their customers riding through their drivers. As a customer riding Uber I tested that if the the driver doesn't get a big tip you will find lowered your rating, if you Chat with them and if the driver doesn't like the conversation they will give you a bad rating, if you're not in the right spot even when their GPS is not working well and I see the driver passing by they will also give you a bad rating. If I was Uber I would have an internal rating for clients riding in case someone is complicated enough that creats trouble in each trip. Other than that it is ridiculous that a customer may be rated by an Uber driver that doesn't like your tip, or the perfect spot or your face, and many times their drivers can be driving tired, dirty or dirty car, smelly, entry etc. Clients should be treated like royalty since they are spending their money riding and choosing them instead of a taxi. Sometimes in small towns like St George utah you'll find some interesting drivers that don't even have customers skills. If you have the chance to use friends, taxis or left, its probably better.

Not happy at all I had a ride set up for this morning, it kept sending me the code to my phone and email and every time I had to navigate away I couldn't get back to, so they cancelled the damn ride, I will never try to use them again and I will not refer them to anyone

I didn't get a ride. I had a difficult time understanding the person on the phone as he was asking for zip codes, credit card info, and such. I was concently confused and he was more and more angry until he finally ended the conversation. He seemed to think I was purposely misunderstanding. I think I was as frustrated as he was. I am not happy about the experience. I will be less likely to call UBER again.

It charged me $15.18 said the car was coming. I’m always on time it said it would wait 2 minutes I was outside in 1 min and it left I think I was discriminated against because of my picture maybe there was no reason for the driver to cancel, then I was charged cancel fee $5.45 they gave that back right away but kept the other $9.73 this isn’t the first time this happened! I am now waiting to get the $9.73 and I still had to go to work, so I had no choice but to order another uber which was $18 smh this is so unfair smh

Can't express how usless this company is. Horrible customer support. Woeful complaints process and dreadul satff. Always seem to mess up an order for uber eats. Pretty sure a driver just stole my food

The driver delivered to wrong address. The photo isn’t my place as I stated to Uber support. I gave instructions on the order. I’m a pensioner and it cost me $36 odd dollars and I only ordered to take medication with as I had cut my thumb earlier and it was bleeding.

Uber support is a mythical maze of trying to find anyone useful. It is supremly unhelpful, labor intensive, and frankly obnoxious. I've used Uber for years but I'll be using Lyft or the city bus from now on.

I have been waiting for a phone call from customer service for 6 Hours it’s ridiculous to not have a customer service number. Especially when you work with them. Then it’s an emergency.

Today, I had a very bad experience with an Uber ride. I booked a ride for the first time, and after waiting for twenty minutes, the driver neither responded nor answered my messages. Then the ride got cancelled on its own. I booked another ride, but the same thing happened again — the driver didn’t pick up my calls or respond. I kept waiting for 45 minutes. Even though I had pain in my legs, I had to endure it and keep standing. This is called unprofessional behavior. If they don’t want to go, then what’s the point of accepting the ride in the first place?

The drivers are always asking extra money, many of them are rude, intentionally taking longer routes to increase the fare. The worst cab services app. They definitely need to improve ask their drivers to have manners.

The worst the charged me for food that the app said we don’t not deliver from this location the only option was to cancel order which I did then went back into thinking ok maybe it will let me select another location well it picked the same one. But this time let it go through then I get an email saying I was charged because the restaurant already started your order in a matter of like 5 seconds when it wouldn’t go through yet I was charged for the 1st order then charged for the 2nd order. Over a 100 of money on a 48.00 order. And the uber ahold said nothing we can restaurant nothing we can do…..

I reported someone using my account on their account without my consent the person purchased a membership and they tell me they can’t do anything because my information is in the other persons account! I basically reported fraud and uber is allowing her to continue. I know the person but she won’t take care of it herself! So I’m stuck with a membership I didn’t purchase and can’t cancel. It’s wrong for them to allow this to continue. But I blocked uber from my bank account. Somehow she linked my account to hers they even told me this. I’ll never do business with uber I’ll walk first. They are fraud just as she is for allowing it

My driver’s car broke down on the side of a highway. We pulled over in a safe ish place. It took forever to find a number to call — and the driver didn’t have one either — but I reached them eventually. They would not send another car to pick me up (“it’s not safe”) but said they’d cancel and refund my trip. I was stranded on the side of the highway. The police won’t help. I was told to go with the tow truck driver and then get a ride from there. No help at all. It ended up costing me twice that of the original uber and I was an hour late for major surgery.
