The customer service Agent named Gian is a very rude person and has absolutely no manners. I wanted to ask a few questions and he got so mad that I had questions..failed to answer any of them so I asked for a manager, he literally told me no one will help me and hung up on me. I want to know who hires people like this person and doesn’t even interview them nor check for their qualifications. I did not expect such a poor service from a big company name like Uber. Very disappointed !

Uber doesn't pay enough money for drivers for wear and tear on their car and gas and time They take too much out of a percentage of trips They don't charge extra for stops And trip modifications. Get annoying when people do it in the car and you get paid less. Because the Uber app is inconsistent. With pricing.

Uber drivers in Dominican Republic are always canceling a service when a higher ride is available leaving loyal customers with no service.. this practice is corruption and it should be sanctioned if a driver cancels a call or asks if is credit card or cash payment

No one answered and no one helped. I was not only followed by my driver and yelled at but also on multiple occasions my drivers drove past me and my service dog or denied me access. One of my drivers almost ran over my foot trying to get away. I’m not a confrontational person and I always send a text ahead of time letting them know I have a service dog and some of them won’t cancel until they drive past me. Some of them even trying to get me to pay a fee to cancel for wasting their time when it’s against Uber policies to deny access to a surface animal.

Horrible service. They go out of their way to not connect you to an actual person anymore. Very disappointing being that you choose the option to chat with a human agent. Then it just tells you that you have sent an email and we will let you know if we care or not. Just cancelled our membership and will never renew. Also out of principle will never be using any of Ubers services every again.

Recently used Uber Auto service and had a disappointing experience. The fare estimate on booking seemed reasonable, but the driver took a longer route than necessary, resulting in a significantly higher fare. When I questioned the fare, the driver insisted that the meter reading was correct, but I suspect otherwise. It felt like a deliberate attempt to misguide and overcharge.

I do want to put out there that Uber allowed a driver to give me a bad rating even after I contacted them and told them what happened. The driver was making me feel uncomfortable because he was trying to flirt and make conversation with me about my personal life asking me personal questions. When I told him those were personal questions he got offended and after his ride my rating score went down which was not fair for me. As a women traveling alone I don't feel I have to give a man I never met all of my personal information.

I got a ride 50% lower than Uber. I used to use Uber a lot. Thanks Lyft, I can erase uber app from my phone now. And like I said, i used to call only Uber. Mind changed ✅

In coimbatore all the auto uber drivers are demanding more money than shown in app and they won't ride if we don't give the extra money within 2 days I lost around 500+ rupees just by paying the extra amount

if I could give 0 stars I would. worst ride company in the nation. I tried for over 2 hours to get a ride and nothing… I then called the Uber company to speak to someone and even they couldn’t help me out and get me a ride. Worst experience ever! I will never recommend this company to anyone I know.

Well, today I decided to open a DiDi account. Why? Because the Uber driver cancelled the trip. I didn't realise for over half an hour. I had to book another trip. Uber then charged me $25 for cancelling. I've decided to vote with my feet.

Wow, shoutout to Uber support for being the most impressively useless service I’ve ever dealt with. Truly a masterclass in wasting people’s time. I’ve had an ongoing issue with my account for what feels like forever, and not a single person has actually helped me. It takes hours just to speak to someone, and when I finally do, it’s like talking to a robot that’s trapped in a never-ending loop of copy-pasted scripts. They keep saying, “We’ll look into it” or “We understand your frustration” but spoiler alert: they don’t. Nothing gets fixed. Ever. It’s honestly impressive how little they care. I’m convinced this company put more effort into designing the shape of their app icon than they did into training support staff or setting up a working phone system. No offense to the humans answering the phones—I know they’re just doing what they’re told—but whoever runs this support system clearly thinks “customer service” is just a fancy way to say “delay and deflect.” Absolute trash support. 0/10. Would rather argue with a wall.

I have spent over 4 hours trying to get someone to help me get my phone back after leaving it in a Uber, and after 5 phone calls, and several online messages, I was given the same formulaic non helpful dialogue, with no one who has English as a strong language, or who can only talk to customers from a script with no customer help whatsoever, as I couldn't be verified due to Uber having an email linked that i have no idea what it is. I was promised 2 call backs, and it had been escalated to the team to get the driver to call me, and when asked to speak to a manger there has been none available all day - nothing has happened apart from getting more frustrated by the hour. I am appalled by the obstacles and nonsense put in the way to get anyone to listen and respond appropriately and still waiting 5 hours later for some information despite calling and e mailing all day
