They take money from drivers weekly earnings balances without reason, consent, or any form of appealing it. Horrible customer service agents from India don't understand English nor understand your issues... profit and greed over doing the right thing in my opinion...

The driver delivered the wrong items. I spent £40 on deliveries for groceries and I got someone else's which was worth £10. Now I'm £30 less and Uber's customer service is unhelpful. First, they make it really hard to complain or raise issues because of their UI. Then when I finally got through to someone via chat, I've spoken to different people asking me the same thing over and over again.

I keep receiving emails from Uber Eats, containing receipts for other customers. They include the last 4 digits of the customer's credit card numbers, as well as the delivery addresses and names of the customers. I have told Uber that they're sending these emails to the wrong address, but the situation has not been resolved.

Months ago, Uber suddenly stopped accepting my debit card. I tried over and over. I used both Uber Eats & Uber Rides. I could not figure it out as it never de lined, was never comprised, nothing. I finally reached out to support to ask why. The response was this, word for word, “We do not have to tell you why or explain ourselves. We have made the decision and it is final”. With an arrogant answer like that, I stopped using Uber all together. I receive many emails asking me to “please come back”..ridiculous!

Driver cancelled, we did not cancel and there is no way to dispute this, you cannot talk to a live person. Driver lied and said ride was cancelled and it was not. Had to book another ride for my client. We use Lift next time.

I'm an Uber driver. Someone acting as Uber support called me, cuz the claimed there was a complaint against me. They canceled my ride I was on and had me pull over. As they were talking to me, they took all of my money from my Uber wallet. I reported it and my entire account is on hold and has been for over a month. Every time I call, I get some foreign person who is rude, won't let me talk to a supervisor and then hangs up on me. Uber sucks!

Uber support is horrible. Uber as a company in general is cheap and inept at customer service. They will nickel and dime you every chance that they get. They don’t provide refunds when they are due. Truly disgusting and disappointing. I was a daily uber user but will now be switching to Lyft. I have had enough of the garbage and poorly run business which is uber.

Uber charged over $40 for a ride lost when my phone lost signal. They said it was because the driver incurred costs to get to my location but he was 1 minute away when he accepted the ride. Terrible customer service .

I have photo evidence of an error on billing with Uber and no support (website, app, or X/Twitter) have been able to help except for saying "Sorry for the experience" with no acknowledgement of the error or compensation for loss.

I’m a driver. My account was put on hold for helping a rider find a new place to go when his first destination could not accommodate him I’m on hold for fraud and it’s going to take a week to get me reactivated.

Uber sucks now lately They keep charging high for membership but still with membership your fare is still more expensive compare to those who don't have uber one! Why is that? Also orders were either messed up or late And they're not willing to compensate at times

For one they don’t compensate well two we take away your status even when you have an amount of 600 rides in less than a month time claiming that you didn’t do enough special rides, which is completely unfair. When you put as much time as I have, you should be at least rewarded for your work ethic.

I lost my phone in my driver's car. I can not access my Uber account or my email accounts due to two step authentication. Uber refuses to answer the phone for it's customers and because I can not sign in to my account BECAUSE my phone is in my driver's car therefore I can not file a lost item claim in the app. I had to buy a new phone because Uber customer service refuses to help it's customers if they can not leave a message on the app! What if I was someone who borrowed a phone to take a trip and this happened? How would Uber deal with this problem?

Support is terrible, uber says support available 24/7 this is false; app FAQ does not help with everything - call in is only for drivers - chat only available for lost items

I'm a senior citizen 71 years old on a limited income. Uber charged me $31.41 for a mistake on an address. I already know nothing is going to be about. Now I'm going to have to find another form of transportation in the future. Uber penalty for a honest mistake is to costly.

I booked for a cab at 10:00 pm for a ride at 8:00 in the morning and the price was 330, but when can arrived in the morning driver didn't agree, he wanted to charge 400. What kind of behaviour is this, very bad experience, they always hike price at the time of pick up, not before that. Otherwise they won't even take you.

Dont pay for uber priority! It will say 7 minutes but it takes 14 minutes to count down those 7 mins till your driver arrives! Total scam!!! You are better off doing wait and save, and half the time you'll get a driver faster than you might expect.

When you have a problem with Uber eat and you finally get someone on the line no one has a clue I called four times and my issue was still not resolved no idea of what they are doing. I asked you speak to a manager they refused and days later it is still not resolved.

Few weeks ago, I started using Uber One. In the beginning, everything was fine until this past Tuesday, 07/15/25. I called my Uber driver, Carlin, who drives a blue Toyota Highlander. Looking at the map, I saw that she passed my street to pick me up. I sent a message saying, "Hey, you missed my street," and included a smile. Then she past the second street and kept going. At this point, I was texting her, asking, "Where are you going?" and then I called her, but she didn’t answer. I tried calling her phone number and emailing her for a few hours, but I got no response. Finally, I accessed Uber One and canceled my uber one plan.In the process a small window popped up asking why i was canceling my account. I then wrote ..if this is the service that you provide with uber one then i dont want it . Thanks." I couldn’t report her because I had to cancel the trip. It’s amazing how difficult it is to find someone who will hear your feedback. Competition is right around the corner; we have choices, and we should speak up when we’re not being treated well.
