Everytime I have used uber in the last few months they have overcharged my credit card. They will quote you a price then add more to it after you have had your trip. BEWARE - they are dishonest. And people I’ve spoken to are having the same trouble

I booked a ride with Uber in Mexico. The guy was taking forever, showed 6 minutes remaining for over 4 minutes. I cancelled the ride and got confirmation. Took a can instead. Later I receive a notice that he claimed that I rode with him and Uber wanted me to pay his fare. You cannot contest that. I showed an outstanding balance since this driver lied his ass off. He was sitting in his house when he took the ride and took his sweet time. He only showed two blocks from my pick up point. These Uber drivers should not be allowed to take or "accept" a ride if they cannot proceed immediately. Since my account shows an outstanding balance, I cannot delete my account. There is no way to contest the driver claim. I will never us Uber again. Uninstalled the app.

Totally useless. Uber charged me repeatedly for the same ride. And this happend 3times just this month. When I rise it with Uber Support they just respondś with scripted answers and doesn’t provide any solution and of course I did not get my money back either. I wish there was some real support available. Because of this I only use Uber if there is no other option available now. They owe me 15 Eur just for this month.

It took almost 2 hrs to get to airport. Understand chicago is hard to get around. I was charged a 32 surcharge for traffic. This is a joke.

The incompetent driver could not find my location and he cancelled the trip, then I was charged a cancellation fee. I tried to dispute it with Uber and of course I was not refunded.

No dia 30/04/2025, utilizei o serviço Uber Entregas para enviar uma aliança de casamento, de alto valor sentimental e material. A remetente, pessoa de minha total confiança, enviou corretamente o item. No entanto, ao receber o pacote, constatei que o conteúdo havia sido adulterado, e o item entregue não correspondia à aliança enviada. Tentei diversas vezes entrar em contato com o motorista pelo telefone disponibilizado no app, mas não obtive retorno. Diante da gravidade da situação, registrei um Boletim de Ocorrência junto à Polícia Militar, que identificou que o veículo utilizado não está em nome do motorista, sendo que no aplicativo constava apenas seu primeiro nome — dificultando ainda mais a investigação. A polícia me orientou a buscar as informações com a Uber, já que a empresa tem os dados completos do condutor. Contudo, ao reportar o roubo, a Uber apenas informou que o motorista alegou ter entregue o pacote corretamente, o que não condiz com os fatos. Ressaltei ainda que o histórico do GPS mostra que o motorista fez uma parada prolongada antes da entrega, o que levanta suspeitas. Apesar das evidências, a Uber se recusa a fornecer o nome completo do motorista e vem limitando o atendimento a mensagens automáticas e respostas evasivas. Sinto-me lesada duas vezes: primeiro pelo motorista, que claramente agiu de má fé, e depois pela própria Uber, que em vez de prestar suporte, dificulta o processo, protege o condutor e ignora o impacto emocional e material de toda a situação. Além da perda da minha aliança de casamento, estou sendo submetida a um descaso inaceitável por parte da empresa. Reforço meu pedido para que a Uber tome providências imediatas, forneça os dados necessários às autoridades e colabore para a apuração justa dos fatos, evitando que outros consumidores passem por situações semelhantes. Este episódio foi extremamente traumático e doloroso, e o suporte da empresa tem sido o pior possível.

Uber does not allow passengers to contact them directly about issues, which speaks volumes about this company... While I've had many positive experiences, this morning a driver arrived at the pickup point in Nashville, TN (where I was waiting 15 minutes early, and had established contact with the driver to inform him that I was ready anytime), for a scheduled pickup, and upon arrival in his Gray Ford Explorer, he suddenly decided to pick up three ladies instead, which I can only assume would make him more money, and then he immediately canceled the trip from his end, leaving me to wait for another ride to the airport... Uber immediately removes all previous information when a driver cancels a trip, and leaves you with no way to report a negative experience with that particular driver... The company makes it extremely difficult to provide them with pertinent information that ultimately would better Uber for everyone... I wisely chose to use a taxi from the Washington, DC airport back to my residence, and will be using taxis in he future for all my rides, since they actually hold their drivers accountable... Uber: Please feel free to contact me about this issue - you have my phone number and email address...

Their drivers consistently do not go to the right pickup point, and when I call to explain I don’t see them and that I’m standing RIGHT OUTSIDE they are rude and cancel, then I get charged!!! Make that make sense!!!

Uber is stealing from me. I have never set up an account for Uber. But looking through my bank statement yesterday I found Uber charging me 10.49 monthly. I tried to call in but as I don't have the app or anything I cannot contact anyone with them asking for payment. Uber fix this now

This is about a trip which was taken by my son who is a student. My son paid 88/- for the trip. The auto driver told that it has not been paid and forced him to pay again. He got terrified nd paid again. Later my son told me bout this incident. I sent mails, and written complainta to uber, spoke with the driver, shared all the screenshots of both the transactions but nothing happened. This is not about 88/- this is about safety of the passenger. How can a driver force a teenager and get whatever he wants. Uber is totally insensitive about the issue. I asked for a call back. No one called me up. I am too disappointed and terrified with this approach of uber. A driver has all the power and authority to misbehave with passenger.

The customer service Agent named Gian is a very rude person and has absolutely no manners. I wanted to ask a few questions and he got so mad that I had questions..failed to answer any of them so I asked for a manager, he literally told me no one will help me and hung up on me. I want to know who hires people like this person and doesn’t even interview them nor check for their qualifications. I did not expect such a poor service from a big company name like Uber. Very disappointed !

Uber doesn't pay enough money for drivers for wear and tear on their car and gas and time They take too much out of a percentage of trips They don't charge extra for stops And trip modifications. Get annoying when people do it in the car and you get paid less. Because the Uber app is inconsistent. With pricing.

Uber drivers in Dominican Republic are always canceling a service when a higher ride is available leaving loyal customers with no service.. this practice is corruption and it should be sanctioned if a driver cancels a call or asks if is credit card or cash payment
