Uber support is almost impossible to get a hold of, and when you get in contact with an agent they refuse to support you, don’t help solve the problem, and then end the call without helping. I have stopped using uber- I use Lyft and DoorDash because communicating with uber is horrible.

Uber does not properly vetted the people asking for a ride. Had a passenger get in my car with a loaded gun. Worst of all he left it after he cursed me out. I could have a victim of a robbery. Uber needs to be concerned about the people that work for them making them billionaires.

I was a delivery driver for Uber for years. I moved out of the area for a few years and moved back and decided to go back to delivering for Uber and it wasn’t an option I guess. I contacted Uber support 18 times over a month because my account was locked and saying I needed to update my vehicle and insurance and I did that and Uber refused to do anything with it. Also there is NO way to talk to a live person at Uber most off them if not all barely speak English and you couldn’t understand them anyways. So, I permanently deleted my account today and I guess I’m glad I did as Ubers rating is quite bad.

Dear Uber Support Team, I am writing to report a very serious incident that occurred this morning. I had booked an Uber Bike ride to Tiruverkadu for my MBA exam. The driver assigned to me was Mr. Gavaskaran, and his vehicle number is TN01AS0518. During the ride and especially upon reaching my destination, the driver behaved in an extremely inappropriate and threatening manner. He harassed me verbally, asked for my personal contact number, and made vulgar and indecent gestures. Worse, he forcibly touched me and held my hand while continuing to behave in an unacceptable and abusive manner. The location was isolated at that moment, and I felt unsafe and unable to react. This has been one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. I am shocked that a company like Uber could employ someone who poses such a risk to passenger safety. I demand immediate action be taken against this driver. If I do not receive a proper response from your team within 24 hours, I will have no choice but to file a police complaint and take legal action. I also intend to raise public awareness about this issue so that others do not have to face a similar experience. I hope Uber treats this matter with the utmost seriousness and responds without delay.

I was waiting for driver too long and he was not able to find me. They charged my card more than 50% of the price for the trip. What is that? Why am I suppose to pay for nothing. This was not my fault.

I ordered food through Uber eats .the restaurant didn’t have what I ordered because it was probably 7 PM but they called me to cancel my order because they were trying to do that so I did and I called Uber for a refund and they said they couldn’t refund me because they have already started preparing my order which was not true. Nothing was prepared so I disputed for 2 hours And nothing was issued I even talked to the manager at luby’s and he was agreeing with me at what was happening. Uber said that they said I cannot get a refund and it was my fault that I canceled . I even have the voicemail where they called me and told me that they tried to cancel the order,but uber still refused to give me a Refund . I will not use Uber again. This service is BAD! Do not order with uber eats!!!! Total $47.62 They really stole my money!!! Nothing was refunded!

Worst customer service on the planet! My food was stolen by the rider and he put delivered and uber have not refunded the money or done anything about it £30 down the drain and nothing is happening about it

There is no support. I left my android phone in the back seat of a drivers car. The website at Uber says that they contact the driver and charges 20.00 if your item is returned, unfortunately, the driver does not respond and your item is not returned.

I left my phone in the cab on Friday, the driver confirmed they had it, and then customer support gave the driver my phone number - of the phone they have in their possession !! I have tried every single day to get someone to call my husbands phone number, so we can make arrangements to retrieve my phone, but have had ZERO replies !! You are hopeless !! We will never use you ever again !!!

Worst customer service I have ever recieved. I placed and order and immediately canceled it within 30 seconds. I was told I could not be refunded, my order reinstated or anything but that I was still being charged because the restaurant started making the food, which was impossible. Literal theft. $30 for no food in less than 30 seconds. What a joke. I have never had this experience with doordash

Impossible to get a hold of anyone, the stupid AI chatbot is incredibly useless, and is not able to help outside of the most basic issues. All it does is link to worthless articles that don't actually resolve anything.

Uber is getting more and more expensive, this is not good anymore, I used to pay only $23-$25, then $27-$28, then $33, now it’s $35-$38 ridiculous!!!

They spike rates on purpose in salem nh area its 45$ for a 7 min ride. Some other company needs to exist besides life because im calling a friend

I used my cash app card for payment for a ride and I had it off when the first charge came in and it was declined . Then I turned it on and uber then charged me two times for the exact same ride . They refuse to refund me the money even though I have sent documentation from cash app that both payments were processed.

my husband has been trying to get help from uber support. They keep telling him everything is fixed. In the mean time he has not been able to drive for 5 days with uber. No actual human being is available to talk to over the phone?
