Uber is terrible!! The driver didn't arrive at my address, and I was charged a waiting fee, and that was a few times already. Don't use Uber ever!

Don't no why the driver is hired if they can't speak English .More then once this has happen .That should be a requirement to be a driver

Canceled my scheduled ride to the airport without any notification. Only realized it when the ride never showed up. They were trying to use an expired credit card even though I had a current one on file. But no text, no email.

Uber should have an option to cancel with refund or redirection if a trip is ordered and the wait time is longer than 15 minutes. I requested an Uber and it gave me a 21 minute wait time. Then they put me on a shared trip going opposite direction of the airport. The driver wouldn't cancel the trip because he said I booked a shared ride, which happened to be the last trip I did and it kept the setting. Looks like I am going to miss my flight!! Thanks Uber.

On 9/11/2024 I was physically assaulted by an Uber driver during my ride. His name is John. I'd put his age from late 60's to early 70's, white or Armenian. This happened in Burbank in front of Ralph's and witnessed by numerous people. The make and model of his car is a white Kia Sorenta with license plate 8TJJ512. Although Uber states he's been removed from driving pending the investigation, he might still be driving for them or Lyft. Beware of this man. His behavior is quite erratic and he dangerous.

theyre the worst, recently one of my friends called an uber and the driver was speeding, almost run her over when she was only standing by the parking lot, why do they employ such irresponsible people? the driver could not even bother apologising... either they should stop hiring such people or we should stop calling for an uber

My delivery was not made at all. This has not been the only time. Multiple orders arrived partially filled. Because I have reported missing items in the past in an order I am not eligible for a no delivery refund? That's ridiculous. Because of mistakes by your partners and your drivers, i am being a denied a refund?

Uber locked me out of my account as they told m name was inappropriate. Guess mom and dad were bad people for naming me Debbie. Bu-bye Uber as go forward I will only be using Lyft “After looking at your account, we noticed that your name includes inappropriate language, numbers, or symbols. We’ve placed a temporary hold on your account until you’re able to update your name appropriately or provide documentation confirming the accuracy of your name. To remove the ban, please provide an updated name for your account or documentation verifying the accuracy of your current account name. Once we are able to update your account information, you can resume taking trips using the Uber app.”

Uber is absolutely trash. Lyft is way better. Uber will charge you more if you’re a male and will charge females cheaper rides. I have proof of this too with screenshots of the same rides vs what my gf calls. Absolutely corrupt. Ik never ride with Uber again

I'll try to pick someone up to bring to my house but every time I try to put in their location as the pickup location it keeps switching back to my location use Lyft Uber is full of s*** why would I want to get picked up at my house and get dropped off back at my house

These drivers speak no English and don't know the city and will stop in the middle of traffic to drop you off and almost get you killed this happens many of occasions.

Awful company. Their updated .aps showed my address wrong for almost a year. Most driver were good and would drive to the end of the road, (they had to drive there anyway to get back onto the mai. Road) & drop me in front of my actual house. But several Eastern European drivers were dropping me at the bottom of a different street & demanding I get out. Made a disabled woman walk at night even though they literally had to drive by my house. The proof is in the charges of where I was dropped off. It gave the addresses they dropped me off at, its sure wasn't my house The customer service sux ballz. They charge for nonsense & promise the refund/discount in the next ride, I have yet to ever get one. LYFT. Use LYFT, cheaper and it's all the same drivers, yet they seem ice when driving on the Lyft app.

I ordered through uber eats, they sent 2 people for the delivery. One arrived with his part of the order, the other didn't show up. Delivery was marked as completed (the price fully paid), they refused to refund with automated chatbot messages.

I am a dialysis patient, lost my business, three dialysis in a week, 12 dialysis in a month, thought to work with uber witha hope that it is a good brand and I will be able to earn some money whenever I get some time and feel health but after driving with them I get to know they deduct from your account 25 rupees on daily basis and also some amount on every ride, so after that deduction I couldn't not even get the money for my petrol expenses. My experience was worst because when I tried to reach them they said they will arrange someone to call and cancel the call from their side, and it happened twice , means on two different days but they don't have any answer, so I left my earned money with them and left uber completely and now I will not use uber and also make sure other people also don't use it by telling their reality

I ordered and paid for a ride from St Petersburg FL airport. Received a message that the driver was 1 minute away. After 20 minutes outside in Florida heat looking for the driver i received a follow up message that the driver cancelled and i needed to request another ride which i did from Lyft. He did show up within 90 seconds which was 15.minutes quicker than i expected based on their message. It was cheaper than Uber and the driver showed up early. Hours later i get a message from Uber that they charged ME $7.89 for the cancellation!!!! WTF !!!!
