This review is mainly for the driver who drove the trip from RACPC SBI Tambaram to SBI GNChetty road . While starting the ride he asked for 350rs which was extra to the amount that showed but I agreed to it later at the drop location he said that I need to pay 370Rs and started talking harshly. Due to my safety issue I paid the amount. When I raised the complaint they said paying extra is your headache ok but did not address the safety issue. Being a woman customer now I dread taking the auto at Uber alone and ask some male members to accompany me.

I truly don't understand why they have a support team for... I've been waiting for my background to clear for over 3 years now and still nothing.! I know for sure that I have a clean background given the fact that I work at NASA and they do finger prints and all... and if my background can clear for them then what's taking so long for my background to clear for Uber? but every time I ask support to just delete my account so I can start the process all over they seem like they cant help me. 3 years is a long time and things has changed like I have a newer vehicle that I will need to update and same with the insurance. now they told me that they use a 3rd party for the background and I will have to call them.. well I did that and the said I will have to call Uber support...Hopefully someone will see this and they may be able to help me out

Προσπαθούσα επί δέκα συνεχόμενα λεπτά, μέρα μεσημέρι, να βρω μια διαθέσιμη κούρσα στην περιοχή μου, σε μια στιγμή που είχα επείγουσα ανάγκη να μεταφέρω έναν άρρωστο άνθρωπο. Είναι αδιανόητο το 2025, με τόσα μέσα και τεχνολογική υποστήριξη, να μην μπορεί η Uber να εξυπηρετήσει άμεσα μια τέτοια κατάσταση. Δεν υπήρχε ούτε ειδοποίηση για καθυστερήσεις, ούτε πρόβλεψη, ούτε λύση. Μόνο ένα ατελείωτο “Αναζήτηση οδηγού” που απλά ανακυκλωνόταν, αφήνοντάς μας ξεκρέμαστους. Η αντιμετώπιση αυτή δεν συνάδει ούτε με τη φιλοσοφία εξυπηρέτησης πελατών που διαφημίζετε, ούτε με τις προσδοκίες των χρηστών σας. Όταν μιλάμε για ανθρώπινες ζωές και ανάγκες, η αδυναμία σας να προσφέρετε ένα τόσο βασικό πράγμα όπως μια διαδρομή, είναι εξοργιστική. First of all I was told I was not technically inclined because I couldn't hear the person. Then I was asked not to get mad because.i had an appointment and for some reason it wouldn't take my debit card information over and over again. So I said I have to go amd hung up the phone. Maybe it was just the person I was dealing with.

Uber in general is just not a company you should do business with their driver are able to lie and steel from you with minimal repercussions and I am very unsatisfied with their services as a whole.

I am not upset with any of the drivers but I am upset that I had a driver within 2 minutes away and it got canceled for me to have to wait another 17 minutes. This is very unprofessional on Uber's part.

I'm a driver with Uber and this platform is very unreliable. They take a large portion of your money for the trips that you perform and customer service is full of broken English speaking individuals that just transfer your calls to different departments. Customer Service gets upset with you because they can't understand you, but it's not my fault that English isn't their first language. Bring back English speaking customer service representatives and I would continue to drive with them. Until then, I suggest driving for Lyft. The app constantly crashes and you'll constantly get spam calls regarding your account.

No issues with the ride but Uber played a dirty ruse by sending out an email with a promotional QR code that can be used for the fast track at Rome airport and shopping discounts. Needless to say, there was no QR code in the email No one replied to the support email. Customer service ranks zero

Uber is a terrible company that shows zero respect for its drivers. They treat drivers like disposable labor, constantly threatening to deactivate accounts for rejecting low-paying orders or trips that are unreasonably far away. As independent contractors, drivers should have the right to decline unfair rides without punishment, but Uber bullies them into accepting everything or risk losing their income. Another major issue is Uber’s policy on pets. Drivers with allergies or who simply don’t want animals in their car are forced to accept them or face penalties. This is unacceptable—drivers should have the right to refuse for health or personal reasons. Safety is also a huge concern. Passengers should be able to choose the gender of their driver, especially since many women (and even men) feel uncomfortable being forced into a car with a stranger of the opposite sex. Uber does nothing to address this, putting both drivers and riders at risk. Customer service is practically nonexistent. When issues arise—like drivers wasting gas driving across town for an order that was already picked up or canceled—Uber refuses to compensate them for their time and expenses. Their system is outdated and exploitative, leaving drivers to bear the cost of Uber’s inefficiency. Overall, Uber prioritizes profits over people, exploiting drivers while offering little support or fairness. Until they make serious changes, I would never recommend driving for them or using their service. **1 star is too generous.**

Uber attempted to charge me $5 on my account which caused an overdraft after I paid for my services. I did not approve it they did not notify me of the charge! 2 Days Later the charges gone/disappeared. The even bigger problem is there's no customer support there's no way to talk to a live human being and for such a big company they should treat their customers better. Just on principle I'll never use Uber again ever.

Why the hell do Drivers accept rides and roam around here and there and then cancel them? If customers do that, Uber charges. If we cancel after accepting the ride, Uber charges. Also, if we are late, Uber charges. But we don't get any compensation if the driver cancels and accepts even if they don't want to go. Uber thinks riders have free money and time to spend on them.

Yesterday I ordered a ride from JFK to my home and today I found out an additional charge of 16 plus dollars for trip cancellation that I didn’t have. Driver was very nice and we safely got home
