very very very very very very bad customer support , they dont reply , i feel actually UBER just faking that they have customer support infact nobody is there to look and resolve customers issue ,now i feel there are better same service providers are availbale in market , if everything going fine then UBER is good but once customer faces any issue UBER dont bother to take initiative and solve the issue they are deaf & dump . I DONT WANT TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR ALSO they dont deserve

Support team tells you requirement, when provided puts you online so can drive later cuts off service to redo process.seems more training needed to understand what's required and what's not.I am still stranded for more than 72 hours.

I will never ever book a ride with Uber we got charged $110 for a 10 minute drive just because it was new year eve when it should have only been $30 max I understand it’s high demand but come on your charging everyone over %70 more then normal price

They used to help. Now unless you get a supervised on to verify what is happening the support is not there to help. They are there to read a script only. Nothing will be advocated for you at all. They say things are taken care of but they won’t be. Some don’t offer information that others will. Unfortunate indeed

They marked my primary account as a duplicate, made me delete it, and refused to merge my accounts. Instead they forced me to delete the account with all my information on it, because they marked it as a duplicate. They also were the least understanding representatives ever.

Unprofessional customer service ever seen. Agents, supervisors, their listening level are very low. -10/10 rate experience. I pass 4 Hours waiting someone to resolve my problem, can you imagine an agent pick up the phone while I was explaining my situation then disconnected my call. No skills to help customers Both Agents and Supervisors.I recalled day after day around 2 weeks no one was able to help me, I ask to have rating experience no one was able to give me the form for rating my experience

Absolutely awful service, not a single soul wanted to actually help me and I sat on hold for twenty minutes only to be hung up on twice and then told that I would get a call back. In the end, I never got a call back and no one at Uber cared to help. I lost my phone and the help needed to be urgent but even weeks later no help was given. Going to use Lyft from now on for the sole purpose of not having to go through this lousy support system ever again.

Extremely bad experience with Uber in South California! I scheduled a ride to the airport San Diego International a month ago. The driver was assigned a few days ago. Do you think that people going to the airport for a party or for a flight? Any person would say for a flight, right? We guess our driver “Alex” wasn’t one who thought the same. He decided to cancel our trip 15 minutes before the scheduled time. So, at 4 am I saw a cancellation notice. We found a driver with Lyft but it was 30 minutes late. And we were late for our flight too. We had to reschedule our flight and pay additional $118. Instead of coming at 11am direct flight, we would come at 10.20pm with two stops.

I spoke with 8 different support staff employees after they removed the delivery tab under preferences. No one knew how to fix it. Apparently it's the first time this happened. Not true. I found other people online with the same issue. Some even years back. The funny thing is I think I found out how to fix it myself, but it will require a week offline as they will need to redo my background check. This was performed a couple of months ago when I created my account. Forget it. I will stick with Door Dash. They don't have a bunch of useless idiots working for them.

I wish I could give a 0 star rating as this is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. Uber has deactivated my account for an u known reason, refuse to supply effective communication and refuse to stop Uber pass payments as I do not or cannot utilize the app. Please use a different rider service as they do not help to assist irbb bc people communicate with riders

Terrible customer service. I waited over two hours for a delivery, received an inedible incinerated and cold meal which went straight in the bin, so had to pick something up in the local chippy. Almost 3 hours later and now support has contacted me I've sent them photos of the burnt food now in the bin with no refund/discount offered after wasting my time messaging them back and forth, I am subscribed to Uber one and I haven't seen any of the promised benefits with discount on late deliveries or any better customer support, I wouldn't bother paying for Uber one. I doubt I will use this company in the future. Contacting trading standards tomorrow to get my money back.

It's so annoying that drivers doesn't come to the request address. Drivers report not having the exact address rather a near by road. Uber should make amends to this please. I had to come out of my house to be looking for driver. Driver was on another road completely. That's bad.

Check to make sure you have everything, all items before exiting vehicle. I mistakenly dropped my garage door opener on the backseat. I have been on a never ending roller coaster ride with Uber app and customer support for 3 hours! I’m unable to gain entry into my home. Luckily my phone has 10% left. I will wisely call a locksmith. It’s becoming dark and colder. Uber has been too busy doing nothing but sending automated messages!

I was charged for a ride that I didn't take and the didn't want to refund me my money had to dispute it with my bank in order to re coup my funds that they stole from me I completed the ride with Lyft and not Uber I cancelled the ride because they were taking to long to find a driver that is so wrong I won't be riding with Uber ever again especially after they stole my money out my account horrible customer service to boot

Background checks are a great way for them to basically make you quit. I drove over 2000 trips for them within 7 months. Thats a lot of rides. I changed cities but I had an inactive license on file, after I contacted "Checkr", they corrected everything and contacted uber that I had passed all parts of the background check. But uber never reactivated me and everytime I contact them, they send me automated messages that show they dont actually read my problems or my information. I have literally sent pictures of emails from Checkr and even my background check itself, and they dont even reply with a real person. My background check has been good to go for 6 days. Less drivers means they make more money on their fares. Yay capitalism!
