None of the workers in either department even the managers are of any help they just read whatever script pertaining to you issue and they can care less after that they literally don't have a care in the world and will be happy to transfer you to any other department of they don't want to deal with you their attitudes stink their professionalism they have none all around the customer service really just sucks it really makes Uber look bad if you ask me.

Wow just wow 12 hours got nowhere, fraudulent transactions on my account still not resolved can't speak with anyone, generated responses online and twitter. Had to cancel my card. Still no response absolutely shocking my account will be deleted never using uber ever and all screenshot of shocking support will be put on media.

Dear Sir / Madam, I booked an uber cab for one of my friends for going to Airport - terminal 2 at Mumbai on the morning of 28/01/2023. On reaching the destination, my friend made the payment in cash to the driver. I had received a request for payment through UPI since I had registered mode payment through UPI; which I did not approve, since I knew friend will pay in cash to the driver. While booking the cab estimated fare was shown around Rs.500/=. I was told by my friend the driver showed the app with Rs.603/= as the fare and they paid Rs.620/= (Rs.17/= as tip to the driver). The App continue to show as “payment Failed” Amount as Rs.479.39. After some time I wrote to Uber support stating the above facts and requested them to check and let me know whether payment was received by the driver in cash. I gave the details as required by the uber support team and now they are asking me to pay Rs.129.39 and showing the amount as outstanding and informing me that I am required to clear this amount before booking another trip with them. These questions raised by me remains unanswered. 1. How was the amount of Rs.129.39 outstanding is arrived at. 2. Whether fare determined as Rs.732.39 (603 paid in cash Plus outstanding of Rs.129.39 and the details for that. Having failed to get any reply for these 2 questions, I asked the Uber Support team let me know the appellate authority with whom I can take up the matter. Even that request is not heeded. It appears that they have decided not to reply me. It appears to be an attitude of “DON’T CARE”

TERRIBLE. I have a horrible experience with a delivery driver. He was rude and couldn’t follow the delivery instructions and was angry at my when he found the address and threw my food at me when he delivered. I tried to submit a report to Uber and I explained what happened. The first Bot response from Uber support wasn’t even relevant to my report. I then replied again and then they sent another bot response saying to contact the merchant? What is that going to do? Then I messaged AGAIN, and they responded with the exact same message…. I’ve now messaged them 5 times and they’ve come back with the same message every time. Why is there no humans dealing with these? This is absolutely horrible.

I was charged for a ride with a same pick up location but after completing the ride shows different drop off location and I was charged for 32 miles ride which was not mine! I have sent four different emails with proves and pictures , and each time customer service is reeling me different story and no solution provided.

Took me four months to get my documents approved and kept having issues over and over with the app submissions and they claimed they were understaffed so I could not get an appointment in person and the support told me that I just had to keep re submitting took me about 4 submissions and weeks of waiting in between each submission of each document. When I finally got an in person appointment 1 month later the car inspection had expired Ubers 30 day cut off to submit it and then I had to go spend another 150$ then I finally had every document approved and then they randomly said my background check was not approved so I couldn’t drive. I sent them a screenshot of the completion and approval that Uber gave me. Then they say they will escalate it and get back to me in a week. I asked why it was randomly now not approved after already being approved. No answer he said I will just have to wait. I asked if there was someone I could bring my concerns to because I’ve been having major issues for months with the Uber driver process. He said that no there was nobody I could talk to. Long story short after 4 months and 1200$ spent on gathering documents the app is now saying my car is not approved to drive for hire in this city. I had submitted my car make model and vin to Uber for approval and they accepted it. So why would nobody have told me?? Before I spent thousands of dollars. I’ve worked in customer service all my life and so I’m very forgiving but I have never experienced such poor customer service as the Uber support people. When I went in person, that agent was far far better. But the chat and phone support agents are brutally unhelpful.

My husband is doing Uber driver but the customer service is so bad. Every time he tries to talk to a customer, they don’t speak proper English so it’s hard to understand and then they say they will get stuff done in 15 mins but it’s been 4 days and nothing had been done. So it’s very frustrating when they say online that the document will be approved in less a day and takes forever for them to approve. I think Uber needs to improve their customer service and get things done fast.

So I had a few issues with canceling Cooper one in a charge that was unfamiliar, so I got on Uber app and got on the chat with customer service. Her name is Faith, and she was by far impeccable with her customer service and professionalism! I want to give Faith a HIGH FIVE for making my Uber experience that much more enjoyable! Thanks Uber for having people like Faith! She made an awesome impression on your company and myself!

Uber took a week and 10 customer support calls to them just to verify my drivers licence, vehicle inspection and proof of insurance documents. Then took another week and half and 20 call to verify my profile picture which i sent before all my documents and another 2 weeks for you background check. Total of a month and half to verify my stuff. Why do they even have a customer support? A compaby scoring 1.3 out of 5 only because there is no cero and they still do nothing means that it is there is a reason why the can't turn any profit in thr stock market. Congrats uber you hold the title for the worse customer support in the planet and i wish there was a cero score to revew accordilly. PS: I Even went to the head office and i was outside waiting in line to get inside since i had no appointment and the app says is all booked up and an hour and half later waiting outside, i noted that a person first in the line inside was still waiting to be taking care of after an hour plus the hole office inside was super full.

I was overcharged for my trip by a lot and have been trying to get my money back for a month now. Uber support has been extremely unhelpful and I still have not received a refund. They tell me they can't help me and end my chats or tell me there isn't anyone else I can talk to. I wouldn't recommend ever using Uber, they will steal your money and refuse to give it back.

Uber support is the worst. They don’t listen like they claim they do when you make a complaint. Whenever you have an issue, they always take forever to resolve even when it simply comes to switches from Uber rides to Uber eats u have to wait days before they can switch you over. However if a customer makes a complaint they address the issue asap. They always seem to go by a script even there’s an exception or something that they could fix easily they would tell u it will take 24hrs. They are very slow and some don’t listen. What annoys me the most is after you explain the entire situation to them, they would give you an entire paragraph basically confirming what you had already explain time and time again which makes it even more frustrating. Then they want to put on hold for 2mins for every issue even the simplest question that requires a yes or no answer.even when you need to talk to a supervisor u have to wait 4 or 5 days before you can get in touch with him or her.

I’ve been an Uber driver for many years and customer support has been declining to where now it’s non existent! I’m having a hitch in accepting rides and it’s going against my rate. I’ve called and written to uber about the problem and received 3 different messages about how the ratings work and they didn’t address the problem. I missed a so called call from a supervisor (it didn’t show up on my phone) and another message about how ratings work (4th time). They say they care about their drivers, but their service says otherwise

I'm an uber driver and the support team is absolutely atrocious. They lie and say whatever they need to just to get you off the phone and your issue never gets resolved. I had an issue that was supposedly escalated to the risk team and the risk team never reached out to me. I called and followed up and a request was sent to the risk team supposedly for a follow up. Surprise surprise they still never reached out to me. I called and escalated to a supervisor and the supervisor hung up on me and sent a followup email acting like they solved the issue. It's probably hard to instill quality controls over their call centers because they outsource and it shows in the atrocious service you receive. Absolutely ridiculous.

I wish I could rate it a zero. Between the long waits, them putting you on hold 24 times within the call, then repeating the same script to you even after you explain the problem, and them not figuring out how to solve simple issues that you have screenshots for, Uber Support is the WORST!
