The location of this is great. Car park right across the road and easy to use. The hotel room was fine for a quick 1 night stay. The restaurant wasn't the best food was poor and over priced but they have a captive audience. Don't understand why you have to pay foe the airport bus. Surley you've paid for this in the booking. Booking with holiday extras saved us about £70 to booking with hotel direct.

Holiday Extras was fine, booked hotel and parking at Heathrow. Radisson was another story. Staff were lovely but it took ages to find our reservation and check in. Room service menu was not available on tv so had to ask downstairs and also discovered there is no room service breakfast which was very disappointing. Shower overflowed all over floor and shouting from other guest rooms on floor above continued past midnight so not the best experience.

Entrance was easy, leaving the car park nightmare, signposted exist very very poor, and then the camera couldn't read the number plate, not impressed

The hotel is great used a couple of times now the parking is all potholes and not for newer or loved cars it’s basically a plot of land with type 1 thrown down loads of potholes would not recommend

Good hotel and parking but in very isolated location. Went out for dinner at local pub to meet friends but could not get a taxi back to hotel. Taxi drivers only interested in trips to / from airport. Manger at pub took us back to hotel.

On our return to Leeds we queued for a long time for the bus to the long stay car park.The bus was crammed like sardines so at the first stop nobody could get to their cases to get off until a load of people got off and then got back on taking a good 5 minutes. Seems like there’s only one bus operating. At one time there was two.

The lounge became very busy not as relaxing as I thought it would have been staff had put music on the was very loud also to sofas had been cleaned and left wet when sat on .

I booked airport parking and couldnt get out of the airport. It took some effort to get out (the instructions didnt work). The live chat sorted it within about 15 minutes - but after a long time travelling, I just wanted this to be seamless and it wasnt.

Pre-booked short stay 1 numerous times without incident. However, we landed around 2am, got to the barrier, inserted ticket and was asked for £240. Tried calling the office through the info button but no answer. Drove back up to kiosk and spoke to a guy who said they're definitely in as he could hear them on the radio. He suggested trying a different barrier which I did and it opened no problem. Added about 30 mins to our journey home. Not a massive problem but could have been resolved at the barrier.

The system worked. However, I found it difficult to find the Meet & Greet desk. I was supposed to find Car Park 3 Level 4. The directions were very precise but difficult to follow when driving in traffic. First I found myself in Levels 2 & 3 and, although I didn't stop, I had to pay to get out to have another go. Second time, I missed the turn to Level 4 and drove through the Drop Off area to have another go - that one worked. However, I have had to appeal against the £80 fine that has been imposed for breach of the Parking Regulations in the Drop Off area. How I can be in breach of Parking Regulations when I didn't stop, I do not know. I'm cheesed off but will use the system again - but not at Heathrow.

Hotel fine parking not so good. Damage found on return but I had no proof (didn't take photo). Will not use Blue Circle again.

The parking was fine no issues at all but the price wasn’t good I paid 127 for 8 days parking booked 2 month in advance then some one in the same party of mine booked 2 days in advance only paid 60 pound that baffled me will not be booking early again

Several lights are not working at the far end of the car park, and several parking space markings are unclear. It’s used primarily as a staff car park so prepare for a long walk to the end.

We used holiday extras for our parking which was amazing, our travel insurance which was fairly priced, we booked a lounge at Gatwick but this was quite a letdown in comparison to other lounges we have used in the passed

Easy booking process. Clear instructions. Unacceptable 40 minute wait for our car upon return due to lack of drivers despite phoning 10 minutes ahead after collection of luggage. Very poor.

Will not use again left us stranded with no transfer to airport.live chat does not work and the emergency number is complete waste of time called on 2 occasions and was cut off

Good price good location to park unfortunately the company we booked with decided to move our car to another location upon return with out informing us so what should have been an easy return it took over 1.5 hours to retrieve our car
