Good service but no pickup or dropoff service from Liverpool airport it's saying short walk to terminals but it's 5 to 10 min walk not ideal if you are traveling with young children

Was very close & convenient as my mum has mobility issues. I had previously spoken to someone online regarding this & also staff on arrival. On return my car was parked in one of the furthest bays away from the key collect & was tightly parked between two other vehicles despite a disability stamp on my key fob. It was the closest car park to the terminal though.

I pre booked a parking space and this time I managed to find one. However at the exit (again) the barrier would not rise. I then spent nearly ten minutes with an operator giving my booking reference and vehicle registration number and finally the barrier rose and let me out. Operator helpful and polite the process is not helpful.

The hotel and parking was great but we were sold a return ticket for the hopper which didn't run early enough for our flight despite being told the time of the flight. We were refused a refund on the grounds that we hadn't checked the times ourselves! The taxi for 10min arranged by the hotel cost£32 and we had to pay again for the hopper on return because we hadn't done the outbound trip. We are out of pocket by £45.

Good service but after I have bought a parking, accidentally found out that the price on Ryanair website was £10 cheaper. I suppose to save money with Holiday Extras but I the end I feel that I was ripped off.... Not nice.

Convenient but ANR was rubbish, tried to exit but barrier would not raise, tried to contact for help but no reply, waited and waited eventually reversed back to try another exit, ended up damaging my car on a post, just what I needed on a return from holiday. Eventually exited on another exit.

Ok. Nice and cosy atmosphere. Staff very friendly and polite. Great attention to detail. Was it worth the money ... In my opinion NO.

This valet parking does not have It's own area where customers can wait and shelter from the rain. Luckily the NCP valet parking has, so one can shdltercthere, if there's room. The signage from recreational to the parking needs review. The whole set up needs to be made customer friendly.

Our booking hadnt transferred to liverpool airport so after a stressful journey we then had to navigate ringing parking and them manually finding our booking!!! Not good

Would recommend for stop overs. Park and stay with the hoppa bus service is good. Had to wait over 35 mi. For a bus in my return I. The cold at T3.

It took longer than I would expect for a meet and greet to arrive, nearly 40 minutes. Which felt like an age on a Sunday evening.

Always use holiday extra parking at Newcastle Airport used 9 times this year had to go into the control centre again as the barrier would not open waited 10 minutes to get the card processed

Transfer airport to Barcelona city and return. Inbound was seamless. Return journey… driver arrived roughly 15 minutes beyond scheduled time. Not a major issue as there was plenty of contingency build into the timing but, when we the client have been asked to be at hotel collection point 15 minutes before scheduled collection time it is more than a little irritating to have to wait 30 minutes to be picked up. Especially when a couple of local taxi drivers offered their services advising price would be the same as we had paid. Quite appreciate that might well be the case but, having prepaid, nit really an option. Killer, though, was no acknowledgement or apology from driver that he was late. Sloppy service

The road from the airport to the parking lot took more than 30 minutes, buses rarely run. When I returned from my trip and received my car, the front seats were pushed back, the heat was turned up to the highest setting, and there was a strong stench of cigarettes and beer in the cabin. I didn't expect such service! I will not be using Purple parking in the future.

Holiday extras made things easy to book and prices were competitive. Europa Hotel. Parking the car was easy to find a space. Check in was also simple, with helpful staff. It was easy to arrange a taxi for the morning to take us to the airport, with a phone dedicated to this next to the check in desk. The food in the restaurant was average though and i expected slightly better. The room was large enough for our needs, but we found it difficult to sleep well, as the beds were very uncomfortable. In the morning we felt tired, and the idea of staying over was to feel good before a long haul flight. Useful for an early flight, especially if you have to drive far too the airport first. The negatives could be easily rectified by the hotel. I would choose a different hotel next time.

Hotel was very good. Bed extremely comfortable. Bar/food is pricey but want you’d expect I suppose. Would def stay again. Would have given this a better rating on the hotel alone. Meet and greet first time we have done it. Normally just use the purple parking. Tbh our car wasn’t ready on arrival we had to wait. The man waiting was also rather rude. Not sure it’s worth the extra cost.
