Ok parking and transfer going on holiday but returning on a late flight in the evening the transfer bus was crammed with people who were tired and angry trying to get on bus and fitting luggage in! Car was completely covered in leafs when we collected because of being under trees! Not the best car park we have used !

While I find the service fine and easy for a few days away. I absolutely get incensed when I sit back in my vehicle and everything has been moved.. The radio. The air con sttings. The climate settings the seat back ..if you believe its really necessary thrn fine but I do not.

Airport Hotel was OK, the transport to and from airport was a bit poor. Only every hour pick up at airport so if you just missed one you could be waiting an hour in the cold like we did for an hour. Other hotels had transport turning up every 10 to 15 mins.

Clayton Hotel and their drivers were excellent as ever, Care Parking seemed a bit chaotic, didn't tell us procedure for getting from their bus to Clayton Hotel, they also failed to give us the card with the pickup procedure for when we arrived back at the airport - fortunately one of the Clayton drivers sorted us out.

I used the company for parking in Heathrow terminal two. I followed the postcode and ended up going through the paid area twice. They should add better instructions on how to get to the drop off. Other than that, there was roughly a 20 minute wait to get my car back when I arrived. I later found that it was the sheer weight of traffic outside the airport for the road works.

Very poor lighting in room. Difficult to see to shave or put on makeup. Rather a sterile hotel but does the job nicely for an overnight with parking for two weeks.

Location was convenient and it was very clear how to park in the car park itself. However, the bus took much longer than advertised, as it spent a lot of time sat around waiting. We also had to wait around for a bus to get back from the airport, as there were far too many people going to the same car park and not enough buses available.

Hotel Sofitel very convenient for North Terminal Gatwick. Quite expensive and service at Meet and Greet left a lot to be desired. Casual attitude and when we returned from holiday 2 hours late had to traipse back to lift up to 2nd floor and walk to find car.

Car Park not that far away from the terminal but because it started absolutely pouring down of rain it wasn’t the best experience. Footpaths should either be covered by a shelter(not just 200m) or shuttle buses are available

Hotel was OK, not been updated since the Hilton days, plastic cups in room, also disposal cups for tea/ coffee in room, menu basic but food was ok

The carpark was ok , the staff very helpful. But the conditions of the ground poor. After heavy rain there were deep poodles which in the night looks bit scary not knowing how deep.

The parking is fine and well run, used it several times and it’s easy each time, so I would definitely use it again. The holiday inn however is a different story. We got to the hotel at 8:45, there was only one member of staff doing check ins so it took 16 minutes to get to us and when we asked about food, we were told it was 9:01 and food stopped being served at 9:00pm. The rooms air con didn’t work and the room was like an oven so we got no sleep at all and left at 4:30am the following morning for an early flight.

Birmingham Airparks Express is a good car park that is very convenient. My only 2 negatives are the return bus was slow to pick up but more significantly the car park is very badly sign posted and not that easy to find as the postcode takes you to the wrong side of a roundabout and you can’t see the signage from there.

Our only issue was going in and out of car park, the barrier wouldn't go up so both times we had to call for assistance and ignore the £480 threatened charge.

We loved the hotel and the outward drop off was fine. However on our return the car was not there and we had to wait 35 minutes for it to be delivered, which meant it would have been quicker and cheaper for us to have used the long stay car park and bus. I understand sometimes things go wrong but it was a damper and will make us think about using Holiday Extras in future.

I have always used Secure Airparks but I have to say I was a bit disappointed on this occasion. The pick up bus to take us to the airport took in excess of 15 /20 mins to show up and there were about 8 of us waiting for the bus. I called and the woman on the other end of the phone could not have been less interested.

Close and convenient to Cardiff airport and easy booking process however the car park surface has not been levelled with tarmac which made it very unpleasant to drive on and potentially damaging to the tyres. This also was problematic as it was dark and had been raining so couldn’t see pot holes….,

Bus journey very uncomfortable and crowded. Drop off and pickup very crowded with couples taking all their luggage into the office. Car park very dark at night and difficult to negotiate out of space - too cramped.
