Do not use for holiday resort/ airport transfers. My transfer didnt turn up for the booked time to get to the airport safely and with minimum 2 hours before takeoff. I had to get a taxi last minute at own cost. Holiday extras have a protracted complaints procedure where you will always lose and wont be refunded, despite phoning all helplines and following procedure. Next time save yourself hassle and worry by booking private taxi transfer to start with.

I had an email to say that the flight was changing to another terminal. contacted Holiday Extras to move my booking. They gave me a new quote for £76 to be added on to change from terminal 3 to terminal 5. I asked if i could cancel and get a full refund and i was told yes via their on line chat. Then the next message i received in the chat was that they would refund me but less £10. This would be given in the form of a voucher and it would be valid for 24 months to use for any future bookings with them. To think that in one breathe they would be refunding me the total amount and then to change their mind is just awful. Why would i want to do any future business with them…

Do not use this company I had a accident on holiday I have called holiday extras and all they have done Is given me their underwriters phone number Which are called ‘Davies group ‘ I have rang them so many times and no answer last week I hung on for 48mins and gave up ! also tried emailing them and it’s a automated address saying it’s being dealt with Looked on trust pilot and it’s one star !! Steer clear of Holiday extras and use someone else that have humans that answer the phone and answer emails I will definitely not recommend this company or use them again Appalling service .

Return journey to Faro was horrendous. Driver accused me of being late (I was actually ten minutes early), was aggressive and rude. Which made me feel very uncomfortable as I was travelling on my own. Had there not been a couple already in the vehicle I would not have felt safe getting into the vehicle. I had paid for the 'premium' service which stated we would get to the airport quicker with less stops. This is not the service I recieved and it took well over an hour. I put a complaint in as soon as I got home and they took 35 working days to respond, which is just not acceptable. They were not understanding of what had happened to me and just stated t&cs to get out of giving me a refund. Horrible company - avoid at all costs.

Have used Holiday Extras for a number of years, used to be good but not anymore unfortunately. On a recent trip received email on the day we were traveling to inform us that our lounge booking for that day was cancelled, not great.

Booked private car to take from airport to hotel on way out but booked onto group shuttle. Taxi to take us back to airport from hotel never showed rang emergency contact number and was told didn’t have booking and nothing they could do even though had confirmation email.

Pick up transfer did not turn up on departure. I received an email The day before with time and collection point. I ended up panicking and has to order a taxi and it was early in the morning. Will await to see if my taxi fare from hotel to Ibiza airport is refunded and i will update again after I have given this company some time to rectify mistake.

For our Wedding Anniversary we went to Jersey and as a treat we booked a car from the airport to the hotel. The car never arrived, the provider claimed they never had the booking and when Holiday Extras were informed they said they were unlikely to respond in 30 days. Pitiful customer service and a company I will be avoiding in the future…..

Very disappointed. We had a car park booked at Glasgow. Our flight got cancelled just before arriving at the airport. We tried to get another flight from Glasgow that day to still use the car park but couldn't get a flight. We called the car park direct who acknowledged our cancellation as there are no customer service from holiday extra on a Sunday. I tried to amend the booking to Edinburgh airport as we managed to get a flight that afternoon. We could not amend our booking and we tried to get our money back or a voucher but was refused. Disgraceful treatment from such a big company

One star is too generous.When I booked,believing it to be directly with premium meet and greet, it clearly said the booking could be cancelled and refunded.When my holiday and flights were cancelled thats when I found out that the booking had become non refundable on cancellation.Premium Meet and Greet claim nothing to do with them and give out a number to ring Holiday Extras that isnt supported. Holiday Extras is an online only chatline smoke and mirrors business that do not believe in customer service beyond taking their money.They even give out a customer support number that is unmanned. Do not use if you want value fof money.It cost me £140 !

The star is because you conned me into believing I was dealing directly with premium meet and greet and that the booking could be cancelled and refunded,as my holiday was.IT IS NEITHER. Premium meet and greet give out a contact number for Holiday Extras saying it is nothing to do with them. THE NUMBER IS UNMANNED Holiday extras can only be contacted online and they give out an unmanned 0800 number. I cancelled my booking at PMG desk and Holiday extras say I didnt and have paid out to PMG. The one star is generous!! Another smoke and mirrors internet company without true customer service.

My flight back from my holiday was 24 hours late, I had to pay £18 to get out of the car park and told to claim it back from holiday extras who I had paid the insurance too. I’ve tried on chat to get a refund who sent me to two different links neither worked and a phone number which no one answers. I’ve spent over 2 hours and have now given up, I refuse to use them again because they have made it impossible to get a refund

Booked car park a while ago and Easyjet have cancelled our flight and so we have had to change dates etc. Was advised by Holiday Extras to cancel and to use voucher when re booking which I did, but they took the complete amount from my bank account and now I am stuck with some worthless voucher..........Beware!

We were travelling to Mallorca with a young toddler on our first holiday together so wanted to keep everything stress-free. We decided to pay significantly more for a ‘speedy’ transfer. We thought lets pay more so we can get to the hotel quickly because of our child. Upon arrival at Palma airport, we were given instructions to wait at a specific gate. We waited there for an hour with nobody showing up. After several calls to customer services we were then told to go to the Transunion desk which was actually at exit 7. Speaking to the service advisor we were then made aware that there has not been a ‘speedy’ shuttle service for the past 3 years. The result..having collected our luggage by 5pm, we did not reach our hotel (1 hour away) until 21:30. Our hungry, hot and tired baby was screaming with understandable frustration throughout the journey. The coach was FULL of people meaning a lot of drop-offs had to be made before our own. What we have learnt: Holiday Extras happily charged us more for a speedy shuttle, knowing that there has not been such a service for 3 years. After calling customer services for a full refund, that request was declined. Surely, if the service was not available why advertise it, why take our money, and why were we not made aware so alternative travel arrangements could be made. We are absolutely fuming with our experience and would NEVER recommend this company to ANYBODY. They will happily take your money, but provide you with utter rubbish.

They cancelled my booking and trying to contact them is on their on line chat is a waste of time. Waited over 1 hour kept being told I was 60, at first, in the queue, this went down to about 27 then told I was being connected. Thus just did no happen after another 10 minutes, clearly they timed me out and must write their wn glowing reviews. A scam company - do not use!

Please please be aware. We booked a private transfer to rome from airport to our hotel, return. While waiting for our return taxi know one had turned up. I did what the email had advised us to. I phoned the number then was given another number where I explained we had been waiting outside. The response we got is that she was waiting a few streets down, not by our hotel, where she had dropped us. So I explained pick up was at our hotel. So then she said go to our embassy if we didn't like it. So I phoned the first number and explained, they said there was nothing they could do. At this point reception staff at our hotel could see that my mother was in distress and suffered a panic attack. Our reception staff managed to get us to the airport just in time. Thankfully we had money on us, otherwise we would of just be left there. Since I have come home I have tried for over 24 hours to contact this company. I manged to get through the following day after 6 hours. Which I was greeted with they raise a complaint. Please please do not use this company and be prepared.

This dreadful company kept £10 of my money to use when making another car park booking. It’s impossible to use as every time I tried it wouldn’t take it, valid for 2 years I am told, little point as every time it won’t take it. Use a company where customer service does help customers. REPAY MY £10
