Fri 1 Apr put car in Southampton car park for 2 hours cost me £124 my wife got turned away with covid symptons of ship H Extras web site says no voucher no refund live chat non existent stay clear

Avoid at all costs. Booked car parking for two weeks. Manchester airport. I made a mistake with the booking. One day short. Wanted £16 for the extra night. Cost for 14 nights..£62. APH wanted £70 for the 15 night. HE £78 Cancelled booking. Offered voucher. Tried to contact Holiday . Wanted cash refund.96 constantly in the fast chat queue. Impossible to find telephone contact number. Cowboys

brilliant when taking out insurance through medical screening. Had to cancel holiday because of health issues condition accepted under medical screening A ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE TRYING TO GET CLAIM SETTLED. Claims company terrible. DONT trust holiday extras

Do Not Use Them! After cancelation my car park I was informed my money back 5 working days what never happened. After emailed finaly answer was "sorry we don't have any records from your phone and we can't offer refund". It was my first and last experience with Holiday Extras car park!

Very dodgy goings on…. I currently have a £200+ voucher and I tried to book a long stay airport car park. The website doesn’t work, it tells me they need to validate with my bank. I’ve sat on hold and finally got through to someone asking for all of my card details including security number, long card number, expiry date, post code etc… I said I didn’t feel comfortable giving the details over the phone and I didn’t see why I needed to when they are sitting on my money already. They have no idea when the website will be working again as they don’t work in IT!

Do not use! Will not insure you if you're not a UK resident, but will allow you to sign up and pay without reimbursement. Do not use them if you are taking a cruise out of the UK. Probably should not use them at all given their business ethics and review ratings. The terms of their coverage should have been void since they could not actually provide the service, yet they still kept our money.

Booked for a weekend parking at Gatwick, whilst booking the site crashed... the system changed the dates and turned out the system book me for a week and not just this it took two payments out of my account. Emailed Holiday Extras to mention this error and they refunded me just one of the payments not the offer which cost double my original booking. Responses was like a rewritten text book or a bot. Disappointed..careful booking or any errors on their system they are reluctant to help.

DO NOT USE !!!! Used them before and was happy with everything - until my last trip over xmas . Booked car park at heathrow and everything was fine - collected and deliver can back in a timely manner , No problems here . What i have a problem with is the fact that next morning ( i collected the car after 9pm ) i discovered that change that i had in the centre console had been stolen!!! Didnt notice at first as it was dark. When i emailed them , their response was that they could not verify presence of the money and would not be able to assist (!!!??) Its not about the money but the fact that they employ thieves!!!! Based on this fact - DO NOT USE , EVER!!!!

Used this company for years but won’t be going anywhere near them in the future. Due to a last minute cancellation we were left without a lounge booking so I went through our TUI app and clicked on the extras associated with our flight and booked the lounge. Unfortunately I booked this out of hours (Saturday 13th November at 17.08 according to the time and date on my e mail confirmation) when I read this confirmation, it was booked for terminal 1?? Why would it do that? We assumed an error, couldn’t get hold of anyone anyway so we waited until we got to the airport and found that the Aspire lounge was a closed for refurbishment. So we rang the number on the booking form and it took us to the aspire Lounge in Terminal 1. We told them what had happened and they told us to contact who we booked through as they could not do anything. We were not able to do this as Holiday Extras, despite selling services over a 24/7 period that are used 24/7 do not offer customer support that matches this 24/7. The only option I had on my app was to cancel the booking and as it was on the day there was a nil refund. So I paid £107 for something that was clearly not usable but as it was obviously a simple mistake I assumed (wrongly) that Holiday extra would clearly see what had happened. However I was wrong. It’s all my fault for not checking and getting back in contact with them. Despite me going through our TUI booking and holiday extras confirming the correct flight but assigning the wrong terminal it’s all my fault. The fact I could not get hold of anyone to correct it anyway due to their opening hours is irrelevant.

Not interested and hide behind livechat, due to the pandemic cant speak to customer, didn't realise you can catch Covid over the phone. Received and email to move my car park from M7G to multistorey at MAN T2, not ideal but not a show stopper, as I 'd paid for M&G asked or discount, no, simply like it or lump it and cancel. Jessica on livechat was totally useless and immature in her communication, littering the chat with emojis, not sure what the game was with them, trying to guess my facial expression ?? Not the best experience with Holiday Extras, yes they may be good value but when things go wrong the customer service simply isn't there.

I booked parking at Heathrow for a meet and greet service which should take 20 minutes from announcing my arrival. After 50 minutes of waiting We asked the clerk to follow the car up as it hadn’t arrive, who was unfortunately very unhelpful and passive aggressive with his responses. After another 20 minutes of waiting He then proceeded to give me the keys to the wrong car (a Tesla) which probably goes against all security protocols. Total wait time for the car was 1:30 minutes. Which has now lead to us having to pay an extra £20 for special hire of travel and an extra childcare cost of £18. Our car also arrived extremely hot so it would be interesting to know the journey taken by your driver!

Do not trust Holiday Extras we booked and paid for a airport hotel and parking well in advance of our hoilday. A week before departure we noticed on social media that the hotel was closed. We had no advice of this and would have turned up at Manchester Airport late at night for a 5.40 am flight with no hotel and no parking, had we not noticed the reports on social media! We contacted the hotel who confirmed they were closed, despite Holiday Extras denial. The hotel could not help relocate as it was up to the agent (Holiday Extras). |All they could offer was a refund or another hotel at more than double the cost! Just grateful we checked on social media, will never use holiday extras again!!!

We booked & paid for ‘Meet&Greet’ parking at Manchester Airport from 3 Aug. A few days earlier Holiday Extras emailed saying Meet&Greet was unavailable for us, & other parking had been arranged. Directions were provided to the alternative park (for terminal 3). The directions were most confusing. Crucially, no directions were provided for the route to reach our departure terminal on foot. Neither were there any such directions in the car park. Nor was there anyone to ask. I wasn’t sure we’d parked in the right car park, so remained anxious about this for nearly 2 weeks. On our return, I emailed Holiday Extras, expressing our exasperation. The company replied, in effect saying that nothing was their fault, signage should have been in place. And, to add insult to injury, no refund was considered appropriate because the parking provided to us was viewed as comparable to Meet&Greet. Well, if that’s the case, I never want to experience Holiday Extras’ Meet&Greet service. I would caution that customers may pay for Meet&Greet, but they may be allocated a much poorer service. At a time of having the stress of many additional document requirements relating to Covid, we needed Holiday Extras to fail to provide what we paid for like a hole in the head.

Disappointing with the fees being charged to change and cancel bookings... this has been creeping up over the past 2 years, started as free,then £5.00, its now at £20.00. Well done you on alienating a loyal customer who won't use you again now :)

Avoid!!! Avoid!!! If I can, I would give them 0 star. 1. Third party alert! Be aware, if their promotion shows on travel zoo, you clicked and purchased, it means you have purchased directly from Holiday Extra even you don't have an account with them, you can't see your order history for your transaction on Travelzoo. That means you only receive an confirmation sent by Holiday Extra. No order history on Travelzoo and no registered account to check with Holiday Extra. It put you in a very awkward and confining situation. 2. All the information you read from the description make you think their policy is flexible if your trip affected by COVID. Their tickets showing "valid from a certain date". Actually, when your trip really affected by COVID and unforeseen causes, they wouldn't help at all, and don't admit the " valid from" if misleading. 3. Bad communication. When you need to talk to them, you will find the hotline doesn't work. You have to use a on line form, waiting for a reply for 1-2 days. The live chat didn't help me at all, only sent me a link to the on line form. When I explained that I have to talk to someone because it is urgent, I was told I have to use the on line form again because she is not from the department so she can't access the data. How ridiculous was that? I typed in the area I need help with, their live chat could connect me to who it may not concern.

Booked into a London hotel which on arrival had been closed for over a year ! No body to help at this hotel , no record of a booking transfer. Can't get through by phone apparently holiday extras phone lines are not available! Click to chat doesn't work either , sent email 4 times no reply . Disgusting service Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT WILL TOTALLY RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY !!!

Had car parking booked last year. This was cancelled due to covid 19. Holiday extras issued a voucher. I have now found out this voucher is pretty much useless. It is only valid if I book exactly the same car park as I originally did. This is of no use to me as it was booked at an airport I do not normally use. My advise to anyone looking to book any extras for their holiday is simple. DO NOT USE HOLIDAY EXTRAS.
