Booked the parking through the app. The app asked for flight numbers to estimate return time. When I wanted to exit the car park, I was charged £62 on top of the £82 already paid. This was because the app got the return time of my flight wrong. My mistake was to trust the app getting the times correct. The attendant halved the charge to £31, but still not happy as I trusted the app to get timing correct.

Jam packed like sardines, limited spaces. I followed the arrow directions, then reached an area that had then been blocked off with a temporary fence. I had to reverse back and around corners. Cars had parked in areas that were supposed to be pathways. Very disappointed. Edinburgh’

Shocking!! Do not use - landed back from holiday, arrived at time we said we would for car pick up, they didn’t have a clue where our car was, had to wait half an hour while they located it. Other people having similar problems , staff unprofessional and blaming previous shift. Shoddy outfit, again do not use

It wasn't clear where to park 1st night resulting in £25 to park at hotel . No food , hotel opposite only serve residents . When asked where nearest pub was to drive to , we were told be aware we may lose parking space!!! £25 and not even reserved. We then asked reception to order us a taxi. The receptionist said it was £5 each way to The Romper, a nearby pub for food. It actually cost £12.80 EACH way. Very basic room. I can live with that as its a budget hotel. My advice is pay more to avoid taxi or parking costs simply to get a decent meal !!! Disappointing & costly . We spent £50 before we ate !!

The person on the booking line clicked on the wrong date, I was back 24hrs later. That cost me £25 on collection and shrugged shoulders from the "customer service assistant" behind the counter.

One star too high, no driver on arrival, I contacted local provider, who kept hanging up on me. Contacted Holiday Extras who told me it would be 10 minutes, waited half an hour and contacted Holiday Extras again and they refused to do anything about it, I was told to get a taxi. For return journey no contact from service provider, when I contacted them, they refused to reply. Two reasons why pre paid is a bad idea, still in dispute, no refund, no compensation.

I arrived at Red zone car park on Friday and my number plate was not recognised so I then had to cal assistance and they had to issue me a ticket but worse was leaving on Monday when the ticket would not release the barrier so I had to wait 10 minutes on the assistance button for them to answer to then be released with cars queuing behind me - next time I will book direct with stansted airport as never had this problem with them!

MBW valet parking is far from the premium service I expected. Very poor customer service. MBW don’t operate 24 hours, so if you arrive after 22:00, they won’t bring your car to you. You have to get a taxi (£25) to their ‘compound’ to collect your car yourself. The compound is a ramshackle collection of gates, ports cabins and concrete blocks, which although seemed secure, felt unsafe to be arriving at alone in the middle of the night. I had booked to collect at 23:00, and my flight was only slightly delayed. The operating hours should have been made clear at the time of booking. I won’t be using again. Avoid.

Long stay Bristol airport. Road surface poorly maintained. Number plate recognition did not work on arrival. Booking not recognised on exit. Intercoms at exit not working. Off hand, unhelpful staff. Over priced, poor service. Disappointing.

Room (supposedly non-smoking) stank of smoke. Restaurant - find your own way round - no waitress guidance or support. Food (we had prebooked a 3 course meal) was very poor - watery chicken pie after a long wait, stale dried up vegetables, chips, wait a little longer; dessert was a "choice" of one damaged gateau on a shelf; lounges all dominated by loud TVs. Taxis (Arrow taxis) to and from airport were efficient and on time, but the taxi from the airport was downright ignorant - not a word was spoken apart from confirming destination - no hello or goodbye. Would never use Britannia again.

You failed to send our registration through so the barrier did not work for us. We had to speak through the intercom and it delayed us while their system located the booking number and then they were able to lift the barrier manually. The same happened on return.

I was charged an extortion price for one nights accommodation over £600 because my booking was messed up. This organisation was not sympathetic to the errors and inadvertently I had to pay twice for one night hotel accommodation and the VIP lounge prior to departure my flight! They would not even refund me this money when clearly the booking I made did not match my flight time and one nights accommodation. The parking though at Cophall parking was exceptional. I cannot fault them. But the hotel Sofitel was nit and the receptionist extremely rude! NO REFUND GIVEN!

Arrived at the rendezvous point at 01.15am,waited about 20 mins for a bus to arrive along with many many others, when it arrived the driver opened the doors and asked if we were all going to Jetparks 3. We all said we were, at this point the driver said he could not fit all of us on the bus, so told us to wait whilst he counted a few people on and placed their luggage in the racks, which is a responsible thing to do . However at that point after he had done all that he radioed back to base I presume and said they need to send another bus ! so we had another 15 minutes to wait. In my world I would have radioed back immediately on arrival and said there are a great deal of people at terminal 2 waiting for a bus to jet parks 3. A 45 minute wait for a bus back to the car is not a good experiance from 01.15am will not be using this car park again.your better off paying a bit extra for parking and not getting stressed out about a lack of commmon sense from the drivers

Holiday Extras Meet and Greet at Heathrow Terminal 2 is a joke. You call the company 30 minutes before (as per email instructions) arrival and they will have someone available to take your car. No one answers the calls. It connects, transfers and then dies. It therefore looks like they answered the phone on your bill. The signage for meet and greet is incorrect so you end up going into the lower levels of the car park. Turns out meet and greet isn’t there so you have to exit Heathrow car park get in a busy one way system to enter again. By this time you are missing check in for your flight. Enter again, call again. No one answers. No idea where to go. End up parking at Heathrow and not using meet and greet. £79.99 to Holiday Extras for nothing £83 to Heathrow as they don’t recognise meet and greet. How Heathrow allow this practise to happen on their premises is beyond me.

I have used holiday extras quite a few times, but my last experience at Leeds Bradford airport was very bad. There was no visible signage for mid stay 2, I parked in mid stay ( not knowing of an issue) on my return had no option but to pay more than double my pre-booked value.

Parking website advertised as a bus every 15 minutes, myself and 8 other people waited for 35 minutes before a bus came in the freezing cold, three separate people rang and three different excuses given. In fact I was told when I rang after 25 minutes that a bus had just driven past and no one was waiting, not sure how 9 adults missed it. The Toad transport bus went past twice before this company arrived.

Web site does not working to amend the booking. No contact numbers working, any chance to speak with an operator. I've tried several time with 48 hours in advance regarding my return. I've had to come back early and I could not get the refund or a voucher for it.
