My only complaint is the fact that the bus was overcrowded with passengers and suitcases making the journey far from safe or comfortable for passengers who had to stand and were forced to hold onto suitcases which were sliding off the uneven piles created by the driver in order to make less journeys

We had to wait 30 minutes at the Airport on arrival as the driver was sorting something out. Had to change the time of pick up on return and could not get hold of anyone to do this so we had to rebook with another company and pay again. Would not use again.

I only wanted to book a car park slot - I was annoyed to get so much other sales blurb. I wish I had been able to just book the car park direct with the car park operators - i was fooled by the misleading internet search and I presume booked with you as an indirect agency. Also I will add that the signing in the car oark - at 2.00 in the middle of the night - was dreadful. Row signs were only at the end of each row - and with luggage, it was not easy to get close enough to read and then to find ones actual row. Signing could be dramatically improved - but obviously at a cost the operators would prefer to avoid.

my 40k car was parked under a tree and was covered in yellow spots. It took me 1hr to get it all off. Plus the bus was late.

Total fraud, sold as park and ride, however no ride, no bus. A worker had to walk down from the industrial estate, (It wasn't a car park) to the airport, told us to drive there, he then took our car and insisted on £5 to exit car park. Then on return, we had to walk 10 minutes without our bags to get car from Industrial estate then drive to airport and pay another £5 to get out of pick up point. Sold totally by misleading buyers stating its skypark park and ride. Avoid.

The airport transfer didn't turn up. Was then told it had been cancelled (it hadn't). Spent over 1hr trying to find out what was going on and then queuing for an airport taxi. Started communication to get a refund. Numerous emails exchanged. Still waiting for refund 2.5 weeks later.

Bournemouth Airport Premium Car Park? Badly signposted, ANPR didn't raise barrier as I approached - whole process was very stressful. Not the start to our holiday we were expecting

I have put a complaint in with copy of receipt for taxi I had to prefer and pay for to take us back to airport. The taxi had appeared five hours early to hotel and we were out. We had to phone and chase up taxi when we arrived in Seville as it never appeared at airport. Very disappointing service.

We book our carparks holiday insurance and transfers from you for over 5 years however this time the carpark was fine but the transfer left us in dalaman . We emailed you and said we we're delayed by one hour with wizz Air and when we got to the desk they said they waited 20 minutes and had to go. However all the other passengers on our flight that book with love holidays got there transfer. The lady on the desk phoned the number on my booking form and told me they had left and charged me fifty pounds for transfer 1 way they picked us up on time for the return journey

My flight was cancelled due to a strike involving German airport staff. So I left early got a train to schipol airport and got a flight back from there the next evening. I had paid extra for parking in case the flight was delayed which should have covered up to 48 hours. When I drove towards the barrier it didn’t lift and the machine asked for £15.00 for me being late. I rang the intercom and the person who answered said you have to pay and then claim it back. I’m not happy about that, you pay extra and then you have to pay and claim it back. I just wanted to get home, but ended up rummaging through bags in the boot in the rain looking for a credit card. You shouldn’t have to pay and reclaim it when you’ve paid extra, the barrier should just lift.

The parking isn’t easy to find and not where the directions say. It’s more of a park and hike than park and stroll. Also the car is in an outdoor, very dusty open area. You return to your car covered in dust and dirt.

We arrived 14 minutes early as we have done in the past and were told rather abruptly by a young lady who appeared to be training a new member of staff. We sat on one of 2 large couches nearby and after a couple of minutes this same lady asked if she could help; we replied that we were simply waiting until we would be allowed into the lounge and were abruptly told to move as the couches were for assistance passengers, although there was nobody else waiting and no signage to indicate this. When we eventually entered the lounge, service did improve but the food set out for lunch was luke warm at best. The gents toilets were in a disgusting state, with many of the toilets out of order. The lady cleaning tables was very polite and hard working. This was a very poor experience and would not consider using this lounge again based on how we were spoken to, the state of the toilets and standard of food.

This service is nothing but a CON!! I made a booking for 2 x fast Trak passes and 2 x express passport control passes for 2 dates in June. I have tried to cancel? The links in the e mail to do so don’t work. My holiday extras app does not show the booking. My holiday extras account on my lap top does not show the booking. As I have now lost £24 and have spent over 30 minutes trying to sort out the issue including sending an e mail to an UNMANED e mail address I’m going to now give up as it will cost me more in my time than the £24. Clearly this company are aware of this and do this only so that they can keep peoples money. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AND GO DIRECT TO THE SOURCE OF WHERE YOU WANT IE THE AIROPRT DIRECT ETC. SHAME ON YOU HOOIDAY EXTRAS

This was the worst experience, we did arrive late due to the queue at check in and then security. There were no seats or tables free and the breakfast was not enjoyable they had no bacon or fried eggs just scrambled and chicken sausages which was cold.

Parked at Stansted Airport long stay parking - what a shambolic disaster! Nearly missed our flight after waiting over 50 mins for the parking bus - and even then we could only get on by the skin of our teeth. How it was even safe to have that many people squashed on to the bus is beyond me. We paid nearly £100 to leave our car in a tiny space miles away from the airport, for 1 week, and the company could not even be bothered to provide the airport bus on time!!! How is it even possible to screw up the provision of parking?? I despair over why airlines allow Stansted to abuse its 100% monopoly by enforcing ludicrously expensive, and rubbish parking - which costs more than the flights people travel with. There's no-one to talk to about your frustrations, when you are waiting in the cold and in the rain, (shelter was full, and queue was around 100m, unsafely amongst the parking traffic, who's drivers were as-yet unaware that they were parking their cars to face a nearly 1 hour wait!! We only just got to the airport in time for the pointless pantomime of taking off your belts and shoes as if that would in some way deter terrorists, (who must just laugh their socks off at the stupid and ineffectual security). I heard an example from a child returning from her battlefields school trip, (not sure if it is true - but has a ring of truth) - that one of the other children brought back an unusually-shaped rock from the trip the prior year; when they got it home, and cleaned it up, their parents found to their horror that the oddly shaped rock their child had inadvertently brought home was actually a live WW1 hand-grenade, (they called the police / bomb disposal right away - obvs), but it does not surprise me that the "rock" went through security with impunity. If a live hand-grenade can get through security, I imagine today's terrorists will do so, also, if they so choose - but why even bother, because Stansted airport management handily provides them with a smorgasbord of travelers all handily packed together in the "security queue" - what will we do when the terrorists realise that is a juicier target than the planes themselves!! I already fear the airport-queue more than the flying - in my mind this is a far riskier process. Why Airport Parking asks for ratings and reviews is beyond me, though. Why would anyone give anything other than 1 star to parking miles away from an airport, where it takes longer to get from the car park to the terminal than it gets from home to the terminal? If it was possible to award minus 5 stars, I would do. I shan't be darkening their door again with parking away from the terminal. I travel regularly for work, (this one was a holiday), and I avoid Stansted wherever I can, because of their parking-thievery. However I won't be chancing my arm again with parking via shuttle-bus - incompetence, lack of safety-provision for passengers, and abuse-of-monopoly, is a poor mix - and this parking service ticks every one of those boxes.

We booked premium parking with priority checkin, we arrived at Bournemouth Airport there were no parking bays just lines of cars ,the add stated extra large bays ! We got to checkin to be told we weren't priority check in as I believed we had purchase. Long story short we were mislead and payed £83 instead of £61 for exactly the same parking for 3 nights ,stear clear of this company, I did try to complain but couldn't reply to the conformation email..

Easy to book, but once again my car was only recognised by ANPR on entry, not exit, which caused a delay for me and those stuck behind me. This is despite being on time. Not the first time it has happened with Holiday Extra and Purple Parking bookings and it has happened at different airports so not an East Mids airport issue.

We purchased travel insurance for 6 upon arrival at our destination in france on 8th April. The payment went through no problems so we were covered, at least that's what we thought. On the 11th april, my little boy, whilst skiing, fell and broke his leg. He received medical treatment, we then start to ensure we can get him home through the insurance company, we were then told that because we were not in the UK at time of taking out the premium, (an unreasonable and unjustifiable term) he was not covered, add to this the company also stated that because we travelled within 14 days, we could not get a refund for our invalid premium. Our little boy is in tears of not being able to get home! Stay away from this company! Had we had known at the time of booking that the insurance would not be valid (simply because we were not in the uk) we would've gone with another company which would have insured us and be able to get our little boy home with no problems. We were told that it was on the eligibility policy, the BMC website itemise their eligibility, this website only itemized the medical history part, yet something that would otherwise invalidate a policy was not clearly highlighted. What's the difference between a fraudster and an insurance company? You know where you stand with a fraudster!

It’s is not meet and greet, it is not in the short stay car park - this is a total scam and rip off. It is in a car park near a hotel and about a 20 minute walk through the airport and said hotel. AVOID. Absolutely outrageous lies.
