Bring back the Hams Hall site! Mackadown Lane is difficult to get to and getting away on the M42 is a catastrophe. Don't park here if you're coming from the north-east to south-east

Car stank of cigars. Had been used for more than parking. Seats, mirrors and air con all changed. Sat nav showed it had been a fair distance away

Got dropped by coach station,long way to drag cases. Long queue for bus coming home. Not a good service

Booked a transfer from Athens airport . Plane delayed tried to contact but could not get through . No one there to pick me up . It was late at night . Had to get a taxi . Not impressed. Would appreciate a refund.

If you were able to choose your exact flight number for the return it would be more accurate as I made a mistake and put 1100 instead of 2300 ad my collection time and had to pay an extra 25.00 - so am annoying end to the holiday.

What a con, they advertised a £10 cash back, but don't honour it. Buses to collect car took 40 mins+ Not worth the money.

VERY VERY UNHAPPY. my car was returned with a damaged front wheel, and because I didn't spot it before I left the multi story car park. Then repairing the damage would by my responsibility not theirs. After many emails, their reply was basic was it was just my bad luck I didn’t spot the damage. They repeatedly that it was my responsibility to inspect my car , but I found it was impossible to carry out the detailed inch by inch inspection of my car that was required when my car was returned. When my car was returned very dirty after 3 weeks away and then it was parked in not very well lit multi storey car park. Making the dammage impossible to spot in very poor conditions. They claim on their website that " they look after you car like their own " But they only scan and photograph your car on the way in, NOT on the way out. That is obviously there to protection their interests and not yours. After the event they make it very clear that spotting any damage however small is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, NOT THEIRS. SO , BE VERY VERY CAREFUL WHEN USING MEET AND GREET. I Will never use this service again. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Our flight was delayed and we didn't hear anything from Holiday Extras about our transfer despite trying to contact them via WhatsApp to let them know our flight was delayed. Arrived to find we had been left to our own devices and ended up just getting a taxi

I made a genuine mistake by parking in the multi-storey car park rather than the long stay which I had paid for in advance. No help from Holiday Extras in solving the problem so my parking for 7 days cost me over £150 with holiday extras and £235 with Bristol Airport - a far from ideal end to the holiday

we were casually told as we boarded the bus for the airport that on our return we would have several hours to wait for a return coach due to a fun run. We were not informed of this prior to our journey. On return our compliant was dismissed and we were told they had sent an email which we did not receive. Not impressed at all

Not with this specific UK lounge booking but on return on 1 June 2023 we were turned away from a Malaga VIP Lounge having pre paid over two months earlier and the contact/complaints procedure is tiresome designed to wear you down. Do not use Holiday Extras. Stay away and be warned

I don’t think it’s worth the money it’s hard to find when you get there. I’ll give you a piece of paper to go find your car which is a nice half an hour walk and very complicated in my eyes.. I’m a bespoke because I always use the valet service, but unfortunately during the summer season, no no tears shown of all the time I’ve used it through the winter months
