Booked parking via the app and turned up to be told they didn’t have a booking (despite having the email confirmation to show. Had to try and find another place to park and when I did and explained the issue, this company knew of ‘port parking’ and said they have this issue with them all the time. Seems you allow them to take your money but not provide the service stated. Absolutely disgusting

Coach company not very helpful as we missed are stop because we couldn’t hear the driver give the drop off point. When we finally found out we had missed are stop he said you can get off hear nearly a mile away from the hotel or go back to the airport, (we were 67 and 69 years old) not very helpful and will never use these ever again😒

I raised a formal complaint when we got home because the lounge at Tenerife airport was awful. Children screaming Stale bread rolls Very little food Not a place to relax with so much noise from children. Complete waste of money. We didn’t stay long because it was so bad. We have been given a voucher but at first was only offered half back. It was only when I complained further I got another voucher.

Drop off fine but on return they were over 46 minutes in returning the car from when I called at the specified time. It can't have been traffic as it was 8pm at night. Unapologetic and frustrating as I paid for the door service.

Absolute rip-off. Ridiculous rate for booking miles away from the terminal that we were using. The bus service to take you. There is inefficient, intermittent and takes a very circuitous route. It took us an hour to get to our car from clearing passport control. Absolute joke to be charging the same sort of money as Meet snd Greet. I will NEVER use this again.

Couldn’t get in the park, then had the same problem getting out, the last thing I needed at 4am in the mornin, after paying not cheap!! Charge. Will probably use anther company.

The taxi driver never turned up at the airport to take us to our destination in nidri & they said they didn’t have us booked in when I sent them my booking details.so we had to pay again to get a taxi at airport to take us to our destination in nidri

It was the transport from hotel to and from airport .the driver never considered the passengers in the vehicle as he was consistently on his mobile phone so much so he even took his hands off the steering wheel to talk to someone ,whilst driving at 60 plus miles per hour ,as I was sitting beside him .I have previously reported this but so far little response. Never mind I will send messages through media to try and avert people using your company for safety sake !!!!!

Stayed in jet parks 2 never again the last thing you need is Not to get out of your parking park barrier not moving after ringing the buzzer she didn’t even no the date we parked from with other users behind beeping at you even the bus that dropped us off and the same on the next line dissatisfying to say the least 😡

Car was dropped off clean and tidy to Purple Parking. Car was returned covered in tree sap and lots of bird poo. The car had clearly been parked in a field under a tree. I have now paid to have the car cleaned and bird poo has damaged paintwork. Also website doesn’t allow you to upload photos.

My Car was severely damaged whilst at the Heathrow Car Park. Whilst moving the car they had obviously hit something and yet did not have the decency to tell me. They then parked the car in such a way that I would not look at the front of the vehicle upon return. Utter Disgrace.

Booked the lounge and never made it due to long check in and security gate queues within the airport. It took over 3 hours to get through. Asked for refund and been declined however can’t see anything in terms and conditions regarding this. Was quoted no refund due to no fly cover being taken although I did fly so can’t understand this reason. Terrible after sales service in regards to refund.

Holiday extras were fine, it was the Brittania Hotel that was at fault. We arrived back from holiday and at the hotel at 2.30am and allocated our room. We were not informed of breakfast times and I could not find any information in the room. We went down in the morning we were informed that the service had stopped. We paid for breakfast as we were a late flight and then driving from Newcastle to Scotland. The hotel is dated and the room had someone's finger or toe nails on the carpet at the edge of the bed. Not impressed at the standard or the service

Hotel is good but shuttle buses not as advertised. We had to wait over a hour from 0300 in the morning until the first bus at 0415, when it is advertised when booking that the first bus is 0315. This is not what we wanted after a long journey. Do not book this hotel if you are arriving between 1200 and 0400.

The lounge was understaffed and therefore very slow service, breakfast items were coming out in dribs and drabs so we were waiting a long time for a complete breakfast, no toast although advertised just very dry bread rolls. The milk for the cereals was room temperature a d the orange juice was like coloured water, very disappointed, won't be back sorry!

Booked a transfer to the airport. Found out (on the day of travel) that our pick-up location had been changed without any notification to a hotel over 2km away. Agent refused to change the pick-up location to the one we had booked, and suggested we take a taxi to the new location and try and claim the fare back. Booking cancelled, but no refund received.

Drop off was fine but return was chaos. Had to wait over 40 minutes for the bus to arrive for the return to the car park. Terminal Two has cost billions but there is a traffic light system that gives priority to other traffic and everything tails back and ends up standing still. The traffic light allowing exit from the Terminal was on green for 5 seconds and so no traffic could get out.

My EasyJet flight from Paris to Manchester was cancelled. This was stressful enough, but I then tried to extend the parking at the airport. Holiday Extras couldn’t do this, and gave a number at the airport to call to do it. After lengthy delays on the phone, it turned out that the airport can’t extend bookings by third party companies like Holiday Extras. So a lot more stress due to poor information and an inadequate system. Plus of course another significant fee for arriving a day late. Not recommended
