On arrival we had to wait in the cold for nearly a hour for a bus to take us back to the park disgusting

The bus driver who took us to the hotel in a big blue bus said to go 50 m away on the main road because there is the place where he would pick us. When the holiday was over we called the company to find about the hour we would be picked and went where the driver said. The assistant didn't say a word about where to wait or what type of car would be. After 20 minutes of waiting at tge place mentioned by the bus driver we called back and asked the assistant where is the driver. She said the driver went there and couldn't see us so he left. While waiting we saw a white van passing but had no idea the bus was changed because of the main message we received so when we called back the assistant said we shouldn't have listen to the driver because they have many contracts and drivers can be different so now we have to take our own transfer. Me as a customer, I paid for the transfer and I follow the instructions I am given once they comes from the company staff.

The choice of food available was very limited, when food had been consumed staff were taking ages to replenish it - definitely NOT value for money & I would not recommend it to anyone.

Dropping off the vehicle was fine, no issues. However, when we returned the vehicle was not at Gatwick's North Terminal, it had been taken to the South Terminal. We then waited for over an hour for the car to be driven to us. The staff at the North Terminal could not give us any information on how long it would take or why it was in the wrong place. When we finally got the car, there was 5 miles of fuel in the tank - presumably because they had driven from the compound to the south terminal and later transpired the driver had taken it back to the compound and then back to the South Terminal again! It was a complete shambles and this had happened to a number of other customers who were also waiting for the cars. The purpose of this service is to be fast and efficient, it was neither and I am still waiting to hear a response from customer services.

We had booked a return transfer from Heraklion airport (Crete) to our accommodation. We followed the instructions to go to desk number 19 on arrival and present our e-ticket. Desk number 19 was a Tui desk and they had no idea what we were talking about. After much discussion, they squeezed us onto a Tui coach, which then dropped us in the centre of the town where we were staying, not at our accommodation. In the meantime, Tui had contacted our apartment owner, told him where we would be dropped off and asked him to collect us. However, they didn't drop us off where they told him they would! Bus driver told us to meet return coach where he dropped us off, however, return instructions specified a different location. In the meantime, we had taken a bus back to the airport, hired a car and returned it to the airport, as we felt we couldn't rely on the return transport. I tried calling the phone numbers on the documentation, which don't accept incoming calls. Also the number on their 'guarantee' document is incorrect - a typo inverting numbers in the code. Tried their WhatsApp chat, which didn't recognise our booking reference, so unable to contact them there. Eventually called the emergency number to let them know we wouldn't need return transport. Not a brilliant experience or start to our holiday and we won't be using this company again.

The instructions to parking were ok and a nice chap gave us a ticket and said give this to bus driver on return and he will bring you back. On return we went to bus stop A but there is no signage to say it is short run bus stop. A short run bus turned up and I took notice the writing on side was shabby.he said he was doing blue tickets , most people had yellow or white. He went off,he said our bus would be next . Another bus turned up which wasn’t our bus the chap was extremely helpful and said your bus would be next and he was taking white tickets. Next bus to turn up was the original first bus and driver. He was joking saying he was only taking blue tickets and our bus would be here shortly.the next bus was ours and it filled up as lots of people had been waiting over the a bus every ten minutes promise.when we got to our bus stop 25 mins after the first bus declined us guess what he was parked at our bus stop. Not sure I will be using you again.

Car park was a shambles. APR did not work on entry of exit causing delays and car park signage at Birmingham was appalling due to building eork

Hotel receptionist mistyped car registration and now have to deal with difficult to contact car parking company to argue parking fine. Signage for blue circle parking at Heathrow is appalling. It took forever to find it. On return found that many adjustments had been made to car settings as if it had been used during holiday.

The desk on arrival had no record of our booking, we were sent to another desk who said the same and tried to put us on a shuttle bus as there were no private taxi available even though we had paid £55 for a taxi transfer. 10pm at night no taxi and airport almost closing. We got a jet2 coach in the end.

Hampton hotel, Edinburgh Airport The hotel room was tidy and clean, but the Hotel restaurant is expensive and food bearly edible. However, if you purchase car parking it is not in the hotel car park but the general secure airparks parking and the shuttle bus doesn’t stop at the hotel. I’ve stayed at both the Moxy and Holiday Inn both much, much better. Give the Hampton a miss!

Unable to find car park using satnav or directions. Now trying to get a refund as we were forced to park elsewhere.

I would not recommend this package at all. Parking at Long stay One was horrendous, on the outer edge, dragging cases on buses, ticket issue not working, difficult to find spaces, on and on it went! I tried to change the package, but HE could not do this. I waded through many layers to find a phone no [you always used to be easy to contact, not any more]. HE have really gone down in my estimation after many years of use. Please do not attempt to claw back profits at the expense of remoter customer service! I will need hotel and parking again for next year, and I am going to take my time to check costs and book separately, you have probably lost a long standing customer of 12+ years. Everything fine at the Radisson. Btw I am not usually the complaining type!

There were no spaces available despite having booked in advance. A horrible, stressful experience. Why were people who had not even booked allowed into a carpark that was already full? Absolutely terrible experience, no way would I recommend this service

Terrible carpark and service. I would NOT recommend. I use Holiday Extras carparking at Birmingham airport on a regualar basis for business, both carpark 1, 2/3, and 5. And on every occasion these things happen. 1. I am unable to download a receipt, I have to email them and takes at least 5 working days to get response, if any response at all. 2. On arrival and exit the barrier never lifts automatically, even though I enter my car registration correctly when booking. I have to press the button and wait on average 5 minutes to get a response for them to lift the barriers. Basically the service is not as its sold.

No problem with stay at Premier Inn the night before departure but trying to book car into long stay the night before was a nightmare and was assured this was covered. Eventually I managed to get the telephone number of the car park and was able to book an extra day at a cost. Be aware booking a stay on tonight before an early flight you are expected to drive to the car park then make your way to the airport. Far from ideal at 4 o’clock in the morning!!

We had a 40 minute wait for our car to arrive after getting back. Phoned as soon as bags were through as instructed.

Arrival and transfer no problem but returning to car park 4/9/23 a complete shambles. Bus not operating from usual stop outside terminal, area congested with groups of people smoking and queuing anticipating bus arrival. Then noticed sign previously obscured by crowds advising that bus now operating from coach park on lower level. After initially waiting some time at original stop people then spotted the sign and migrated down to bay 32 in the coach park. Huge queue developed as 12 minute interval bus service not maintained ( more like 25 minutes) bus finally arrived and despite being packed in like sardines at least 2 coach loads left behind. Many complained that due to delays in transfer to pick up point relatives waiting in car park would exceed the 1 hour free period and be charged. Can’t help but wonder if owners MAG are just looking to generate more income by delaying transits. We will certainly not use mid stay parking again!
