Premier Inn was very clean with helpful staff. Our car parking said meet and greet. We had to drop the car in a parking area and walk over a quarter of a mile to departures. The on site car park was nearer the terminal than our dropoff point. On our return I phoned the number we were given and was told the car would be in the compound where we dropped it. So at 5.45 am I had to pull two suitcases back to the original dropoff point and stand there for about 10 minutes waiting in the cold for our car. This service should not be called meet and greet. I will not be using this service again

Cancelled transfers at very short notice. No reason other than doesn’t go to that hotel but offered to drop off 3 minutes drive or 30 minutes walk away- which find weird! However the hotel was on the list for transfers or I wouldn’t have have been able to book it in the first place!!!!

Whilst there were problems at Leeds Bradford airport over the weekend 20th/22nd October Park2Travel exceeded every other airport operator with 100% inefficiency. Just one man band no one manning the phones, just the driver of the mini bus doing all the jobs, driving issuing keys at return having to listen to complaints. The company let all it's customers down over this airport issues and let the company down as a result. If you are providing a service as a company you should be prepared for the odd problem and have staff available to look after customers best interests. No I will not be using Park2Travel again and from other customers present I don't think hey will either. The shambles that was park2ride surpassed all other airlines holiday companies and parking facilities by 100%. A very sad end to great holiday spoilt by park2ride. Steve Clough Booking ref GDLFPT

Ticket didn’t work at barrier, I suspect as you didn’t update the change of registration. Also the walkway to the car park is normally covered so for soaking wet and the car park is badly lit.

We couldn't find the A ON car park at all. We drove round for 1.5 hours but there were.no sign s anywhere. We ended up paying £186 for an NCP.car park at the airport instead. We are not happy at all G & D Smith-Neale car registration number FN62NYB

Arrived at jet parks ringway as scheduled, drove around car park for 10-12 mins trying to find a space, only few spaces remaining were underwater. Some cars were parked on verges where no parking signs were visible, if they had actually parked in allocated places there would not have been a space for us. On return waited approx 15mins at T1 for bus which was full so had to wait another 20+ mins for next bus which we got on but filled up quick and left others waiting at the bus stop for next bus. Would not recommend using this parking again.

Multistorey is not short walk from terminal. After driving round all the floors eventually ended on the top floor in the rain. Then had a long walk across gravel up two sets of step stairs across busy roads getting very wet. The return journey was the same in reverse. Paid premium price for a disappointing experience.

It was the collection that went very wrong. We were changed to meet and greet because short run has closed down. There were large queues of people I.e. 29 families or couples waiting to collect but no people from the company in the car park because they had gone to try and collect cars. My car was in fact there, but there was no one with the key. When the first employee came back with a car, he did not have the keys, so we had to wait for another man who had the key. We waited 30 mins just to get the key having already given the 30 mins notice of collecting our car. We allowed extra time due to the Luton fire traffic issues. I felt so sorry for other people, it was after midnight, it was cold and windy, there was an elderly man in a wheelchair and lots of children. It was woeful. A refund or credit would be most appropriate for the poor service.

Lounge was absolutely filthy, only one slow person serving, no pints on tap as they'd run out, only cheap alternatives for other drinks which tasted pretty awful, not worth the money at all.

ShortRun at Luton no longer exists and no email received to inform us! Kind of excitement you don’t need when you arrive at the airport.

On first appearances you could tell the hotel was old but had obviously been updated in the last few years. The room we were given was over the main lobby so we could hear the hoppa buses pulling in and running their engines throughout the night. If that wasn’t bad enough the bed was so uncomfortable you could feel the springs on your body when you moved. The bed gave both me and my husband bad necks and backs. Not the start you want at the beginning of our holiday. The food was ok as we ordered room service. The car park had loads of spaces so that was good. I wouldn’t stay again that’s for sure

Hot food that was cold manager stating it was 71 degrees Centigrade. When obtaining alcoholic drinks it was one per person, very unfair when you a partner who is in a wheel chair.

Paid extra for transfer by small mini bus but were redirected twice by rep at Alicanti Airport and put on a large coach where the driver had no information about us and as a result had to walk further to our hotel and as I have mobility issues and suffered a fall as a result of being sent all over the airport we were very disappointed with the service we received. Made a complaint but received a reply to say there was a high volume of complaints and now have heard nothing since.

Coach picked us up at 3:30pm for a 7:50pm flight. We arrived at airport at 6pm. Coach was an old jet2 coach without any aircon. It was 30 degrees plus on the coach and was full to the brim. My feet were still swollen 3 days later. I cannot express how absolutely appalling the journey was. I will never use this company again

I booked in October for 1 Week at £119. You then send me an email save up to 70% for booking. I went to book again for November and the price was £119. I feel you miss represent prices by sending out emails offering impossible offers.

I booked extra wide space car parking because I have a bigger than average car only to find that the car park was full and no entry available so parked in regular one. No specific landmarks or numbered stops for ease of finding car on return and bus took half hour to arrive at airport pick up point on a wet Edinburgh afternoon. Automatic number plate recognition didn’t work either.I only tried this facility because of the wide spaces so will definitely return to using secure air parks which are much more professional.
