Had to pay £15 for an extra day even though I put my return flight number in the booking.

The booking in has changed to self service but no real problem. However on our return to collect the car it was in the space stated but it was unlocked, again!!. This happened last time we used Silver Zone but they were not interested. We now normally use the long stay but that is not currently available.

I took out delayed insurance- just in case! Our flight was delayed- didn’t fly until following day (5th) Iwas flying with friends, one of whom was the lead passenger- she got the details. On returning to different Airport - different time they used the same boarding passes. Had a chat on line with your staff - they advised me to put in N/A in the space. I have sent various texts and refilled the form in several times still no joy- must say it’s been a terrible hassle!

Our flight was cancelled. We couldn’t get an answer on the phone. We got to the car park 13 hours later than expected and was still charged £30, even though it was the same day

Your paperwork gave two different postcodes for your car park. Before we set off I rang you to ask which was the one I should use. No one answered, I left a message and asked for a call back. I did not receive one. So we used the post code that your instructions told us would take us to the car park. It didn’t! We spent over half an hour going round and round the airport. We eventually stopped at the hotel. They told us how to get to the car park. They said that a lot of your clients had the same problem! When we arrived at the car park we were told that the instructions we received were incorrect and that other clients had had the same trouble! I have already raised a complaint with you, but have not received a reply which you promised within five days! I don’t expect a reply to this either!

Please do not use Meet Up and Park at Heathrow Terminal 3. On arrival back to UK as requested we called company letting them know we had collected baggage, we were advised that it would take between 20 - 30 mins for our car to arrive in car park. After 30 mins waiting, I approached representative as car had not arrived. This person was extremely rude and aggressive and would not answer my questions. I contacted main number to speak with manager, promised call back - never happened. It took over 50 mins for car to arrive. I was not the only customer who was experiencing this service.

They charged me twice. Still haven’t heard back or got a refund despite it being nearly a week. Plus, there is a little dent in my car. And your driver moved things around in my car…

Driver did not turn up. Rang transfer company number and no response. Made a claim under the so called ‘transfer guarantee’ and was denied a refund. Was offered £4.37 refund for the Uber fare and a £8 credit. I complained that this was unacceptable and wanted a refund of the transfer cost. Received a lengthy legal speak response basically saying holiday extras are only the middleman and my claim should be made with the transfer company.

Rooms were really small, kettle did not work. We went to reception and the only option they could offer was a cup of hot water. Bed was really uncomfortable. Transfers were very expensive and very restricted. We arrived at the pick up point 1 minute after the scheduled time and the bus had gone and we had to wait 1 hour for the next. Very disappointing and would not stay here again.

Vehicle wouldn’t fit under the barrier, 2 metres. That’s lower than usual car parks. At the time of booking there was no mention of height restriction! I understand it is in the confirmation but it should be very apparent when booking. Extremely disappointed, nobody to contact to speak to to change or amend. Had to pay for parking at the hotel and just loose the money already paid.

Meet and Greet not well signposted. ANPR didn't work or recognise my numberplate. Booking not recognised on your system, had to get someone to assist, difficult at 6am on sunday morning. They couldnt find it either so booked it under a Ryanair Dublin flight. On arrival meet and greet is not signposted at all. Would never use meet and greet at liverpool ever again

I had booked drop off parking with Holiday Extras at Luton airport. Unfortunately the Luton airport fire happened 2 days before my 0600 hrs drop off was to take place using Blue Circle parking. No alternative drop off point had been organised, no responses to phone calls, emails etc from either company. Now they are refusing to refund the £81 despite an admission that the contracted service was not available and therefore the contract with me was breached. Avoid both these companies like the plaque. Dreadful company. This company's website allowed me to book an airport parking space for a vehicle they can't actually accommodate. I turned up on the morning of my flight only to find I did not have a booking!!!!! I luckily managed to avoid missing my flight but ended up paying three times more. Contacted the CEO but they were unwilling to take any responsibility. They have absolutely no remorse for the situation they are putting their customers in. I was lucky to still catch my flights but I suspect many others weren't so fortunate. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

Cold room. No staff. Had to knock on the kitchen door to attract bar staff attention. We were the only couple in there however the 2 basic breakfasts we ordered were served 10 minutes apart. Definitely will not use again. £90 for 2 breakfasts 1 flat gin and tonic and a pint of lager

The vehicle had various bumps and scrapes on it. We had filmed the most obvious of these on collecting the vehicle. We missed one on the rear of the vehicle. When returning the car the attendant was very careful inspecting the vehicle and found a very small scratch on the rear corner. We were then charged €460 for that small scratch. We will not use the company again. OK Mobility.

Initial booking very smooth and app was good. However on arriving at the car park we found it had "moved". We had received no information at all about this. The car park attendant popped the new postcode in for us and we found it, however it was no longer a "short run " as advertised and what we had paid for.

Unfortunately our Transfer Agent did not turn up when we arrived at Airport. It was cancelled without notification. This caused unnecessary stress at the outset of holiday. The transfer desk was of no help only, there is no driver and don't call emergency number now as it is not open. We had to get a cab and then forward all the necessary backup of arrival and return cabs to justify for alternative transport, together with proof that we called agent. On the plus side, we were reimbursed and offered a voucher on next trip. Unfortunately, I'm reluctant to use this service again.

Due to Luton car park fire, our parking at ShortRun was switched for some reason to Meet and Greet at no extra cost. On return from holiday we had to wait nearly an hour for our car to be returned to T1 Car Park. At 1am this was not great. Not our usual Holiday Extra parking experience. 😡😡😡
