Filthy, the lounge was really filthy and I went in there at midday, so it was not as if it was late in the day. Sockets didn't work or were even hanging out, I gave up looking for one after 4 attempts. People were sleeping all over the seats, so 1 person took up 3 seats so very limited number available. Food offering was appalling, no light snacks, just curry and soup. Would definately not use this lounge again.

Jet parks 1 and 2 close down for the winter so why send out a confirmation email with their postcode and directions??? On arrival i used the help button and was directed to short stay 3, terrible signage for directions. We should have been given the correct details to start off with .

I think you are misunderstanding the meaning of “meet and greet.” Firstly, when arriving at the airport we had to drive up to the top floor of the T2 multi-storey car park. Then we had to go back down and into the terminal to drop the keys off. On return we had to use an automated drop box system to retrieve car keys. We then spent 15 minutes wandering round the car park looking for the car because we were given such poor instructions on where it was parked. This is NOT a meet and greet service and should not be advertised as such. It would have been far easier and simpler to park in the multi-storey car park. At least that way we would know where the car was parked on our return. I will not be using this service again.

Late returning car, no waiting area so open to the elements, dismissive staff attitude. Cheapest parking at Birmingham airport but could be improved.

Car returned with driver door handle broken to the point we could not open the driver side. Had to use passenger side to open door. It was late at night and confronted the company. The person who had returned the car just ignored the request for paperwork and just sat on his phone. Unless he was tone deaf he must have heard my registration number several times. He produced the paperwork eventually. He knew what he had done. It must have yanked the handle so hard it broke. Even if this was an accident it would have been nice to hear an apology. Instead I was told it was already like that. It definitely was not. We dropped it off and the driver side door handle was fine. The driver was able to access the car from the driver side. It was returned and we were unable to open the driver side door. Disgusting ignorance and disregard for other persons property. I will be putting in a formal complaint. I will not use this service ever again. Was Birmingham airport meet and greet. Driver beware is all I can say.

i received a £100 parking charge notice for the six minutes between my arrival into the car park and actually checking in at the reception desk. This is not the fault of holiday extras more that of the hotel they chose to include.

Was told they hadn’t saved us a baby cot when we requested one also tv not working in room and would have been nice prior to catching an early flight I insisted they got me a cot being 23rd December and everywhere closing early lucky enough they found me one 1 hour later not what you need before your holiday

Unfortunately the timely return of my car was not great. It took over an hour to get my car back to me and for a meet and greet I don't think this is acceptable. Also on booking be aware that they ask you to call them once you have your bags, and then tell you it's a 30-40 minute wait. I waited from an hour and 20 minutes before getting my car back and after a long flight this was not ideal. I would not book blue circle again.

Very disappointed with T3 multi storey car park. Had to circle several times as literally no spaces. With several other vehicles all looking for a space. Eventually we were lucky to see someone pull out on top level Yet cars still being let in. Pre book is meant to take the stress out. It did not!!

Worst hotel ever. The rooms walls are paper thin and you can hear people all talking all night long and even going to the bathroom!! We had a long journey the following day and hardly got any sleep whatsoever. Will not stay there ever again and would not recommend it to my worst enemy!!

The lounge was over crowded, there was nowhere to sit, when we eventually found somewhere it was dirty. The food took about 20 minutes to come out so there was a queue, we then had to wait longer as your staff failed to wash up any plates and stood at the door giggling. The food it’s self was disgusting, we ended up leaving after less than an hour and found it was more relaxing in the general airport. I would not recommend anyone books this. I have requested a refund over two weeks ago and have still not heard back from their customer services.

My passport was lost at the airport I missed my flight can’t get next flight because lost of my passport, asked for voucher not refund so I can use it for my next trip I am a regular customer of holiday extra but they didn’t want to know called the customer service they didn’t help , didn’t issue the voucher simply say sorry I booked the parking for 15 days I can’t recommended mom more

Unbe known paid another £250 get out of Carpark , In the wrong carpark, no receipt no paper. Nice. Long term carparks !!

Phoned up as instructed once the luggage was collected , arrived at the car park and had to wait 30 mins for the car to arrive

Premier inn very good. Carpark was was terrible first carpark was closed they sent us To Ringway jet3 who at first wdnt let us in. we were bk in for 0500am they got us down for 17 .00pm our flight was 9.35am l had paper wk to prove it. Aft much argument they let us through. But when we arrived back from hol we arr on time 07.00am on 5/12/23 they wldnt let's leave until we paid extra £15 even though we proof they were in the wrong tui192 tui193 will not be using this service anymore

Parking was miles away from the airport. I didn’t want to leave my keys and was given no other option so had to park elsewhere. Unpleasant desk staff who were also very unhelpful.

Returned to collect car from Heathrow terminal 3 blue circle meet and greet and inside of car was wet and covered in bird poo. Would not recommend. Avoid blue circle meet and greet!

The booking in has changed to self service but no real problem. However on our return to collect the car it was in the space stated but it was unlocked, again!!. This happened last time we used Silver Zone but they were not interested. We now normally use the long stay but that is not currently available.
