Noisy crowded very little food choice. Nit a place to relax. Staff were trying to keep on top of the cleaning. We were a night flight so lounge was extremely busy and probably overbooked

The car transfer only had three useable seats and was not appropriate for 4 adult/suitcases transfer, which was booked. I reported this to Holiday Transfers on the outbound journey and was reassured it was a one-off but we had the same issue on the journey back to the airport. Outbound, I had to sit on a pillow between the two rear seats, no seatbelt. We had no time to contact the company on the inbound or we would have risked missing our flight. Really disappointed as we have always had a great experience previously but won’t use them again. Our driver told us this happens all the time.

When I picked my car up the driver’s seat had been excessively reclined and the radio retuned to radio 1. After driving for one mile I suffered a blow out on my offside front tyre. The tyre was replaced and within a mile the same thing happened. On inspection the car had a broken spring. I suspect that the transfer driver maybe caused this, but at very least he knew it had happened and your company let me go on an 150 journey in a car you knew had no chance in completing it. My car is being repaired today and I will eventually get home Tuesday evening. Your actions and service have caused massive unnecessary expense danger and distress.

We hoped to have a restful breakfast. Instead we queued for 30 minutes. Staff then put up a sign to say the room was full. We had to beg to be allowed in because we had a young baby with us and the mother wanted to sit down and eat. We had 10 minutes to eat before going to the gate. A complete waste of time and money.

Not home yet as flight out delayed, tried to amend on a chat with you but was finally just told to pay the excess as I couldn’t get hold of anyone at Manchester M&G. My daughter had to ring them so hopefully there will be no problems when we return on Sunday. Have had no problems previously which is why we always use you but the first time I had an issue you were not helpful

Very disappointed for a first experience. we booked in advance, even paid for extra time incase flight was delayed, yet when we went to collect our car we were not let out and told we owed £160????. We were there 5 days, I hate to think what the cost would have been it had been 2 weeks. We contacted assistance who eventually sorted it out but it’s not what you want or need when you just come back off a nice holiday, especially when the parking was all booked and payed for in advance .

Waited almost 2 hours at Heathrow Meet & Greet for our car to be brought to us. There were at least 15 other parties experiencing the same, some had been waiting longer than us.

Hotel premier inn was good. Blue circle T5 waited an hour after phone call for car meet and greet. Others had waited 1.5hrs.

Hotel nice enough, car parking is unsecure vehicle broken into &1800 damage and a loss of over £1000 personal items.

They lost our car!! After a long haul flight we returned to the meet and greet and were given our key. The area of the car park it was supposed to be in did not even exists and the attendant said walk up and down and click the key to see if it is there. It wasn’t. It was in a completely different part of the car park and took ages to find.

All the change in my car was taken there was about £10 in £1 coins The car was parked so close to the next car when I came to collect it I had difficulty getting in

Absolutely terrible when we got to the allocated car park for Sofitel Gatwick they had no knowledge of our reservation. We then had to go into the Sofitel to get the confirmation to bring back. Then the Sofitel also had no knowledge of any hotel or car parking reservation although I had paid in full at the time of booking and had received an email confirming this! The hotel eventually found our booking and gave us a car parking form we then had to take back to car park. The hotel apologised for inconvenience of booking with Holiday Extras and upgraded our room. On our return to pick up the car we was then told we had to pay another £60 due to the fact the hotel had not received our parking reservation even though it had been paid in full to Holiday Extras!!!! So in a nutshell… Booking with this company was not only terrible service but cost far more in the long run than all other quotes that were given to me by other companies!!! DO NOT USE THIS RIP OFF COWBOY COMPANY

When I arrived all was great. I explained that the car key can’t be left in the vehicle at all as it will lock itself although I can remotely open it if this happens so I clearly marked the paper work. While I was away I had an alert that my vehicle had been unlocked and the door was open so I called blue circle up and asked why and with in 2 minutes the car was secured again. 3 minutes later the car again is unlocked so I messaged the company and explained that the car had again been unlocked and the tracker activated as it had been started, 2 minutes later the car has moved literally meters and then parked up again and locked again. When I landed at Heathrow I messaged and called to say I would be around 1 hour getting out of the air port. I then get an alert to say the car had been started and was moving. Then I received a call 5 minutes later saying the car was ready for collection to which I explained that I had just called and said I would be another hour. When I got to collect the car I asked why someone had been in the car and started it. The reason was to move it to another car park. When I showed them the pictures and info on the car they couldn’t explain this and said check your car. Still no idea why they would need to enter my car and move it literally meters and they also can’t explain this.

Disappointed overall. Didn’t think email with arrival/departure information provided was clear. Booked “wider spaces car park 2” but had to walk to car park 1 for the bus, and noticed spaces seemed at least as big. On return journey we were dropped in car park 1 and had to walk back to 2. On arrival no number plate recognition so needed to take a ticket and on departure had to press intercom button and wait to be let out. Only 1 bus doing transfers so took longer than advertised and was so busy that at each stop we had to get off to allow people from the back of the bus to exit, then get back on to continue to our stop. However, was very grateful to the driver for collecting us all and being patient.

The premier inn was lovely. When I came back off holiday and got my car 1 wheel was scuffed badly but main thing passenger window not working. It was closed over the seal.driver window down a little.no indicators working.wasnt locked .complained to kiosk man he said it was like it when I dropped it off. Drove out airport and pulled in services on M1 AA came out and said they've jumped started it wrong and blown several electrical components. Awaiting heftie repair bill

Parking to go on holiday was a long wait and being held up on the roundabout- should be staggered as they know what time your arrival is! On our return the ticket was wet from the toiletries - the Airparks bus man was amazing and said do not worry. The two men at the car park barrier were too busy in the cabin - spoke through a window could not hear one , so raised his voice asking for the ticket, explained the circumstances- And I was told by the person as no man or customer given to me as said “ that’s taking the piss”. How nice. We travel a lot and don’t use your airparks again!!

Helpline for delayed returns just contacts the airport who did not know what to do. When I got to home airport and tried to pay the difference in parking it was trying to recharge me the full amount. Staff at Durham were wonderful, holiday extras were useless.

Unable to get out of the car park they wanted my to pay 1,800 pounds but I was pre booked and miss the ferry home held everybody up trying to get out of the car park

I paid in advance for the executive lounge access in Barbados. They turned us away. Said they had never heard of this company. Called a supervisor. She said the same. When we returned home, I explained what had happened and requested a refund. They keep blaming me. Did you not have the right coupon? Did you not present the dragon code? I said I gave the lounge everything your company had emailed me. I wanted to use the lounge before our flight. They denied us access. I have simply given up as Holiday Extras just wants to argue with you and deny any wrong doing.

Returned to Multi Storey Car Park at 01.30 am, found battery was flat after 3 wks away. Phoned the number I was given for emergency only to find it was a Chatbot which had no Section for emergencies. Told to ring the number during Office Hours. At 01.30 Freezing Cold and High Wind. Absolutely no help from Holiday Extras as promised. Reverted to my Green Flag and very efficient they were as well. Doubt very much that I will be using the Multi Storey Car Park again.
