“All went fine/no hassles, thank you 😊. Quite a long wait for the bus at 6am & there wasn’t room for everyone to board, just glad the cold snap hadn’t arrived, but on the return, in the cold snap, perfect timing”

“Meet and greet at East Midlands - quick easy and friendly staff. Dropping off was a breeze and the staff were great, same experience coming back. We used to fly from Stansted but would have to say this was much quicker and friendly.”

“Pleasant hotel, dated but functional. Breakfast was chaotic and staff very slow to replenish foods and crockery. Check in and out very smooth, staff very pleasant. Taxi transfers smooth and efficient. Overall a good experience and would consider using it again in the future”
