“All went as planned as usual. I always use this company and it was great to be dropped off right outside the front door. Unfortunately, for the last year they have now been forced to drop you off at the No10 stance for parking companies and this is a considerable distance from the airport. This is forced upon them by the airport as its only service buses which stop outside the door. If you are disabled you have to use a phone to call for a chair and wait in the cold and wind for assistance to arrive. I know the company too are not happy with this change. Still good service from them despite this. Driver of bus even helped us load our cases into back of our car are we are ‘pushing’ 80 years old. Thanks.”
