We booked In2 car parking for a Liverpool airport flight. Easy booking system, clear instructions, clear directions. Happy with the car park. Friendly staff, quick transfer via mini bus and quick pick up too on return. Would use both companies again

booked the plaza express north at gatwick airport , staff were rude, breakfast was cold and hardly any drink selection - walked out after 10 mins as was so disgusted with the place. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - WASTE OF MONEY

Easy booking, parking at Luton was done with ease and quickness. Both ways didn't have to wait long for the shuttle transfer.

We used the Manchester Airport and Ibis Hotel. The hotel was functional and although the rooms were small we managed to sleep. Checking in and checking out was easy. Picking up the cars keys was also easy. Thankfully the staff were lovely and because the Airport site is very difficult to drive around and we had ACCIDENTLY ended up in the terminal 2 Drop Off Zone we were unaware that we had to pay £5 for the privilege otherwise we would have had a £60 fine. The girl on the desk told us what to do and we were saved this stress. Which brings me to the parking instructions. Please make clear it is the STAFF PARKING AREA 2. To follow Train Station. This would have saved so much time.

2nd time I stayed here (should have learnt my lesson) The rooms are okay, pillows pathetic and mattress awful. The main reason to avoid is the staff on reception who clearly prioritise 'certain guests and give them good service! They are aloof, rude and have zero customer service skills. I actually sat in the lobby to observe while doing some work, just to see if it was only me ... it wasnt! You'll be lucky to get eye contact let alone a smile or greeting, when you queue at check in they way they gesture you to the desk is my nodding their head like your inconviebcing them. While I was checking in this time another member of staff interpreted said something to the person checking me in and they both went to do something with another customer, didnt say anything to me just left me standing there. I could go on and on but its making me angry that I actually thought the 1st stay was just a one off in terms of horrible service, But 1 year later they managed to be worse. Trust me avoid or sleep in your car

Easy to book online for car park 3 at Bournemouth- although we had to drive to the far side before we could find a space it is still nearer to the terminal than the other car park. About a 10 minute walk. Number plate recognition worked well .

Booked Britannia Leeds airport with parking for duration of holiday, basic hotel no issues, friendly staff, clean enough, easy to get taxi or uber to and from airport as only about 3 miles away. Will stop again if flying from Leeds Bradford m.

Everything went to plan other than on our return to Jetpark 3, we had parked in Zone A which was completely flooded with no assistance from car par k attendants to call on for help

The booking process was straightforward, it was easy to find the hire car centre and the car was ready and waiting. The only flaw in the process was that Holiday Extras had advertised the car category as 4 suitcases, 5 passengers. The hire company said that this was not true and the car should have been advertised as 3 suitcases. We did manage to squeeze in, but more accurate car descriptions would have been preferred.
