“Used before without an hitch but this time was different. All perfect until pickup at Leeds/Bradford. Howling gale, horizontal freezing rain but no pick-up waiting. Even 10 minutes in that was too much. No explanation or apology was given.”

“Very professional dropped car off greeted by friendly staff (took a photo of the parking ticket ) incase I lost the ticket, the gentleman guessed we’d used meet and greet before as he suggested I did that. Arrived back car ready what’s not to like brilliant 🤩”
