“My car was driven back to me with a flat tyre ! The tyre was incredibly hot! My alloy wheel is now cracked inside! Avoid at all costs I have proof via pictures but unable to upload”

“Great experience at Sentinel Leeds Bradford. Quick and easy handover of keys, never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for the transfer bus, friendly staff, couldn't ask for more. The fast track add on is a great optional extra with Holiday Extras. Have used many times and will continue to do so.”

“Absolutely no hassle. Meet and Greet at East Midlands are friendly and helpful. No-one wants any problems when they go on holiday or return from their break and Meet and Great ensure this. Easy to book online and kept informed via email and text. A first class service.”

“Many years ago I used to use the car park on the Bath Road every month. Back then it was great. It had small buses which took you straight to your terminal. Sadly it is not what it used to be. Now the buses are huge and infrequent. They visit T2,3 & 5 in succession which means it is a long time before you get back to your car. Not what you want after a long journey. This really is my last time for this car park.”

“Driver didnt turn up to collect us at Hamburg airport on 18th August and after a lot of worry and hassle - wecwere in right place, tried phone number several times couldn't get through. Had long live chat, took screen shots. Eventually had to get a taxi and pay 34 euros for that and got receipt. Still fighting for our refund. Marshal says referring us to another dept if you Mathew Pack can help would be grateful.”

“We paid extra for large vehicle parking, there was only one space in the area we were Allocated which was only just possible to fit the truck into! We were able to get out a little easier when we returned due to there being no car parked in the space behind us, otherwise that would have been an interesting one!! We arrived and departed in the dark, the carpark is very poorly lit, I tripped with the suitcase in a hole in the tarmac! Whilst no fault of the staff, not really a great experience! Would not book with Airparks again sadly”
