Everything went very smoothly both with drop off and collection. The driver who picked us up when we came home was very amusing and gave us an interesting lecture on local history while driving us back to the parking place.

Everything about the hotel was good, the room was clean and well equipped with tea making facilities which is very important if making an early start. The hopper bus was on time and got us to terminal 5 in good time early in the morning of our departure. Unfortunately for the second time the transport FROM the airport back to the hotel was useless. Last time we tried to use this service the bus just didn't appear at all and on this occasion the bus was at the stand but minus a driver and the queue to board was enormous so we would never have been able to board and would have had to wait another 30 minutes for the next bus, if it ever appeared. We had to pay £25 for a taxi so that we could retrieve our car within the allotted time frame.

I was able to book airport transfers via Bookings.Com. The cost was affordable and no hidden extras. The supplier they used were reliable, friendly and punctual. In fact I had to wait an hour for my suitcase, and the driver was still there waiting for me with a lovely smile and Welcome.

Easy to book. Great knowing your sorted when your arrive to save the stress of finding transport in a country you may not have visited before. Easy to follow instructions. The transport and driver both very good.

We booked the Novotel with parking at Stansted as we had an early flight. I would highly recommend as the process of booking was excellent. Hotel room was great with tea and coffee facilities and a comfortable bed. Car parking was so easy and we left our car for a weeks stay. Caught the transfer bus right outside the hotel to the airport terminal. It was on time and runs every 15 minutes. We couldn't fault anything.

I booked with Holiday Extras as they were a well known company and I presumed that meant I'd be looked after if anything went wrong. How wrong I was! Absolutely shocking customer service! Our flight to Tunisia had to make an emergency landing in Paris due to a passenger needing emergency medical assistance. After 3 hours on the runway, we were told that we'd have to turn round and go back to Manchester and the replacement flight wouldn't be until the following day. I contacted holiday extras as soon as we landed to inform them and check that the driver could still meet us the next day when the flight eventually landed. I was told that this wasn't possible. I then asked for a refund instead, but was told that because I hadn't let them know 24 hours in advance, they couldn't do that either! So at the end of a very long and stressful day, I then had to try and sort a new transfer with a different company and lost the £40 that I'd paid to Holiday Extras! If the transfer provider checked the arrival time, they would've known that the flight was seriously delayed, so presumably they never even travelled to the airport. Moral of the story.. if you're 100% sure that your flight will arrive on time, then feel free to book with this company. But if you want someone that won't leave you stranded in a foreign airport if you're unlucky enough to have a delay, then cut out the middle man and book directly with a company at your destination. You'll get a better service and not be paying Holiday Extras cut on top!

All fine until the dinner we had pre-booked. Very disappointed, we ordered burgers without the bun, they were very dry and overcooked and totally inedibl.

Long queue at 5.45 am with one agent checking in then 20 mins until the bus was full then stops at T2 & T3 before T5 so from check in to T5 nearly an hour!!
