“The parking with shuttle bus was very efficient. The hotel was superb and so convenient being almost opposite departures. Very pleased with the service and would definitely use again.”

“Easy to navigate to and there was a operator to direct where to park. The reason for 4 star the parking spaces between the cars a bit to tight.”

“I parked my car in the designated car park. I drove it away on return. Good information and updates provided by holiday extras. Not much more to say. The real issue that brings a score down is how they deal with customer problems.”

“Seemless process with no hassle at all. Everything is straightforward & easy to understand, giving us peace of mind at the start of our holiday. Directions were excellent & overall good value for money. Issues on return with the passport fast track as the barcodes weren’t recognised & the main passport queue moved quicker than the fast track - real waste of money.”

“Plenty of parking spaces. Bus came almost as soon as we got to the bus stop to go to the airport. Took us a while to find the correct bus stop at the airport for the return (it’s C) but that could be my own fault maybe it’s in the instructions :)”

“Stayed 1 night before early morning flight. Excellent check in. Morgan gave excellent details of transfer to and from airport and instructions for dinner etc.Rooms a bit dated but clean. A short ride to airport. You park your own car in long stay car park and keep keys, very good value for money. Will definitely use again.”
