“Taxi had not been booked and after two hours wait on arrival and trying to sort out we were told to make our own way- not a good way to start holiday Return taxi was not confirmed despite contacting holiday extras so made our own way Local taxis cost less than the charge made by holiday extras”

“Rang as instructed when bags were picked up but waited 30 mins for car arrive at the meeting point - fella behind the desk seemed less than interested and all the heating / air-con and seat settings had been changed - have used Purple Parking loads of times and never had that experience with them. Will avoid you guys in the future.”
