“Drop off and pick up at Heathrow T5 was pretty seamless - would use again.”

“This is the second Delta hotel we have used over the last two months. Heathrow Airport in January and Manchester Airport March. Both hotels have been excellent as well as the staff who were pleasant and efficient. We particularly chose Delta as can keep our car parked for the duration of our holiday. The shuffle service is available at a small cost. We experienced the Executive lounge at Delta Manchester and were very impressed.”

“Barrier wouldn't open, wanted £200 to let us out. Very difficult getting someone on phone, awful end to holiday. Have cancelled booking with HE in May. Won't use them again.”

“First time using this service r at Manchester , instructions were clear . Parked easy and saw assistant , giving us clear insto for return . On return followed the clear signs , help in tbe key locker , told where car was , no issues at all”

“Very easy to use, I use them all the time when we go away. Have used the short stay but slightly more expensive than the long stay this time. Shuttle service excellent. Hadn’t realised I’d made an error with the flight time until a couple of weeks before departure, amended online straight away, excellent service.”

“I use Holiday Extras regularly in my holidays and the transfers always work just fine. This time however the local company sent me detailed instructions to meet the driver at the arrivals car park, which i followed but he wasn't there. Waited for 15 minutes and ended up having to call them, to find out the driver was somewhere else. He was a lovely guy and saved the day, but i suggest you stick to the usual practice of having the driver wait for you at arrival holding a sign with your name.”
