“Parking at Sentinel was very efficient . No waiting times and only a few minutes from the airport. Travelodge only walking distance -10 minutes from the terminal building . Clean and comfortable”

“We booked the Silverzone, Bristol back in October no issues, we decided to use again February once again no issues, you park your car, go to reception, sign in, you get a green receipt,there is always someone to help you. On return hand in your green paper, get your car key they will tell you where your car is, bus leaves every 15 minutes would highly recommend”

“Very easy to find at Newcastle. Seamless check in and helpful staff. 5 minute undercover walk to check in. No problems on early morning return. Cheaper options but will use this service again”

“Holiday Extras and the booking was ok but we were notified a day or so before our holiday that the lounge was closing earlier than advertised so we had to amend our entrance time. I was surprised that this wasnt picked up sooner as the closing time hadn't recently changed. My biggest criticism is the quality of the airport lounge food was very poor and it all felt a bit grubby and run down. I wouldn't use this lounge again - not good value for money at all”

“Noisy crowded very little food choice. Nit a place to relax. Staff were trying to keep on top of the cleaning. We were a night flight so lounge was extremely busy and probably overbooked”

“Booked transfers to and from airport. Both were significantly cheaper than other site, and the hotels offer. Both trips in good clean cars with professional drivers. Will be using HE again for sure.”
