Holiday Extras website was easy to use, my problem came when I was parking my car - or attempting to. Accessed the car park and went looking for a spot, and looking, and looking. It was a nightmare. Eventually found a spot but there were multiple cars still driving around as I eventually made it to the lifts. Would think twice about booking the multi storey again.

Holiday Extras allows you to look at a variety of parking or park & stay options. The maple leaf option I chose on this occasion was good value , easy and only a few minutes walk from the short stay car park. Collecting my car was also really smooth, by the time I had collected luggage my car was waiting for me again at the short stay car park only minutes walk from the south terminal at LGW.

Used carpark no.1 a few times now and love how handy it is to the terminal building. Never had a problem until yesterday when arriving back from Gran Canaria, got to the barrier and it guite wrongly demanded an extra payment of 8,pounds 50pence. Took a few minutes to get sorted and the barrier was eventually raised but no apology or explanation was given. Bit rude I thought.

Good on line service, good pricing. I would highly recommend using this parking only a short 3 minute walk to the terminal Returned 5th March 2024

This is an excellent facility for parking at Bristol Airport, the drop off and collection couldn't be any smoother and there's a bus waiting for both transfers. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed, that for the third year running, the barrier did not open at EMA Mid stay 3 car park. No one answered on the intercom either (4.30am approx.) Got a token in the end but then the token is a problem when you exit the car park after the holiday. Just a load of hassle and inconvenience. I went to see the staff in the office at EMA airport parking. Their sarcasm beggars belief. Asked if my car was stolen. The staff refused to accept that the barrier fails to open!!!. Also, other people queuing behind us couldn't get in either. Why doesn't someone sort this out. Same problem at one of the Birmingham car parks too. Lots of people queuing to get in and out.

The Ibis is well situated for Birmingham Airport terminal. Our bedroom was large, very clean and the bed was comfortable. However, I would describe the hotel foyer or entrance as cheap and cheerful, not particularly welcoming and disappointing.

The car transfer only had three useable seats and was not appropriate for 4 adult/suitcases transfer, which was booked. I reported this to Holiday Transfers on the outbound journey and was reassured it was a one-off but we had the same issue on the journey back to the airport. Outbound, I had to sit on a pillow between the two rear seats, no seatbelt. We had no time to contact the company on the inbound or we would have risked missing our flight. Really disappointed as we have always had a great experience previously but won’t use them again. Our driver told us this happens all the time.

All OK apart from my vehicle not being recognised at the barrier both in and out at Stansted long stay. On exit it said wrong car park! I was soon let in and out after using help button however.
