“Great service. Easy parking and transfer. On the way back there was a lot of people at the bus stop and the driver got as many people on as safely possible then made sure the remaining people had another bus. Also helped us off with our luggage”

“I’ve used Manchester Drop and Go many times and am now used to the system. It isn’t the cheapest parking option but great to have your car on site - especially if flying from T3!!”

“Excellent service all round. We were delayed arriving for departure and they called to check on us. Also delayed on our return, no drama there too. Quick and simple process. Would use instead of parking again.”

“Using Maple Parking Meet and Greet at Birmingham Airport. Drop off was smooth, however upon collection, although car was there, it was damaged. Big dent in the bonnet which also no longer shuts properly. Photos taken by both staff there and us, reported to their Head Office, but no feedback apart from an automated response saying they will respond in 5 days. Very disappointed”

“The hotel is quirky boutique style, really nice atmosphere in the bar/restaurant, and comfortable beds ! It’s hard to find, couldn’t have done it without the SatNav. It’s like it’s on an industrial site. Also the buses to the Terminal are every 45 minutes, not regular enough. Would I book hotel/parking again….probably!”

“Car not ready on pick up. Almost an hours wait after a long already delayed journey. Before they sourced our vehicle to be dug out from the middle of the park we had a lively discussion in re of if we’d booked the correct time for pick up. We had - turns out they entered the wrong instructions. Complained to H Extras no reply as yet… pretty useless all round!”

“We stayed at radison blue Heathrow, booked it with parking The hotel and staff were fantastic plenty of room to park and picked up the car without any issues.... definitely recommend this service”

“We rang from the baggage hall and although they were clearly busy, the car turned up in about 15 minutes, which was reasonable given the amount of cars they were driving to multiple customers. No issues and happy to book again”
