“Really easy to use car park. We decided to walk to T2 which took 10-15mins. Very helpful staff at the car park too. Would recommend using this car park.”

“When exciting the short stay cat park the barrier stayed up after the car in front went through and wouldn't come back down for me to put in the ticket so ended up having to drive through. Worried that it will get me a charge as I couldn't put the payment card into the machine.”

“Had to wait over half an hour for bus from Gatwick South terminal back to the Purple Parking car park - other customers had been waiting over 40 minutes; this was at 13.40 on a week day. When a bus did arrive, it was so full that we were all crammed in like sardines, with standing room only! We could, of course, have waited for the next bus - but with no knowledge of when another would arrive - and we had a ferry to catch on top of a car journey. Not a good end to an otherwise trouble-free trip.”

“I have used the Silver Zone several times! I am a Blue Badge holder and I parked my car in a disabled car space and I attached my key to the blue key fob! Cost me nearly £72 for 2 nights and when I got back the lads handing out the keys seemed a bit robatic!! I took my key then I realised my car was parked down the bottom end of the car park and not only that I struggled to get in my car because I was not able to get in my car as easily because there was not much room between my car and the car next to me. I was livid, travelling on my own and having to drive back to South Wales!”

“I chose this lounge, thinking it to be better than the cheaper one , I booked last time. However it really was not. Yes the food was better, only marginally. The Biggest downside was queuing at the bar for drinks! Kind of defeated the object of booking the lounge. In the cheaper lounge, they had an ice bucket of wines and you helped yourself. The beers were on tap and you helped yourself, the only drink you had to ask for was cocktail s and prosecco. The whole point of a lounge is not to que.”
