“Easy to book, easy to find and park the car. Picked up straight away and taken up to the airport. Bus waiting on our return and straight back to the car park and dropped off by our car. No faff and staff were very helpful. Couldn't fault them and will use them again.”

“I book with holiday extras a lot. I booked airport stay at premier inn standsted with parking. Then realised the parking was from the next day at long term car park had to pay further £15 at premier inn the night to park for four hours. Then when I drove to the long term carpark for 6am it wasn’t expecting me until 6pm that night so was advised I was going to be charged £40 on my return. Holiday extras were not interested at all. On my return the machine told me I owed £160 I spoke to the operator who understood my situation and let me out always park like this at Gatwick never had this problem. You shouldn’t advertise airport parking if you have to move your car 🤦‍♀️😳”
