Unfortunately we waited a very long time for the bus to arrive but otherwise the parking was very good

The hotel and parking was very good, but the Hoppa Bus return from the terminal to hotel was late, crowded and I was asked to pay for the trip again leading me to have to explain that I have already paid. It was in the evening and it appeared that there was only one bus per hour which was not sufficient.

Location of hotel very convenient - 10 minutes walk to terminal and room perfectly adequate for a 1 night stay. Evening meal, however, was dreadful and the allotted time for checking out of the carpark on return was only 40 minutes after the flight was due to land and as there was a problem with our flight we were way beyond this time - the receptionist told us this should incur a £50 excess charge but he did graciously waive this fee.

Drop off okay but directions a bit tricky near hotel and walk to airport terminal not very well signed. On return the car was covered in bird’s droppings so obviously not stored in a good environment. Will revert to long stay carpark in the future.

Drop off was fantastic. Clear directions and hand over. Collection was less good. We called as instructed after baggage collection, but had a 30min wait to get the car (however flight landed earlier than expected) Major negative point was the state of the car on return. No damage, but appeared to have taken part in a rally given the dirt on the lower level of the car. The roof and sides were covered in a sticky sap, so clearly stored outside, possibly under trees.

Because we added an overnight stay at the airport hotel prior to our early flight the app would not work so I tried the chat bot which sent me two links also for the wrong timing! Eventually I managed to speak to a real person who was very helpful but they only recommended an hour between our return flight landing and car park exit time. There was a delay in with baggage handling and we didn’t get our luggage until 45 minutes after we landed, I had flight delay insurance but I didn’t know if it also applies to other delays such as queue at passport control or baggage collection. I got very stressed, we left the car park 3 minutes before the time. An hour is not enough! Lesson learned.

While the room was as good as ever, the service at the bar is far to slow, waiting for up to 20 minutes to get served was unacceptable. The staff are running around and it was as if nobody had a specific group of tables to look after, it seemed to be based on what they see, group of people good tip, single business man, credit card no tip. One lad was left to do the tidying up the stragglers.

It was such a long way from the airport in a horrendous thunderstorm and a female Atilla the Hun was driving the bus, and throwing all standing people around with her erratic driving. The parking itself was brilliant, but the bus journey back ruined the end of the holiday (and, frankly, in the weather conditions was pretty scary)

Staff an overall service was good. I have an EV vehicle, Purple parking did not offer a charging option which was disappointing. I will look for an alternative parking provider next time.

Disappointed with the bus service from airport back to the carpark. The buses don't come very often and it felt like we were cattle being herded into a truck. Totally squashed in. Not feeling very safe trying to hang on around the winding route.

Very Easy to book on line. On arrival at Catania we found it very difficult to find the the Car hire place. We were told we had to take out the extra insurance on arrival at the Car hire place, £150.00 pounds. The Car had broken Air conditioning, constantly beeped as needed service and no oil or water, other than that, it got us around Sicily with no other problems.

Budget hotel but clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Convenient after a long flight and a quick get away in the morning. Good value

Booked a hotel transfer. All went well except the driver set off for the car park at a fast pace & lost us at one point. I am slow due to awaiting a knee replacement so found this disappointing. I hadn’t realised the bus park was quite a distance from the terminal so wouldn’t use this service again and would queue for a taxi (by some accounts much cheaper as well). On the return the driver was impatient to set off even though it was before the agreed time.

Hotel was fine and drop off swift. But we waited 50 minutes for our car to appear at pick-up. Not want you want with a 5 hour drive ahead of you.

It’s not cheap and the discounts available in email reminders of up-to 20% are never available from Bristol. The bus shuttle service is supposed to be every 15 minutes, which is a long time to be standing in the rain. A timer board would be helpful. Very unhappy that I leave my keys with a third party to drive my car albeit I’m sure this is to leave my car closer to the collection zone for a speedy exit on return. A choice would be better.

Good idea but not a huge Amount cheaper than getting a taxi. You have to pay for fuel and general wear and tear on your vehicle. The bus was sent to the wrong stop and we missed it, this took extra 30 mins to get back to the car park.
