Easy to book and close to airport. Room was clean however the food in their restaurant was awful and the service was poor.

On the way to the departure, the bus was nearly full and we waited 15 minutes for it to leave the parking lot. Waited over 25 minutes for the bus on return, full bus and very little space for people and luggage!

Check in smooth …driver bit too chatty for early morning with his personal humour …return procedure excellent but driver grumpy didn’t get out of cab ..never told customers to keep aisle free of luggage

This is very convenient parking, staff were friendly and helpful. The building is shabby and public areas grubby. However, the bed was comfy and the bathroom spotless.

Second time we used silverzone, unfortunately they mis filed our car key so had to wait whilst they checked every drawer, which was frustrating. We have another trip in Sep, not sure if we will use again, although they are good value

Airport parking is very expensive, and any public transport alternatives are non existent for Bristol , so it’s not like there’s any choice for customers

On return we were told to go to pick up R at Luton airport but bus pulled into S pick up we then had to get through all the people queuing at S, the car park spaces were tight and there was quite a few pot holes on the drive in. Apart from this price was good.

Always book our hotel and airport parking with maple meet and greet, Usually no issues, however this time the attendant we left the car with we felt was rude and abrupt. He did not inform us that leaving the car in South Terminal we would collect at North??? Waited 30 minutes extra to get the car back. After a night flight more delays is not acceptable

We booked for meet and greet parking at Luton, which was fine but it was very unclear who Holiday Extras had subcontracted to and also very unclear which of the two multi storey car parks by the terminal to go to. Both simple improvements that would reduce stress on the day.

The room was clean and comfortable and parking arrangements were efficient. Unfortunately, we ordered a light evening meal, which was a mistake. Half the meal arrived, but a soup and order of fries arrived 45 minutes later, after we had asked about them twice. No spoons came with either soup and we had to ask. What food we had was mediocre at best and vastly over-priced. Would not recommend anyone eat at this hotel.

Convenient for departure and arrivals but pricey in comparison to Gatwick parking.

Britannia hotel parking Newcastle was fine, room basic, bar staff had major attitude issues. Bar closed early and without warning. Staff rude when asked why closed early and if we could have a drink.

Parking was fine, easy to find. Wait for the bus was too long.

Service has sadly deteriorated in my view. They are now using a minibus that now carries only 6 people instead of the 12 seater normally used ! There is also no shelter at the airport, not a problem if you land in good weather (we landed in a snow storm and had to leave another 5 people in the snow).

The lounge at Malaga was lovely and relaxing. Great selection of drinks, although food very limited, just a few small bowls of salads and a couple of small rolls and olives. Food definelty lets it down but as I say relaxing enough

We're given a disabled room at the Cheadle village hotel with a staircase to the next floor right next to the room. So called restaurant was no more than a burger joint charging extortionate prices for the meals. Breakfasts were fine. Jet parks 3 was easy to find the next morning but is basically a very rough, stony and muddy area making your shoes and suitcase wheels filthy to get on the bus. Trip to terminal 2 was fine but on returning bus stop was very busy and was a free for all when the bus did come. Maybe two buses at a time could cut out the frantic trying to pile on the one bus with suitcases.

Hotel was good as expected. On-site parking was difficult as they were very busy. Eventually found a spot which was tight for my car. Bus shuttle was a waste of time. I travelled out on 9th February. The bus service was hourly and although I was waiting well before time the bus never turned up at 9:15am. As I couldn't afford to be late I got a taxi instead. On my return on 10th March I got a taxi straight away which wasn't so much more expensive than the Hoppa ticket. I would recommend the Sheraton Skyline but wouldn't bother with the Hoppa.
