1st class dropping off at Cardiff, very friendly staff. Very poor on return. Despite being told (at drop off) I was disabled with a blue badge, the car was parked a long walk away on return.

The food was good. There was enough choice. There was not enough choice of inclusive drinks. Too many of the drinks on offer were not included within the package price. This was not made clear at the point of booking

Ha ing made an error with my return booking I was disappointed that the overstay charge was £20. As a fairly regular user I feel that this is a high price to pay for me misunderstanding my arrival back into the uk. The staff were helpful but there was no discretion about my dilemma when I mistakenly booked my departure from the car park on the day of my return flight on Friday 28th April instead of Saturday 29th as the flight landed at 1.00am. I believed that booking my departure at 2.00am covered this but realised that I should have booked it for 2.00am on Saturday.

If you need to move the position of the seat, steering wheel, mirrors, heating then please put it all back to how you found it So very annoying

A very very long walk hauling cases from terminal 3 arrivals to the key reclaim locker. Too difficult for elderly people. on the other hand the staff are great.

location of car park good, close to terminal, the car was taken to an off site car park, my fuel range when I dropped off keys was 150 miles, when I got the car back it dropped to 90 miles! not sure whether the car was used by someone in our absence while 'off site' or whether the dro in range was purely due to distance off the off site park from the airport?

The booking process was OK but car park had no signs so agIn I got caught paying £6 for a car park I shouldn't have been in. Last time I got a £60 fine for driving down the drop off lane, again no signs. Walk to airport through Sofitel was still long.

Can't fault the car parking, but just how many emails do you need from this company? It's like one every day trying to sell you something which if you needed you would have bought at the time. Great car parking, over the top emailing.

Booked parking at Stansted Jet Parks for the night before we were due to fly. Originally booked for midday but due to unforeseen reasons arrived later than expected. Number plate wasn’t recognised but person on call took our details and said they had a record of the booking, to take the ticket and proceed through the barrier. On return the barrier again did not recognise our number plate and when we entered the ticket it said that we owed £193! Thankfully the person on the other end of the help button explained that it was because we had arrived late over the time limit originally and let us out of the barrier. Wasn’t expecting it to cause an issue arriving within the time period we had paid for. Have read the terms and conditions and could only find “ If you’re parking and you arrive before the day and time you booked for or stay later than when you have arranged to leave, you may be charged for the extra parking at the car park’s normal price. If you leave earlier than planned, we can’t refund any of your money.” Wasn’t able to find any issues around arriving after the start time of the booking, maybe it’s in the extra-small print! All sorted by very helpful person in the end but could have done without the worry and hassle!

Whilst it was OK the big problem was that we booked it as we had an early flight and had 2 children and just wanted to make it easy to walk from hotel to the terminal. However we had to move the car to the long stay in the morning as the booking can only include parking at the hotel overnight. Very inconvenient as parking in long stay takes a long time to find space and then walk/bus. Defeated the objective of staying overnight.

Convenient location but 1) Took a long time to find a parking space. 2) Almost all spaces have a concrete pillar partially obstructing things. 3) Despite having a spanking clean number plate, the system still failed to recognise the car registration. 4) The exit barrier we tried to leave via didn't have a help button (missing). Really poor. Trying to exit was then a lot of aggravation.

It was ok but yous told us lounges were not available and they clearly Wer and we paid more on the day . The hotel had poor appearance and charge us £10 to park which we thought was included as we wer not told by parking was great loved it just the lounge escape was not worth £100 as they had no staff and food was poor will not use escape again

Close to the airport. Easy check in and check out. However, the passenger side door was scratched when we colleceted the car. We do not know if this was caused by parking staff, or by other drivers leaving or collecting cars, but it was disappointing and has never happened before at other airport car parks.

Got soaked going to the airport in the rain not great carrying suitcases up and down all the steps preferred the other car park which had a bus to take you to airport

The whole booking and operation were really good. BUT When I returned to my car after a week, my car had scratches all down one side, the car parked next to me on my return was different to the car parked next to me at the start of my holiday so which car owner caused the damage is hard to prove but I know it will be expensive to repair the damage. It did spoil my experience I am afraid.
