Booking was easy but when we turned up, they didn't have the room we had booked. Looked like we had been bumped because they were oversubscribed at the hotel. I have used this service before and it has been good but it was a bit disappointing this time, and the hotel wasn't particularly apologetic either.

Used these several times in the past without issues. However this time we were sat on the bus waiting to go to airport for a good 20 mins waiting for driver. Then coming back again waiting half an hour whilst bus left full then returned again. Only one bus in operation isn’t good enough.

My car was not ready for collection and we had to wait over 10 minutes before it was available for collection.

Usually I have no trouble however this time I did have a problem. I amended my booking to a day later, this was followed up with an email to confirm. I arrived at the car park and my registration wasn’t recognised. I spoke to reception who let me in. I tried to book in but it wouldn’t accept my booking details. I went to reception who looked up my registration and said my booking had been cancelled and there wasn’t a new booking with the new entry date. Fortunately i am a regular visitor so the guy on receptions went the extra mile and found that Holiday Extra hadn’t emailed my details to them but honoured the booking as I had the confirmation booking. My return was almost problem free apart from putting the wrong colour block which resulted in a 15 minute search for my car!

On arrival at Jet Park, the system didn't recognise my car. The intercom communication said we should have arrived earlier but then issued a ticket. On return to leave the car park, the ticket we put into the barrier slot said we owed £267. Couldn't get a response on the assistance button but eventually after 10 mins the barrier opened allowing exit!

Sadly, our original booking was for car parking at the hotel with the car to be collected from the hotel, but this was changed, and we had to drop the car off at the airport. When we checked in, we were advised that we would be given full details of where to take our car to however, we were given incorrect information and told to go to the top of the car park whereas we should have gone to the 1st floor, so we wasted 30mins and subsequently did not have time to visit the airport lounge. It is unlikely that we will stay at the Marriott again if the Meet and Greet Service is not offered as booked.

Used voucher from parking booking to use for lounge. This process was very easy. Aspire lounge T2 Manchester was okay, not a lot of good choices available. Compared to other lounges previously used would rank this one as "average".

Holiday extras is excellent but eats Midlands airport is too expensive to park .. twice as much as Liverpool and you don’t need a bus at Liverpool

We used the company to get to the Isle of Wight, but really set up for cruises. Booked for 9.30 but no one showed until 10.30. Booked return for Monday but weren't planning to be open as there were no cruises. Not contactable by phone. Once got to talk to someone on site service very good.

Signage on entering the car park was not clear for me, I ended up in the wrong area. The bus stop intercom helped get me to the right place. On return to the airport the directions were rubbish to the long term bus pick up point. Very confusing especially after a late, delayed flight.

Big red wine stain on carpet. Only 1 cup for 2 people, and flush continuously ran unless you kept pushing button in. Bed was comfortable and considering how busy it was it was quiet.

Stayed the one night and left car for week in car park. No problems there. Was asked if we required taxi to airport in morning and to pick us up on our return. Paid in advance. Friendly helpful taxi driver in morning of flight-helping with luggage etc. Different story on return-located arrow taxi office and was told there was a half hour wait for taxis even prepaid ones but we “could wait inside airport and driver would come in to that area (just inside doors near their office) and call our name”. To cut a long story shortish, we were told off by a very very rude taxi driver who said he had been looking all over for us (luckily I heard him ask another couple if they were us). He marched off ahead really quickly muttering to himself, didn’t help with luggage, banged steering wheel when we came upon a very short lived traffic queue, dropped us at hotel, curtly told husband he didn’t want the piece of paper which was our proof of payment, only got out of car to close boot when we hauled out luggage out. Never come across such a rude individual. If you were a tourist being picked up by him you’d be of the impression that all taxi drivers were the same. His attitude was appalling.
