Only problem with long stay was in dark it wasn’t clear where transfer bus stop was

The hotel and parking was good. However our booking was not apparent to the hotel who then had to use the holiday extras website to see if booking had been made.

I booked drop n go at Manchester Airport online through holiday extras. It said upon booking, no commercial vehicles. We have a Vaxhaul vivaro van with rear seats. I did a live chat with someone at holiday extras and explained this, they said I can cancel the booking, I said no, I'll change the vehicle, so we took our small car instead. After our holiday, we picked our car up from the car park and I noticed that there was 2 VW transporters parked near us, so I mentioned to a member of staff that we wasn't allowed to take our van, and he said he had parked bigger vehicles than the VW transporters. So we had changed vehicles unnecessarily.

Just about satisfactory, the parking process is easy and staff are good, what is inadequate is the size of the transport which is far to small for the number of passengers, basically a van which seats about 10 people when there are loads of people waiting with no adequate system for queueing but it is a short journey and cheap but in future I will use onother operator and pay an extra 20 quid for a more spacious vehicle that ensures you can get on it.

Car park not well sign posted(at night)found it eventually,bit rough under foot,quite big stones on car park surface,not good on your tyres,transfer bus was excellent as were the drivers,bus park quite a walk from terminal building,don’t think I would use this park again

The hotel room and parking were fine, unfortunately I got food poisoning from eating in the hotel restaurant, not a good start to a holiday!

My return flight wasn’t listed and instead of sorting the car out for the time I put in, it (the computer) decided that I needed to collect it 7 hours later. So we had a bit of a wait for the car to be taken out of the line - not much fun at 4am

Drop off was straightforward and shuttle bus easy. Coming back was uncomfortable on the bus as there were no seats and what appeared to be a novice driver braking sharply and stalling. Car pick up was delayed as the keys weren't ready despite being on time.

Price: excellent Service: friendly and efficient getting to the airport, car seemed totally fine on collection, disappointing that, on arrival, we had to wait almost 70 minutes to get a bus from the airport. Not sure if this was an anomaly, but it felt like they couldn’t accommodate all clients on their transfer vehicle and it took 3-4 trips to collect everyone from the queue. I probably won’t use this company again as I noted another company had at least 4, larger coaches in the same time as we saw 2 with this company.

Booking process and information supplied very clear, price competitive. Hotel room ( Sheraton )was not ready upon arrival at 8:15 pm ! Told was still being cleaned, were not able to access till after 9 pm when should gave been available from 2 pm! Car parking process (Blue Circle) was okay if a little 'makeshift', there was a 20 minute wait for the car despite notification as instructed and it was heavily soiled externally with bird poop and leaves. Exiting the car park was not a simple process, the card provided didn't work (for others as well) causing lots of reversing and delays. Overall just average, competitive pricing but not as well organised as others we have used.

Hotel stay was great, did the job perfectly. Car parking was a mixed experience, bus driver attitude was terrible, no help to other passengers and didn’t seem like they wanted to be there at all! On retrieval of car I found the back of the seats to be scuffed when they weren’t previously, passenger footwell was covered in mud and the wing mirrors which usually fold in automatically were half out/in and needed re-set to function normally again.

Good value car park at Bournemouth airport booked through holiday extras. However, it was very full, and there appeared to be no guarantee of a slot. Hard to find a place to park. It’s really just a field and you will get wet if it’s raining.

The sat nab directions took me to the staff car park entrance could not contact anyone on the monitor had to reverse out and find the correct entrance

Had to queue for about 10 minutes to gain entry but like being shown to your seating area but very awkward for single travellers deciding about leaving bags to get food and drink, have to trust other travellers to watch over bags or have to take them and try balancing food and drink. The extra for a 1 glass of champagne not best value, stick to the wine or prosecco. Selection of food very limited but tasty.

My experience with MBW Meet & Greet was unsatisfactory. I returned to Terminal 3 and was getting on the train to 5 when they rang me to say my car was at 3 short stay. I had the hassle of getting back to 3 short stay and the lifts were full. When I put my ticket in to exit I had to pay £5.90 to get out as I suppose the time limit had expired. Nothing was explained to me and I also was alarmed and complained on my arrival that the call to them to say I was half an hour away was automated and involved pressing buttons which is dangerous as I was on the motorway

Poor instructions/ directions in the airport area. Once arrived it would have been nice to have been welcomed rather than ignored.

Poor directions once entering airport areas, unclear direction once through into the park, poor communication to ask for advice, ie, broken phone at bus station, compounded by overlong wait for a routine bus Let's face it Stansted is probably the worst UK airport for dealing with the general public quickly and efficiently your service is typical, lazy staff with bad attitudes. I will not use Jet Parks Stansted again and I do not relish the opportunity to use Stanstead airport in the future You and other services at Stanstead are a disgrace. You need to up your game, employ self pitying staff who do not carry an aggressive attitude. We are your customers not your problem Customer SERViCE how hard is that?
