“We loved the hotel and the outward drop off was fine. However on our return the car was not there and we had to wait 35 minutes for it to be delivered, which meant it would have been quicker and cheaper for us to have used the long stay car park and bus. I understand sometimes things go wrong but it was a damper and will make us think about using Holiday Extras in future.”

“I have always used Secure Airparks but I have to say I was a bit disappointed on this occasion. The pick up bus to take us to the airport took in excess of 15 /20 mins to show up and there were about 8 of us waiting for the bus. I called and the woman on the other end of the phone could not have been less interested.”

“Close and convenient to Cardiff airport and easy booking process however the car park surface has not been levelled with tarmac which made it very unpleasant to drive on and potentially damaging to the tyres. This also was problematic as it was dark and had been raining so couldn’t see pot holes….,”

“Bus journey very uncomfortable and crowded. Drop off and pickup very crowded with couples taking all their luggage into the office. Car park very dark at night and difficult to negotiate out of space - too cramped.”

“Airparks express Birmingham not great. Directions to carpark were awful for us and many others we met at car park. Need better signage”

“There were no actual parking spaces available when we arrived, and were faced with leaving the car on the entry way and have someone else move it while we were away. Thankfully, on the morning we left for the airport, a space became available and we moved it into a proper space. Car was fine for the duration. A bit haphazard but hotel fine overall. They do a shuttle bus for £13 each way (not sure if this is per person) but you can catch a Metrobus Fastway 100 to/from Gatwick which is a 3 minute walk from the hotel and a ten minute journey. Very easy to use.”

“Meet and Greet great but this time at Stansted I said I needed to be nearer as my mobility is not good. We had a long walk to the office and I was told we would be nearer and placed a blue ribbon on our keys, on our return we still had for us a long walk after the long walk in the terminal.”

“We did not realise there was Meet and Greet in Terminal 1 and in 2 at Manchester Airport, and it was not brought to our attention by Holiday Extras at the time of booking. After considerable difficulty we found Meet and Greet Terminal 2 due to very poor signage and directions and then realised that we were flying form Terminal 1 where we could have left the car. The service was good and the price competitive.”

“I have used this company before with no problems encountered however this time my number plate was not recognised by the camera at the entrance to parking at E.M.A.. I contacted the parking authorities and was told that the parking had been cancelled for 23-08-2023 and was now from 24-08-2023 even though I had an invoice to the contrary, and would have to pay for an extra day. This was stressful as I now wondered if my booking at the Leonardo Hotel was for the correct date, however this proved to be OK and I recommend the hotel for the meals and cleanliness and proximity to departures at the airport. Whether I receive a refund I have yet to discover.”

“This car park needs a major upgrade. Of the few spaces to be found (with difficulty) many were over grown. There was also a lot of indiscriminate parking, some over access roads. Most of the roads were littered with fairly large stones which had obviously been used as bottoming. These could be cleared. The bus driver was extremely pleasant and helpful, and the bus arrived fairly promptly at the stops.”

“Not over impressed. The toilets were messy the food wasn’t good for children at all. On the positive it was quite and the staff were polite and courteous. Wasn’t really worth the money for us though.”

“Delayed for 24hrs due to incidence with air traffic control and was charged £15.00 for the extra timee in car park not very charitable when going through a very stressful time. Other airports have waived there charges”

“Pretty disappointed with the Aspire Lounge in Glasgow, food was a packed lunch at best with soggy sausage rolls and crisps 4 drink rule applies now which doesn’t really make it worth while, won’t go there again Sorry- Must try harder”
