There were no actual parking spaces available when we arrived, and were faced with leaving the car on the entry way and have someone else move it while we were away. Thankfully, on the morning we left for the airport, a space became available and we moved it into a proper space. Car was fine for the duration. A bit haphazard but hotel fine overall. They do a shuttle bus for £13 each way (not sure if this is per person) but you can catch a Metrobus Fastway 100 to/from Gatwick which is a 3 minute walk from the hotel and a ten minute journey. Very easy to use.

Meet and Greet great but this time at Stansted I said I needed to be nearer as my mobility is not good. We had a long walk to the office and I was told we would be nearer and placed a blue ribbon on our keys, on our return we still had for us a long walk after the long walk in the terminal.

We did not realise there was Meet and Greet in Terminal 1 and in 2 at Manchester Airport, and it was not brought to our attention by Holiday Extras at the time of booking. After considerable difficulty we found Meet and Greet Terminal 2 due to very poor signage and directions and then realised that we were flying form Terminal 1 where we could have left the car. The service was good and the price competitive.

Last year we had excellent service. This year due to a reduction in staff we had to wait 40 minutes for our car.

I have used this company before with no problems encountered however this time my number plate was not recognised by the camera at the entrance to parking at E.M.A.. I contacted the parking authorities and was told that the parking had been cancelled for 23-08-2023 and was now from 24-08-2023 even though I had an invoice to the contrary, and would have to pay for an extra day. This was stressful as I now wondered if my booking at the Leonardo Hotel was for the correct date, however this proved to be OK and I recommend the hotel for the meals and cleanliness and proximity to departures at the airport. Whether I receive a refund I have yet to discover.

This car park needs a major upgrade. Of the few spaces to be found (with difficulty) many were over grown. There was also a lot of indiscriminate parking, some over access roads. Most of the roads were littered with fairly large stones which had obviously been used as bottoming. These could be cleared. The bus driver was extremely pleasant and helpful, and the bus arrived fairly promptly at the stops.

Not over impressed. The toilets were messy the food wasn’t good for children at all. On the positive it was quite and the staff were polite and courteous. Wasn’t really worth the money for us though.

Delayed for 24hrs due to incidence with air traffic control and was charged £15.00 for the extra timee in car park not very charitable when going through a very stressful time. Other airports have waived there charges

Pretty disappointed with the Aspire Lounge in Glasgow, food was a packed lunch at best with soggy sausage rolls and crisps 4 drink rule applies now which doesn’t really make it worth while, won’t go there again Sorry- Must try harder

The hotel and parking was good. However our booking was not apparent to the hotel who then had to use the holiday extras website to see if booking had been made.

I booked drop n go at Manchester Airport online through holiday extras. It said upon booking, no commercial vehicles. We have a Vaxhaul vivaro van with rear seats. I did a live chat with someone at holiday extras and explained this, they said I can cancel the booking, I said no, I'll change the vehicle, so we took our small car instead. After our holiday, we picked our car up from the car park and I noticed that there was 2 VW transporters parked near us, so I mentioned to a member of staff that we wasn't allowed to take our van, and he said he had parked bigger vehicles than the VW transporters. So we had changed vehicles unnecessarily.

Just about satisfactory, the parking process is easy and staff are good, what is inadequate is the size of the transport which is far to small for the number of passengers, basically a van which seats about 10 people when there are loads of people waiting with no adequate system for queueing but it is a short journey and cheap but in future I will use onother operator and pay an extra 20 quid for a more spacious vehicle that ensures you can get on it.
