Stayed for 1 night at the Renaissance Hotel on Bath Road including 9 days parking Really convienent for T3 no problem there both the accommadation and parking work well. So we booked and paid for the Hoppa bus tickets as well through Holiday Extras. Our flight was due out at 06:40 and had to check in luggage so were advised to be at airport 2-2.1/2 hours prior to departure which meant leaving hotel at 04:15 but the Hoppa buses didn't run that early so we had to pay and take a taxi. I had notified Hol Extras prior to leaving but as i booked the hotel,parking and hoppa bus as a package i couldn't have a refund for 1 hoppa bus journey. Therefore no refund.

Nothing to rave about with Leeds Bradford Runway “waiting room” staff try hard but the place is grubby despite their efforts. Only went as LBA “normal” waiting areas are packed, noisy with few seats. Going to try and avoid LBA in future.

Great experience as always using Holiday extras. I use them everytime we go away, and that will near change. However I will near use APH parking at Manchester Airport again! It took 40 minutes for the bus to pick us up from terminal 1 as we stood wait for it in the rain. The driver was grumpy and rude. Then when we corrected the car there was one person on the desk handing keys out and over 25 people waiting in a queue while 2 other members of staff just stood watching.

Pick up at Faro airport all went to plan. However pick up from the hotel was a different matter. Driver 15 minutes late (no big deal but at what point do you think they are not coming at all?). Phoned the local number provided by HE, to be greeted by a strange voice message suggesting that you need to confirm the pick up online! Ignored the message but the phone just rang and rang eventually going dead. While in the ‘queue’ to the UK number the driver arrived with no apology and a shrug of his shoulders. Very poor experience. Will go back to using Suntransfers or Uber where available.

Staff were lovely and Cardiff is totally different to Bristol. There was table service and you was only allowed 4 drinks no matter what you drank . Found it cold and unwelcoming

Booked a hotel for our return however despite Holiday Extras advertising we could book parking and a hotel after we couldn’t. We ended up having to pay £15 on our return to get our car out. That was not acceptable. Clearly Holiday Extras needs to sort their computer system out so that is can accept parking and hotels on one’s return.

I have used this service many times and it's been excellent, however on returning to our car this time, whoever parked it did not leave enough room for either of us to open the drivers door without banging the car next to us. I had to climb in the passenger door and over to the drivers seat, this was not on. I suffer with severe arthritis and was in pain having to do this. Also the seat height had been altered, not necessary! I understand the need to move forward or back but not the height, the radio had also been changed. Why ? you were only parking up? Was disappointed this time and angry.

I booked the mid stay car park through holiday extras. I paid in advance and an additional fee in case there was a delay. We weren't delayed however it did take over an hour to get through passport control. When we tried to leave the car park, the barrier did not open and said that I had an outstanding balance to pay of £240 to pay. I called assistance and was told my parking had expired at 3pm. It was 3.40pm. So £240 for 40 minutes, even though I had paid an additional fee in case of delay. The lady then said she would authorise my ticket as if she was doing me a favour.

Not quite the service we expected for the price, ‘meet & greet’ is to hand over the car and gave the car brought to you on return at the same location/point. This is more like park, hand keys over, return and go and find your car in a huge carpark! For the money (£145), we have had better service.

On arrival at Antalya airport, it wasn’t very clear where to go, instructions to the desk were clear but the desk was advertising a different company, we then realised the desk we needed was behind the desk we were at but it wasn’t clear. We only had to wait 5 mins for our minibus which was fine however when it arrived the entire windscreen was completely cracked right down the middle and just looked like it ready to fall in. The driver was pleasant enough but repeatedly drove through red lights at high speed and I was a nervous wreck by the time we arrived at the hotel. For the rerun journey, the exact opposite, fully intact minibus, driver really pleasant and most importantly a very careful driver.

Company takes hassell away from you easy to sort hotel& parking Fell over a loose gully drain and baddley spraind my ankle night before hols had a rotten holiday not being able to walk very far hotel gave me some ice from first aider

The parking and transfer was very simple, allowing us to drop the car and then easily being taken by shuttle to the terminal. The Premier Inn at Goff's Park was OK, but the staff lacked professionalism, manners at times. This needs improvement. Parking though could not be faulted.

Price for airport parking was good. Unfortunately Stansted airport run the long stay very badly. The queues were awful and on our return we had to wait about 45 minutes just to get to the bus that takes us. Not holiday extra fault but Stansted airport need to sort things out

Booking was easy but when we turned up, they didn't have the room we had booked. Looked like we had been bumped because they were oversubscribed at the hotel. I have used this service before and it has been good but it was a bit disappointing this time, and the hotel wasn't particularly apologetic either.

Used these several times in the past without issues. However this time we were sat on the bus waiting to go to airport for a good 20 mins waiting for driver. Then coming back again waiting half an hour whilst bus left full then returned again. Only one bus in operation isn’t good enough.

My car was not ready for collection and we had to wait over 10 minutes before it was available for collection.
