“Do not book parking at Cardiff airport through holiday extras , although you can book cancelation waver, they will not credit you with money back if you cancel. not a very good service. Be warned”

“Really poor service, paid for all the extra add ons to enable cancellation, now they are saying I can only have a voucher. They give out mixed messages, on the phone they said I could have a cash refund and now an email says not just the vouchers. As many have said, we will not forget how this poor company have treated customers in this time of need, shame on you!”

“The Hotel was tired and more like Student accomodation.Staff were students too. view from windows was waist ground and unkept.Not too good an experience.Wouldn't go back here.”

“A smile to greet would help,and not parking the biggest 4x4 next to me so my wife had to get in passenger side and slide across to pull car forward in order for me to take over and drive (I am arthritic so could not,and should not have to climb over)and I will answer yes to booking again but would instruct Valet service how to do the job properly.”
