“All worked well, first time I’ve used this park, could have been better if more information was clear as to where to park, bus etc. That said next time would be easy. Will use again”

“Lovely hotel, very comfortable. We booked a king room which was plenty of room for the 2 of us. We used direct parking and that couldn't have been easier. Staff were brilliant and even helped with my cases. 10/10.”

“Meteor meet and greet, so easy, smooth process and great instructions on phone when you approach airport. They were also very accommodating when we were 3 hours late collecting following a baggage shambles in the airport!”

“We’ve stayed at the Heathrow Renaissance before with Holiday Extras, using a Meet and Greet package for our trip. It’s convenient for all terminals and offers clean and comfortable accommodation. It’s also well positioned for alternative dining options. The Meet and Greet part with Maple was also fine. All together everything worked well thanks to Holiday Extras.”
