“Little bit of a hiccup on collection. Despite phoning them to notify change of arrival time, the car wasn't ready for collection. However, the guys on duty sorted out quickly and we were on the way after another 10 mins. Otherwise would have had a higher score”

“Most convenient car park for Birmingham Airport. 2 minute walk from terminal. Not many spaces on arrival so a bit of driving around involved but number plate recognition for entry and exit so very quick to get on your way home. Only negative is the price!”

“Booked Jet Parks 3, Jack the driver of the circuit bus was superb on the way to the airport, couldn't do enough to help. On the way back we had to wait 20 minutes for a bus to turn up and the driver was miserable. Bus crowded and people refused boarding which split a family with young children up. Hopefully the journey on the way back was just one of those things and wouldn't stop me using Jet Parks 3 again. I hope Jack the driver gets the recognition he deserves for his brilliant customer service.”

“I had put my number plate details in wrong when I booked, this was not a problem the staff at the meet and greet sorted it out straight away with no problems!! Excellent customer service!!!”

“A good price for the hotel room and the parking. The food was a little overpriced, but there are not many other places to go to eat. The hoppa bus is very handy stopping right at the front door.”

“Dropping the car off at the Long Stay Car Park very easy and a shuttle bus was just arriving. Not too far to pull cases to the Radisson Blu Hotel. Check in swift and very helpful receptionist. Room large, plenty of wardrobe space, but not needed as our cases were packed. Good size bathroom. Had dinner in the restaurant. Service excellent. The fish and chips were very good. Pork chop a little small. Sadly as an Airport Hotel prices were a little steep, but that is what you expect. The bar area was very welcoming and lovely staff. The following morning pulled the suitcases into the terminal. Yes a little bit uphill but not a problem. On our return we were lucky to be at the front of the queue for the shuttle bus and only had to wait 10 mins. All very easy.”

“Although you can book 3 hours before your departure, you only get 2 hours because you get called for you flight 1 hour before. Was a good location, nice and clean, we had a quiet area which was great. Food choices could have been better as I'm vegetarian and was only 1 main dish. Also would have been nice to have something sweet other than shortbread biscuits, and nothing really for the children. Have been lounges with more choice of food”

“All went very smoothly, and just as directed. What I didn’t understand was having to pay for our car park entry ticket, £6, because we were half an hour earlier than expected? It wasn’t worth arguing about, so I just paid for it and got on with with getting to departures.”
