“We used the long-term park and ride facilities at Manchester Airport and were impressed with the ease of use at the car-park. The only thing that let it down was the unfriendly and unhelpful bus drivers on the early shift. As we arrived and parked up there was a bus waiting. He saw us arrive but decided to drive off just as we were getting out of the car. This was at 2.00 a.m. on a very cold October morning and seemed to be a particulalry thoughtless thing to do. The second driver who arrived was grumpy and didn't speak, even though we said good morning to him. However, on the return journey the driver was friendly.”

“Extremely helpful hotel. Booked us taxis both too and from the airport at a cost I'd ¬£14 each way payable directly to the driver. Easy to find. Rooms comfortable but need a bit of an update. That said, everything was clean and tidy.”

“Booked hotel and parking which we were very pleased with. However we were looking at booking an evening meal and the money was taken without us just being able to look and the meal proved to be vouchers for a meal in the hotel.There was no advantage to this and in fact we would have chosen cheaper items from the menu if we had just gone to the restaurant.”

“nice hotel only down side was the breakfast head waitress couldn't wait to get rid of people as it shut at 10 am we went in at 9-30 practically nothing left but other waitress brought some food the hotel itself is well situated quite close to hotel but you will find it hard to locate if your using a sat nav as it sends you down wrong road had to ask for directions otherwise all in all not bad”
