“Would of been full stars but we went to check in hotel, it was 14.51 we had driven from newcastle, he told us your to early you can pay xtra £10 or go across have a drink and come back, 8 mins early we were! Room was ready no one else there so ridiculous he didnt just give us the key, apart from that hotel was fine, carparking with sentinel was great, guys there were fab, took keys and they parked our car, bus was waiting so we were took straight to airport and coming back we were delayed and 3o mins late collecting car ( which i was dreading after a long day) it was no problem at all, he gave keys was very polite told us car was waiting in bay 14 , would book again”

“Food ok, relaxing atmosphere ok however very disappointed you have to log into the Airport wifi and not lounge wifi! Now increasing prices for less value for money next time thinking of sitting in a bar in main building prior to our flight!”

“Great staff, perfect overnight stay for early flight just one small recommendation both pillows were to high and firm, would be ideal to have one thinner softer pillow. Other than that lovely comfortable bed. Thank you”

“Price was competitive and Stansted Blue car park in my opinion is possibly the best for convenience and price. No waiting in endless queues lugging cases on and off.”

“Friendly efficient staff at Glasgow Airport Skyport made the experience straightforward. Parking spaces tend to be quite narrow and some of the markings are in need of refreshing but otherwise fine. The shuttle buses run regularly but unfortunately we just missed one on our return so we had a little wait for the next one.”

“The only disadvantage is that unless you book the rather expensive CPC parking which allows you to park opposite the ship , you must be prepared for delays for your shuttle bus pick- up as Southampton is a in Grid lock on the day you return . That apart shuttle bus service and friendless of staff exemplary.”

“At other airports, Meet and Greet is better. This was ok but directions and signposting were poor and we ended up inside car park and had to pay to get out before finding the M&G. Parking is a bit of a walk to terminal and I don't like that my car was driven away.”

“I didn't know JetParks 1 only serves T2 until the survey arrived. If it does only serve T2, why does the outbound bus stop at T1 and T3 first?”

“All in all good service but I don't feel like there is enough parking spaces. Unclear as to where you can and can't park. Looks like extra parking through an open gate but turns out to be parking something else.”
